Went there with two other friends and ordered two chicken burgers, three classic burgers and one mushroom burger, with a side of fries and 4 pieces of small boneless chicken with a honey mustard sauce. To put it simply, the experience was absolutely terrible, the order took so long to get prepared (40 minutes!) and it got so bad that we decided to go down the street to order from a different restaurant called challenge burger (wayyyy better, go there instead!) which we ordered, got and finished all while our order from Austin's was still being prepared. we got our meals and they were stone cold, the chicken tinders were extremely dry and tasteless that I had to spit it out. the chicken burgers were incredibly bland and the cheese wasn't even melted. the beef burgers were very very bad, the meat itself was very bland and salty, which if we're being honest, is just embarrassing for a burger restaurant, we ended up just eating the salty meat and not eating the rest of our meals. Even the fries tasted of just frying oil. It was so bad that we decided to go finish our dinner at Challenge burger which is just down the road (wayyyy better, go there instead!). Would not recommend. the attached photos are of my friend being disappointed at Austin's, and happy at Challenge Burger (a restaurant just down the road, wayyyy better, go there instead!)

Thank you and your staff for a very lovely evening – the food was exceptional and the service was excellent. All of us thoroughly enjoyed it and there wasn’t a single complaint. We will make sure we plan our next time there again.

Honestly such a great place Service is quite nice We had 3 burger meals 2 beef 1 chicken And the smoked is absolutely worth mentioning totally loved it The wings were okay but would've been better if they had them already in sauce Affordable Prices 3 meals and 16 wings were about 17 jds Definitely a good place for a small date or grabbing a quick but tasty bites Definitely recommend and of course will be revisiting

I'm really surprised that you get a delicious cheap burger without the taste of it being dully made out of Kebab The only problem this place has is the lack of tables and floor cleaning so the hygiene is kinda mid to low where you sit only The food tastes amazing so it's totally worth it to try

ABSOLUTELY the best restaurant I've ever been to! I had tried almost every single restaurant in jordan but nothing came close to the perfection of this place, first the guy that works here gave us the best options to get for food and it was so cheap the first time we came we got 3 burgers and 5 boneless for only 9 jds, then we came back the next day and ordered 2 large burger and a smoked meat burger and 10 boneless for only 12 jds ,not to mention we didn't even sit down and our food was already there. The only 10/10 restaurant so far. Nothing to complain

I went to this place twice and I think it deserves a 5 star rating: super generous portions, super speedy service, and super affordable at the same time. The boneless chicken is very close to what I used to get in LA, most places here over cook it making it dry and chewy but not this place! At Austin they are tender and juicy. Food taste is bad. I could not finish my meal. While we were eating they took the plates from us and they asked us to use the paper that covers the sandwish as a plate.

This is the very first time I try the brisket burger, and what a wonderful experience it was, the food is delicious, the staff is amazing and the owner is awesome. Will definitely be coming back more and more, count me in as a regular customer!

Huge portions, the boneless are enormous, the chicken used is very clean but not the best taste to be honest, the smash burger and the Dynamite chicken are great, the wings are big and full of meat, overall good experience especially relatively to the prices

I recently had the pleasure of trying the boneless chicken at this restaurant and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender on the inside with a crispy and flavorful coating on the outside. The portion size was generous and the price was very reasonable. The staff were also friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good chicken and great service
