It is one of the few best hotels in Amman. Our wedding experience was made memorable because of the service staff . You don't get to see a lot of meet and greet staff at the reception, however. Waiters are pros and friendly and helpful. Buffet items and taste of food were 9/10. I recommend it. Valet guys are superb. ( valet costs you 2 JD).

alright imma start of and say this hotel is pretty boring I get that it's a place to relax but please atleast let the kids have fun and btw the "pool" you have I have never seen such a sad pool before (the one that's inside) also your gym why is it 16+? Atleast make it 13+ there are kids wanting to have a good time but NO you had to ruin in by adding "16+" and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this hotel but the reason I'm giving it a 1 star is cause of the cleaning service amazing people I'm gonna be honest.

This is a five-star world class hotel, gorgeous, huge, with spacious lovely well appointed rooms. They only got a four star rating from me because it was quite obvious that the carpet in my room had not been vacuumed and the light bulb in the bathroom was flashing off and on. It should have been replaced before a guest arrived. Otherwise, wonderful hotel! I would stay again.

On point and professional to the max. The rooms are well appointed, gym is really good, and the spa is the icing on the cake! Hanna the therapist really knows her craft well. Will be back for sure!

Rooms and service are always great! Occasionally the rooms smell of stale smoke (it is a non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests disregard this) however, the staff was quick to move us when we brought this to their attention and waited with us to ensure the new room was up to snuff before leaving, offering the option of a 3rd room if this one wasn't good. We did have a minor issue at the breakfast buffet with no one checking on us for at least 20 minutes, however, we did eventually flag down a waitress and she helped us with some requests. The Food and Beverage manager was also made a ware of the issue, she apologized and offered to make it up with a free dinner at the same restaurant or a different restaurant - very nice and accommodating. We checked out that morning, so we didn't take her up on her offer, but nice to know they care about the comfort of their guests and making things right.

The staff here have been nothing less than amazing. I’ve seen a lot of positive reviews about this place and every one of them is absolutely true. But quite honestly I have never experienced such sincere hospitality and graciousness from every single staff member here. Hussam Shabib, most especially, did EVERY single thing to ensure or stay and work events were perfect. And ever single thing WAS perfect. Please, please, please consider the Sheraton Amman al Nabil when you’re next In Amman or if you’re using Amman as your base as you travel throughout this beautiful country.

There a serious issue with the consistency of the food. When you order something medium well and you’ll get it well done and with temperature that is cold that is an issue. At the same time when a simple dip comes with a sour taste that is an issue. The chef apologized and acknowledged that there were mistakes but for the price m charged and a five stars hotel such a problem should have not occurred in the first place. The bizarre thing is that even though they acknowledged there were issues with the food and The fact that we had sent it back almost untouched they still charged fully for it.

One of the nicer Sheratons, what I loved the most was the bed. Really comfortable mattress, your choice of pillows and high quality sheets. The room was really well cleaned and maintained. My only criticism is the horrible wooden sticks instead of spoons as stirrers. Bring back spoons!

Truly love this hotel! One of my favorites. And if you're here and have any issues see Tamer. One of a kind type of guy. Gave me tremendous places to visit to eat and party. Went above and beyond. Businesses need more staff like him. Thanks bro.

I expected a bit more from the rooms I think with the ritz being 20 dinars more I would probably go there next time Staff and the team are all great They always answer my calls even at 3 am Maybe a small upgrade to the rooms and better lighting can bring me back again

We have had such an amazing 3 days and 3 nights at this hotel. A haven while visiting Jordan. Front desk staff were efficient. Housekeeping was unintrusive and swift. Beds so comfy. We had the junior suite with balcony - Never seen a more spacious room than this! Excellent pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Vast gym. Fab breakfast, especially the Zaatar manakeesh. Special mention to Anna who looked after us so well during breakfast each morning; she was particularly thoughtful with her suggestions and a takeaway snackbox, given we were visiting during the holy month of Ramadan. Valet parking is included. Top tip: if you're going into the city, don't drive. Take an uber, which is very affordable, and use the "Sydney Hotel" as a the drop off / pick up landmark as it's a stone's throw from the bustling city center and avoids traffic. One little suggestion to the hotel: Please keep moisturiser in the ladies change rooms, as it would be very helpful post swim/sauna.

I am a hotelier, this is my first time seeing a 5 star hotel made the guests pay for parking, I didn’t like the way of the valet man he said that you should pay and if you don’t like it go and complain to the hotel, he said that the hotel rent them to make the guests pay to park their car, i wont come again and it is so annoying dealing with them

By far the best hotel in Amman, and so far one of the best I've ever visited. The personal is kind, extra caring and willing to go the extra mile. Besides, the lobby and the bar are amazing.

