Very
nice
hotel
and
even
better
service.
The
manager
Mohammad
responded
promptly
to
an
issue
we
were
having
with
requesting
an
electricity
converter.
Although
the
problem
was
not
fixed,
he
definitely
spent
several
hours
trying
to
help
us
before
it
was
realized
the
hotel
did
not
have
a
converter.
It’s
also
nice
all
the
managers
wear
suits
even
in
July.
Speaking
of
which
the
hotel
was
well
air-conditioned
and
often
times
just
a
bit
chilly
which
was
amazing
when
coming
back
from
shopping
the
downtown
streets
of
Jordan.
The
hotel
itself
is
well-kept
and
very
clean,
going
through
the
side
door
for
security
is
a
must
in
Jordan
and
every
reputable
hotel
has
this
feature.
The
fitness
center,
outdoor
and
indoor
pools
are
a
good
size.
What’s
really
nice
is
the
hotel
doesn’t
allow
any
parties
at
the
pool
in
the
evening
so
you
do
not
hear
any
noise.
Our
room
overlooked
the
pool
and
the
outdoor
terrace
which
was
nice
so
we
could
have
the
view
without
the
nuisance.
Also
an
absolute
must
the
hotel
rooms
are
soundproof.
Interestingly,
I
noticed
anytime
we
put
trash
outside
the
door
even
during
odd
hours
it
was
picked
up
shortly.
I
think
the
cleaning
staff
is
always
cleaning
and
does
a
good
job.
One
of
my
only
pet
peeves
with
the
hotel
is
that
when
you
order
room
service
they
bring
a
tray
instead
of
a
cart
so
you
don’t
really
have
a
good
area
to
have
dinner
except
by
using
the
work
desk.
I
also
thought
the
design
of
the
bathroom
was
well
thought
through,
I
often
find
hotels
where
the
shower
water
runs
into
the
rest
of
the
bathroom,
here
the
shower
was
enclosed
next
to
the
bathtub
with
a
good
area
to
stand
in
and
the
seal
kept
the
water
from
running
into
the
rest
of
the
bathroom.
For
individuals
with
club
access
like
myself
it
is
very
nice
set
up
on
the
ninth
floor
and
the
manager
Ali
takes
care
to
make
sure
everybody
is
well
received
and
taken
care
of.
For
example
I
needed
to
have
several
work
documents
printed
but
did
not
want
try
and
to
log
into
the
hotel
computer
and
chose
instead
to
send
an
email
to
Ali
who
would
print
them
for
me.
The
happy
hour
is
from
6
to
9
PM
and
they
always
have
a
good
assortment
of
snacks
and
tapas
type
meals.
Even
though
this
is
an
Islamic
country
alcohol
is
allowed
in
the
Hyatt
hotel,
and
as
an
American
I
was
quite
relieved!
This
is
probably
my
fourth
visit
to
Amman,
but
my
first
time
staying
at
the
Hyatt.
Now
I
know
for
my
return
trips
this
is
my
hotel-
home
away
from
home.
