Loved my stay here, the conference halls are spacious and well equipped with multiple simultaneous projections on the walls. The rooms are fine though a bit of renovation would be appreciated. I loved the glass lifts and the imposing entrance with a waterfall effect on one side of the wall. The WiFi is good, but I would appreciate an increase in the number of international channels especially sports channels. Overall a great stay.

For what you pay, there are so many things that need to work better. Especially because the competitors offer such a better service. The people are really nice but some services just worked very bad. For example 1) The key system is absolutely horrible. Every day I go to go to reception because I cannot enter my room, really in a 5 star hotel? 2. The cleaning service. Every day they forgot to put towels in the room. Not so pleasant when you are already in the shower. One day no shampoo, the following one no soap. Really, in a 5 star hotel?. 3. Out of 5 nights so far, in 3 of them the cleaning service would leave my door open, to find that at 8pm coming back from work is not so pleasant. Lights ON, AC ON...not so enviromentally friendly, no? A lot of capacity building is needed.

The hotel is old. The rooms are having bad smoking smell. No tissue box in the rooms. The AC temperature is hot the curtains are not fully blocking out the sun. The staff are not professional they need to have more training The breakfast is not variable having tables and cultry are not clean.. Staff are not friendly not polite uniforms are not tidy or clean.. they are noisey shouting and speaking very loud together.. food finishes so fast they dont refill.. Wont come back here definitely.

Very nice hotel! From the location to the staff, it’s totally worth it. However, something that really made it better and want to mention is the employee Madji, from the concierge. He was very helpful since the moment my family and I arrived. Truly a great guy, very nice, very attentive and overall seems to care (which is always appreciated). Good hotel with nice and cooperative staff. Rooms are tidy. Room service is quick. All you need in good hotel is there. Swimming pool was closed due to cold weather otherwise all services were operational. I was impressed with quick elevators. There are 3 of it but well maintained. We also did a seminar for 100 plus people and it was tremendous. Hall is very spacious with proper temperature control. Besides the internal facilites, the location of hotel is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Jordan.

Simple words to describe this hotel. Clean, secured, awesome, stunning, and caring. The staff was a high of the place. Not one bad thing you can say about this staff. I want to say Thank You for letting me meet a talented and caring staff.

Honestly this was one of my worst experiences. You think you pay an expensive price to go to a high end resort yet you end up paying for every little thing. They even make you pay to use the Jacuzzi how crazy is that never experienced this before. The meals are very expensive you pretty much have to have an extra budget just for stupid things that will be included in any other resort. Go to a cheaper resort and you will get the same services. Definitely not worth it.

The general service in the hotel is great! And it has delicious food with a very nice service from Mr. Ahmed (manager) and his staff. Wish them all the best!

Staff are kind, moved me from a loud room overlooking the pool on a wedding night to more quiet room. Hotel a bit dated and spa/massage experience was very mediocre (person was pushing oil around on my body but didn't really seem to know what to do and got charged a hefty amount).

Great place to be in for a business trip, great team and service especially the concierge team especially Magdi he have helpdd a lot since my arrival to Departure on different fronts. Food is great and the service is quite very special. Location is great as well and restaurants and cafes are around the place as well as exchange currency places. Highly recommended.

What a horrible experience. This hotel should not have a 5-star rating. Old rooms, low hygiene standards, we were even greeted by some cockroaches in the rooms! And some staff members are super unprofessional. Everything was a disaster besides the very nice guy who works at the taxi desk. This hotel does not deserve a penny, spend your money somewhere else.

Old hotel, rooms stink of smoke, even in a non smoking room, and when you tell them they come add some « refreshing perfume » that doesn’t help at all. Finally, they gave us another room that smelt a little bit better. The gift shop is never open, and when you ask they say the person is on break (we’ve checked 2-3times in the afternoon, the person was on break all these times). The pool closes super early. The service at the cafe is unbelievably slow. The hotel looks abandoned, no one is there and there seems to be half of the staff present. Would absolutely not recommend. Doesn’t live up to the kempinski standard AT ALL! staff is really nice, but that’s about it for the positive things in the hotel. Not to add that their wifi doesn’t work at all.

This hotel is beautiful. I stayed in a superior room (king bed) it was spacious and felt very open. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep almost instantly. The only "bad" thing is it's kind of tricky getting to the entrance due to the traffic. The being said, it is quiet inside.