This is one of my favorite spots when I travel to Amman. I am a Marriott Ambassador Elite and been a lifetime Marriott for the past 15 years. When I am at this particular Sheraton I get the best customer service one would imagine at a global scale. You are recognized as a valuable member, and the hospitality across every interaction is nothing but an amazing experience, from restaurants, to gym, to room services, to lounge, and the front desk staff. The management is amazing and takes pride of their property, the Marriott brand they represent, and most importantly their guests. The rooms are wonderful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. Quality food, a great selection, and an exceptional staff. The gym is a must at this Sheraton. The gym is fully equipped high-end gym that is probably one of the best hotels gyms I have seen (and I travel globally and visited many Marriott properties world-wide). They have personal trainers available to assist you. The equipment are top notch, modern, and of high quality as expected from a 5-star gym. If you visit here in the summer, their outdoor pool which is a huge pool. If you are looking for the perfect location, the best experience whether it is for business or vacation, this property is your spot. You will feel welcomed, and treated like an important guest, the way hotels should always treat their guests. Everywhere you go you will notice everything is clean, well organized, with a great attention to details. If you happen to have access to their club/lounge, then do try their Turkish Coffee (a must). They offer great snacks/dinner in the lounge daily. Not to forget their WiFi, it fast, reliable, and great if you are working remotely. In the rooms, you will enjoy the pillows which are fluffy and amazingly comfortable, what you would expect from a Marriott brand. If you plan to upgrade your room, make sure to check out their Diplomatic suite. I want to thank the staff, the management team (who I met many times and always ensured to be accessible and available for their guests), for allowing me to enjoy my stay and my experience in Amman. I will continue coming to this property whenever I am in Amman , to unwind, and enjoy hospitality at its best.

The Sheraton Amman Al Nanil was an agreeable place to stay. I was part of a tour group that was evacuated due to an Israel/Hamas issue that wasn't quickly stopped. My group came about 8pm to the hotel. As a result of the sudden change in accommodstions, I had to share a bed with someone I was travelling with. I did not want to share bedcovers [twin beds were't available due to exodus from Israel, so a room change wasn't possible]. I asked for a separate bedsheet. The employee was quite pleasant as I explained my situation and presented my request. The bedsheet was supplied while I had dinner. Their food was quite good. Local dishes were presented on a buffet style. Employees answered questions about ingredients. The food was plentiful. Given that a group of 60 people showed up, it was an impressive feat that the kitchen staff did all the work required so quickly. Breakfast to go was provided in a bag. Yogurt, fruit, a sandwich and a pastry was in the breakfast. All of that food was good. I would stay at the Sherston Ammon again.

Disappointing Experience at Sheraton Amman: Subpar Service and Unappetizing Food I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton in Amman, Jordan, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations. As a loyal Bonvoy member and someone who has frequented various luxury hotels, I was genuinely shocked by the lackluster service, inedible food, and numerous other disappointments encountered during my stay. Let's start with room service, which turned out to be a series of frustrating and unsatisfactory encounters. My first order, a simple ice bucket, took an astonishing 45 minutes to arrive, despite being promised a mere 5-minute wait. Such a delay for a basic request was highly inconvenient and set the tone for the rest of my experiences. During my second room service order, which included pasta and a sandwich, the wait time stretched to a staggering 75 minutes. To exacerbate the issue, despite making five follow-up calls, I received no response or apology for the excessive delay. The final delivery was disheartening, to say the least. The pasta was not even warm, let alone hot, and was dry, clumpy, and practically inedible. Equally disappointing was the sandwich, which was incredibly dry and overcooked, leaving me utterly unsatisfied. Adding insult to injury, the amenities within the room further contributed to the overall subpar experience. The minibar was empty, depriving guests of the convenience and comfort typically expected from a hotel of this caliber. Moreover, instead of a proper coffee machine, the room provided Nescafé instant coffee sachets. This choice of coffee, especially for a Bonvoy member, was a letdown and did not align with the standard of a five-star hotel. One of the most bewildering aspects of my stay was the consistent misidentification by the staff. Despite being a loyal Bonvoy member, they continuously referred to me by the wrong name, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide personalized service. It is disheartening to realize that their system cannot accommodate the correct first name of a valued member. Overall, the Sheraton in Amman, Jordan, failed to meet the high standards expected from a reputable hotel chain. The prolonged waiting times, unappetizing food, lack of essential room amenities, and the persistent misnaming of guests were all severe drawbacks that tarnished my experience. Considering my previous encounters with Sheraton and other luxury hotels, I am left questioning how this particular establishment can claim to be part of the Sheraton brand. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to avoid further disappointing guests in the future. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as constructive feedback and encourages the necessary changes to bring the Sheraton Amman back to the standard of excellence that guests expect and deserve.

The Sheraton is your home away from home. I have stayed over 300 days in and out of this hotel (and some days in other hotels in Amman). The personable experience here is next to none, having been away for months even a year and when I return the staff knows my name upon arrival they remember the type of pillows you desire in the room, the sparkling vice still you ask for breakfast. You are family at this establishment. A most professional staff, always accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure a lasting impression is made during your stay. From General Manager to Housekeeping, 5 stars across the board. Tala the guest relations lead, Tania and Haya at the front desk are a most wonderful host and will answer any questions, a poster child of the Bonvoy experience. They should most certainly be promoted and deserves a substantial raise at the very least. Masalama

A fantastic high class hotel! I was up sold on the club level but unless you need the balcony, I would avoid this. There wasn’t much value in it otherwise. I was told each time I went to the club that food and drinks were only at certain times so I was never able to take advantage of them, making the membership a bit of a mistake on my part.

