    The hotel is beautiful and rooms are impeccably clean. My housekeeper, Analou, was courteous, friendly and spoke English perfectly. You'll find a mix of business and recreational travelers here, and visitors from many different regions. There are several restaurants and dinner is served until late in the evening, which is helpful during long business days. The gym is beautiful and spacious, with lots of equipment. The staff is wonderful and is equipped to cater to any request. All staff speak English, which made my trip much easier. Check out the pool area too!

    My group of friends and I went to the Crystal Lounge for a girls night out, and it was nice. It was really calm, chill, and cozy. There weren’t many people there, so it’s great if you’re looking to have a conversation and some good drinks. Tables aren’t optimal for eating (too low), hence, we did not order any food. The drinks were really good, and so was the service. Another thing that is worth mentioning is that tables with the capacity to seat 5+ people aren’t many (maybe 2-3), the rest fit 4 people or less. Final two notes are that the service was excellent, they were really friendly and nice, and we didn’t have to book in advance.

    The hotel is so beautiful You'll find a mix of business and recreational travelers here, and visitors from many different regions.     We made a mistake and booked a spa treatment in the hotel’s “high end” spa facility, the Willow Stream. We made a booking 2 days in advance, but to our surprise and after booking our schedules and arranging a baby sitter, we arrive to the spa to find that there is no appointment, they apologised but couldn't do anything and we are to rearrange our schedules according the incompetence if whoever booked us in the first place. This will definitely be our first and last time to the hotel, that neither looks nor smells anything like a 5 star hotel. The funniest thing is that the not the Assistant Manager nor the spa management called us back for any sort of follow up.

    I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Amman. I was extremely impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff. This was my first time visiting Jordan with my son, so I wanted to make the most of our time there. I asked Wissam, a young man there, for sightseeing suggestions. Wissam went above and beyond any expectations. Not only did he give me helpful information, but he also recruited his colleague Faisal for assistance. Between the two of them, they created a perfect itinerary for us. I can't thank them enough for all their help. It's refreshing to have people who are so genuine, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely visit again sometime in the near future. We both had such a great time in Amman, and hopefully, next visit, it will be a longer stay.

    Zero star ,not fairmont standard ,they charged me 75 JD ($100) for early check in had a long flight with my 3 old daughter didn't want argue and when I asked for late check out 2:00 pm they said they don’t have ! Had to call the manager and lose my temper to get what I want!! defiantly not a 5 star hotel ,staff are not friendly . Not recommended not going back . Don’t waste your money pick another hotel.

    Good hospitality services, Thanks to all teams front office, F&B, Concierge, House keeping and security. Wonderful experience, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we are looking forward to come back in the near future, definitely we will happily stay again and I would like to thank the employees for their efforts and services specifically the reception team always smiling and friendly,

    Of all the hotels in Amman, this is the most beautiful. From the architecture to the intricate, nuanced and unique interior design of each restaurant and room - it’s quite breathtaking. The staff were very friendly, helpful and memorable, and the food was amazing at every restaurant. The gym is beyond well-equipped! The only downside is being slightly too far from the old town to walk there or to walk around to shops and restaurants in the area. But then again, the hotel itself is so well-equipped that it’s almost a shame to go outside. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff so I could thank them personally - thank you all for a wonderful stay!

    Beautiful hospitality and welcome. We had a gorgeous room, and I would highly recommend this hotel. The food by Chef Hamza is wonderful. My only feedback is the hairdryers which have a safety feature making them difficult to use and inconvenient. All the staff are hospitable and helpful. Thank you!

    Bad experience. I booked three nights in the hotel. On my third day I have kindly requested the reservation team to cancel my last night due to an emergency case back home. Unfortunately, there was no consideration for my situation and they refused to cancel my last night. I sent several requests through booking and placed many phone calls to the reservations, but with no luck. Management of the hotel should be more flexible and co-operative.

    It was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Staff showed extreme professionalism and attention to detail in all the requests made. Very helpful and cooperative. The view from the hotel is amazing over looking amman with its vibrant vibes. The suite was really nice and spacious with a descent work space. Overall a great hotel

    Wonderful stay in Fairmont Amman . Beautiful Lobby . We got a corner room on the 14th floor ( golden Floor) . Very large and Cosy room with city view . Golden Lounge is fantastic and everybody were friendly especially Ahmed . He is friendly , active and made wonderful cocktails . We had breakfast at Gold lounge and it was great but I do prefer more the Buffet breakfast on the ground floor . More varieties and stunning decorations.. we had also lunch at Asian restaurant and was fantastic . Beef and Chicken Satay was great and authentic.. overall we had a wonderful stay . Staffs are friendly and Professional.. we will be coming back when we are in Amman again next time .

    Very nice (and big) hotel. Staff very friendly and courteous. For me the nicest 5-star hotel in Amman with very nicely furnished rooms. Unsatisfactory is the pool situation: the pool is much too small for the number of guests, moreover it was full of noisy children who could hardly swim, jumped into the pool and generally just had the impression of a children's playground. Unfortunately, you couldn't relax at the pool. Also, the DJ music from the rooftop bar was unfortunately clearly audible in the rooms until after midnight.