Mohammed Yaseen and Suhaib were amazing room keepers! They made my hotel room spotless and even made towel swans on the bed! They made my journey to Jordan extremely inviting and relaxing. Recommend this lovely hotel 10/10

Ok having previously stayed here for 3 nights 7 days ago and reviewed very positively with 4 stars. Returned for a single night. I have to revalue. Our second visit was not good. The breakfasts are great but !!! We were offered a upgrade for 20jod. Previously we were given a free upgrade with out a request!!! The room had a back yard view. We had one glass in our room for 2 guests!!! The TV was very small. The reception when I called them about times for breakfast they couldn't tell me !!! Mini bar over priced 50 metres across the street you can buy everything for .5jod. The place is clean generally service is ok on reflection 3 stars at best.

It was a great experience going there. The staff was really helpful, and friendly, not to forget to mention really good at communicating with people. I can say it was a great experience and when I come back for business for sure, for sure I will be getting a place in Kempinski. really good hotel excellent staff nothing is too difficult. it was my birthday and they left a nice little cake in my room. I can’t say anything bad about the staff as soon as I went for breakfast. I came back up and my room was cleaned. I didn’t need to touch any of my suitcases as they would be moved around and they didn’t expect a tip or anything as it’s all part of the service. The pool is nice. The gym is good for sauna and steam room are also quite nice.

The Kempinski is an impressive hotel in Amman Jordan. In the middle of many hotels, I am so glad we had the chance to stay at Kempinski Hotel Amman. After our travels in Israel staying at hotels with hundreds of people and the noise and congestion that goes along with the crowds, we were shocked to walk into the Kempinski and experience quiet. Wow. The hotel is modern and looks very new inside with the grandeur of the NYC uptown hotel. Clean and quiet, with real orchids around, it is a beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious, with a large king bed featuring amazing linens and comforter. Fantastic nights sleep. The bathroom was modern and clean with all the amenities. The plus to this hotel is the restaurant and the service. Walking down into the beautiful restaurant there was music playing and the noise level of humans was minimal, what a nice change. Food was excellent, with many vegetarian options for my partner and I. Waiters offered assistance without asking and addressed you with a smile. Quality hotel in Amman, and worth the visit.

I stayed in the hotel for a long period around 15 days for a work trip and for a 5 star hotel it was not a 5 star for sure. You have to complain every day to get a service that you should not ask for as it’s a 5 star hotel, it should be done with out asking. - bad hygiene (towels are not clean and they don’t change it in regular bases) The workers are nice they try but not enough. Overall it’s expensive and not worth the money.

I’ve had some issues during my stay, but everything was resolved thanks to Bayan Hammad the guest realtion manager. She was very helpful throughout my whole stay. So the only reason my stay got better was thanks to her, and to sulaiman from house keeping.

And most importantly, I want to mention that the employee (Omar) from the concierge is one of the best and kindest employees in the hotel... He helped us a lot during our stay.. The Hotel was OK, for a 5star hotel I expected a more luxurious stay. The buffet was just alright nothing special really. The housekeeping was great though, they were very helpful and friendly Baha and Hussein did an exceptional job!

The location is really amazing and close to most places that i am interested visiting Rooms are clean maybe a bit outdated but still very comfy and cozy, but the best advantage in this place are the friendly staff, from the check in that was really fast and super polite to the cleaning staff which they were so quick responding to requests and the lovely restaurant staff specially Mr. Qassem the restaurant manager who never stop smiling the whole time and was serving food himself just to satisfy customers needs. Highly recommend the place when visiting Amman

A beautiful and wonderful experience, I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast is delicious and varied and the chefs were helpful (special thanks to Ali, Ahmed, and Diaa for their exceptional and excellent service during breakfast). I recommend adding breakfast to your booking. The rooms are clean and orderly (special thanks to the room cleaning staff, especially the worker Masbah). The hotel's location is excellent and you can reach most tourist areas within a quarter of an hour. The staff were very helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. The service is excellent and fast, and requests are fulfilled very quickly. This branch of the Kempinski Hotels group is different in that it is somewhat old despite the continuous maintenance, but the passage of time is apparent. However, we faced a problem when checking out of the hotel when security personnel on 12/8/2023 at around 10:30 a.m. searched our bags upon leaving and we had never experienced this before as we were asked to open the bag and return a small towel used to wrap olive oil taken as a gift from this beautiful land. We had never experienced anything like this before, especially since we are regular customers of Kempinski hotels and always book it during our trips. As usual, Kempinski was a great partner for our trip. Thank you to the hotel management, thank you Kempinski Hotels group.

Great buffet, the spa is very nice with free jacuzzi and hamam. Rooms are big and comfort. The only negative is the elevator system where you can't go in another roof if your friend stays in a different room than yours.