A disgrace to Sheraton franchise , we got an old rusty room with a carpet that clearly wasn’t vacuumed for so long, i was sneezing all night the AC wasn’t working properly. thank god it was only one day layover. they claimed they didn’t have any available rooms left clearly lying cause i checked again online and they had . No vanity kit ! the breakfast was terrible we ordered orange juice and coffe paid for both and got only juice . Such a shame terrible experience never coming back to Jordan such a waste of 120 JOD

I had few friends for a visits and the hotel staff literally held my friend hostage and wouldn’t let him leave the hotel, it was so crazy! And started to ask him all kinda questions! I had to come down and talk to the hotel staff so they can let my friend leave in peace! What a crazy experience!!! Hell no I don’t recommend this place!! The hotel staff literally interrogated my poor friend! And wouldn’t let him leave against his will! Literally took his ID from him and made a copy “for future reference” horrible horrible horrible experience! If I can give them 0 stars I would! I am a well traveled guy been over 100 countries and this never happened to me!

Updated .. Management took all my feedback seriously into consideration and made a lot of changes. I would like to thank them for their support and care. I recommend updating the carpet or furniture at some point and continue to improve food and beverage. Experience was great. Mr. Zaid did his best to make our stay comfortable. The only concern at Sheraton Amman is the quality of Food and Beverage in the restaurant and lounge. Also, the staff at the lounge do not make you feel comfortable, too nosy.

The hotel is very old with very old fittings and so on, but very clean, very friendly and professional staff. When I ordered an orange juice, they gave me a free orange bath and they voluntarily dry-cleaned all my clothes. Although the choice of breakfast is very limited, the food is very tasty and well staffed. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in Amman by far. From front desk to breakfast staff to bellboys to security to valet to housekeeping to laundry to lounge. Unbelievable most friendly people I met. Rooms are clean, internet is fast, all services you need are right here to include the best gym in town. But again, if it wasn’t for the employees here, nothing would have mattered. Thank you for making this an awesome experience. God bless you all

Very good hotel, nice rooms, lobby with enough place to sit and drink a tea. One bar where smoking is unfortunately allowed. One restaurant with Italian kitchen and a pool bar. The reason why we stayed here was the gym. Best one I have had in a hotel so far. Restaurants in the area to be reached by foot. Also pharmacy, food stores and liquor store in the area. Parking space is limited but longest waiting time was 5min. Preferring the Landmark comming back here because of the gym, the pool (bar) and indoor pool/ whirlpool. Would prefere a dinner buffet and a second restaurant in the hotel. All in all I enjoyed the stay. Personal as usual is very helpful and friendly.

Good facilities, breakfast menu is si repetitive. U can blindly go to the sections if u have visited once, no change in menu. Stayed for 5 days, so it became very monotonous. Not much options for vegetarians.

Worst experience in Jordan to be honest, there is a new rule for entering the pool and spa, that you have to have a couple with you in order to enter, this is not even a rule in any hotel in the world, unfortunately the staff are unprofessional never smiling and always giving you hard time, i was shocked to find such rude and unpleasant welcome for me and my guest, this is my first time experiencing this… highly don't recommend for anyone.

We came here for our company Ramadan iftar event The staff were super friendly, the food in general was delicious and fresh and the service was very quick. I especially loved the desserts as As there was a huge amount of variety ranging from Arabic to Western. This hotel is in the downtown and across the roads with some other top tier hotels, such as St Regis, Four Seasons, etc. although the building is old, I guess, the breakfast restaurant is nice with simple menu. The indoor swimming pool is heated with large whirlpool. The club on the lobby level is good too, although due to Covid, breakfast is done at the restaurant. Will absolutely recommend.

First I would like to thank everyone for the great experience that I had, with my 13 days long stay. Front desk very organised and helpful. Even though we were a big group they were very patient with us and helped us with everything that we needed( special thanks to zaid, odai, yehya, this is what I remember sorry if I missed anyone). Breakfast from the hands of the chef and his team was wonderful as the breakfast buffet was beyond my expectations. The pool club had amazing service by bashar. There was a British lady ( sorry for not remebering your name), who managed the place we were amazed by her organization skills. From the bellboy, to the room services, to the restaurant team, everything I loved and enjoyed. Thank you for an amazing experience.

From the front desk to the security to the restaurant every thing was beyond what I expected. I enjoyed every moment from the 13 days that I stayed in this hotel and will definitely come back. The rooms where clean and the service was the best. I would especially like to thank: Odai, Zaid, yehya, sunista, sadin, all the security team, rami, Ali, chief Firas and his team, hadeel, Mohammad, and sorry for missing anyones name but thank you all for every thing. You made this stay worth every minute.