I am staying on an all inclusive formula in the hotel (breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks) but today i was leaving the restaurant after breakfast, i was thirsty so i took a small bottle of water to drink it on the way back to my room. The guy at the reception stopped me and told me that i am not allowed to drink it outside the restaurant so i had to give him the small bottle. Knowing the welcoming culture in islamic country, i found it quite low level compared to the class of the hotel. He could have at least told me take it this time but please be informed that it is not allowed or he could have checked in his system on what formula i was staying in instead of making me return the small bottle of water!! Very cheap!

This hotel claims to be a 5-star location but it’s far from it. If you are COVID conscious, I don’t recommend it at all! The staff don’t wear their masks and when I addressed it with the manager, he assured me that it will change, but there was only a slight improvement. The guests definitely don’t either. The staff are friendly for the most part. The room service was horrible! We ordered grilled chicken, and we received rubber on a plate. When I called room service and addressed my dietary restrictions due to an intolerance, the person was really not helpful or knowledgeable. I had to ask to speak to the chef directly and he was very nice. The music from the pool is very loud on weekends so if you’re a light sleeper or go to bed early, good luck! Overall, not worth the price you pay, especially if you’re not receiving a discount or special rate.

I attended a wedding at h2o pool venue, it was so beautiful but the space is small, and tables are far from the dance floor.. the surprise was that the food was not as good as kempinski level … specially the chicken and fish dishes! The salads were great… but the main courses needs improvement

The last stay of our Jordan trip was in Amman at Kempinski Hotel, Amman, and this hotel was like putting cherry on the cake(our Jordan trip)! The service, facilities and people are awesome! Ala at the front desk was outstanding!!! She made sure that our stay was a pleasant one! Hotel rooms and bathrooms are very well appointed and spacious! The breakfast was excellent and it exceeded or expectations!! The parking was included in our stay There are many restaurants and bars in walking distance, and the area is a safe and upscale neighborhood. We would highly recommend this hotel, for its location, ambiance, service and above all the staff!

We had a great stay here - staff were very friendly, a lot of choice for breakfast and rooms were lovely. Only thing I would say is that if you want to be closer to restaurants, shops etc then the area close to King Abdullah mosque is a better location (although a very close drive / uber). Would definitely recommend!

An intriguing hotel - good value overall (I think) but food and extras do add up. The staff were great but we had an interesting situation trying to collect our car early in the morning for our flight. We were reassured check out would be ok at 6am, but I had to climb into the security booth to retrieve the car key as the guard refused to wake up, both to the hotel security and our own amusement….

I stayed here for a medical conference. Room, staff and food was good. Alcohol is available in the bar and restaurants. I was there in early November 2022 and the pool was shut which was a bit disappointing. Just before I left I wanted to send some postcards. The hotel shop has the usual trinkets as well as postcards. Got some cards but they don’t sell stamps and the hotel doesn’t sell stamps. The concierge assured me he would get some stamps and post my cards so I handed over some Dinars. Needless to say, the cards never arrived.

The hotel experience was fine here (great food and service in the hotel restaurant, quite room floors, clean hotel room, etc.) EXCEPT for the spa. Do yourself a favor and do not use the spa services at this hotel. Especially if you’re used to a western spa experience. The spa area was very dirty (steam room had dirt and hair on the ground and looked like it had not be cleaned in days), but more over the receptionist that was covering at the spa desk was disrespectful (not the main spa manager, older gentleman that was there during the day, he was kind, respectful, and customer service oriented). When I was leaving the hotel I let the hotel staff know and they were truly apologetic and wanted to make things right. Again, my experience at the hotel (other than the spa) was fine and I would stay there again when visiting that region but NOT USE THE SPA. Again, save your money and don’t use the spa.

We reached here at 1.30 pm as per Amman time. By the time we reached, lunch was ready. Only thing which was not ready were our rooms. Luckily we got our room. But others had to wait. This point should be improved. Rest all things are good. Also they provide complimentary gifts to their guests. Wonderful stay with wonderful view.

Business Facilities: I came for a workshop a couple of weeks ago. I needed documents printed and Bayan and Layali at the business center were super helpful getting everything organized and printed in a rush. Thanks for the great customer service ladies!

My family and I were very happy with our stay here. The hotel facilities were good and the room is comfortable. Surrounding the hotel are many businesses and restaurants so this is a good place to be if you have a free day to just hang out. Unfortunately other kempinski Hotels are much better in terms of services. Check in process was not organized, we were waiting for our turn to check in while other costumer walked in with no respect to the line and he checked in. Also, we asked for late check out and they granted our request.the next day we got a phone call from the front desk telling us that we will need to pay for the late check out (things were sorted out and we did not pay). I would recommend for the front desk to be more organized and respectful for the costumers.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room had an incredible view and all staff were nice and helpful.