    Great experience staying in at the fairmont amman. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was outstanding, and special thanks to the wonderful concierge team who helped me book my dinner at one of the busiest restaurants in amman within very little time. Special thanks to Sandy from the concierge team for helping us with different matters throughout our stay making sure everything was going smooth, with matters inside and outside the hotel.

    This is a review on Nasim Rooftop @ Fairmont Amman. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let's start with the positives: Food wasn't bad, nice décor and atmosphere. Now for the negatives: Service was non existent, I've had better service at fast food restaurants. Extremally slow and non attentive service. We had reserved a table that is away from the DJ and they gave us a table next to the DJ, we asked to be moved and they initially agreed (the place was empty), then they refused citing that they cannot join two tables together to accommodate 6 people , then they agreed after we insisted. There was a huge gathering of youngsters all drunk and rowdy (maybe 20 people or so) right behind us. I get it, alcohol is your main business, but you should not keep serving until they are all drunk and disturbing others. They lost control of the situation due to greed and it could have easily turned ugly. I felt like I was in a cheap bar downtown not a 5 star rooftop and was on edge hoping for it not to escalate. A couple hours later, as we were waiting for our bill, one of the drunk youngsters started shouting at us apologizing and introduced us to his fiancé (whom he just met lol). To be fair, the manager came at the end and offered us coffee/tea as an apology. The cherry on top? My original review from last week was deleted by accident, but the owner asked me to email him my contact information so they could call me, I did, no one ever called :)

    Really enjoyed my stay here. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We booked a gold deluxe room and were not disappointed. All the extra touches within the room and the gold access made our stay very pleasant. The room was immaculate and beautifully presented. The gold lounge afternoon tea, drinks hour and breakfast were well worth the money. The hotel is stunning throughout. The spa area was very quiet and enjoyable with steam sauna pools and outdoor area. The outdoor area was a little busier with children. We enjoyed an evening meal in the Salt steakhouse which was very nice and again with excellent service.

    The hotel is well located in a quiet area and close to the center. The room was excellent, clean and in very good conditions with all the necessary amenities, including coffee machine, iron and tv. The bathroom is full equipped with separated shower and bathtub. The restaurants of the hotel were also excellent, serving plenty of local plates and international meals, especially Asian. The gym is also well equipped for weight lifting, cardio and classes. I will probably return next time I am in Amman.

    During the month of June 2023, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Amman for six days. This hotel was the perfect choice for our business trip/holiday in Amman. The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, providing us with a comfortable stay. We were impressed by the well-trained and hospitable staff members who made our experience even more enjoyable. While we had a great overall experience, I would rate the hotel restaurant as average due to limited options for vegans and vegetarians. However, despite being a bit pricey, we believe that our stay at Fairmont Amman was definitely worth it.

    The room is spotless when my room attendant cleaned it. He/She organized my things well and gave ne things that I asked and needed in the room immediately. The room attendants are very nice whenever I see them in the corridor.

    The hotel is new and clean. The ladies in the reception desk need to smile and deal better with customers. Men are better than the ladies. They were very tough without a smile. The food is good but the waiters need to be trained more. They should know that they do not need to wait for all the food we ordered to be served together. This was mainly in Nour restaurant. Plus tissues should be on every table. We asked for gloves they did not have as well. One of the waiters was confused with serving the tea in a mug and when I asked for tea with milk he boiled milk and added a tea bag... Come on this is just tea with milk.. Again I felt that the men are more friendly than the women. I do understand that it is the culture that makes them serious but still in a 5 stars hotel they need to smile..heavy training is needed in how to deal with customers... I would repeat the experience because it is clean and not because of the service... The ladies on the reception were a disaster...please consider giving them trainings...... This is urgently needed and ABC in hospitality.. Thank you

    The staff was very kind and helpful with my two different stays here. The breakfast is very good, however it could be difficult to reach out the staff when it is crowded (e.g. weekends). It is not walking distance to the city center but if you use taxi or Uber it is very easily manageable (remember to walk out of the other side of the street to avoid the traffic).

    I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The level of service exceeded our expectations right from the moment we arrived. We had chosen a Gold Deluxe room, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The room was not only impeccably clean but also thoughtfully adorned with extra touches that enhanced our overall experience. Access to the Gold Lounge added an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment to our stay. The hotel itself is a sight to behold, with stunning aesthetics throughout. The spa area offered a serene escape, with tranquil steam saunas, pools, and even an outdoor area, although it did tend to be a bit busier due to children. One of the highlights was dining at the Salt Steakhouse, where we savored a delicious meal paired with exceptional service. Overall, my stay was marked by a high level of comfort, outstanding service, and a beautiful hotel setting.

    Stayed there for two nights before the pandemic. The services and the rooms were impeccable. As soon as we arrived in front of the hotel gate, one of the bell boys came right to us to open the taxi door and inquired politely to give him permission of taking care of our luggage. We were escorted by the lobby ambassador to the check-in counter, a flawless arrival experience. The hotel was new as some of the facilities were not fully open to the public. That didn’t bother us since we had planned to spend most of our time in the city. My parents and my sister were surprised by the room arrangement, in a positive way. The rooms were conveniently adjacent to each other with a connecting walk-in wardrobe to enter another room. This design provided not only a sense of intimacy for the family but decent privacy that we all required. It gets better with an upgraded city view that allowed first-timers like us to immerse and enjoy. We appreciated such a thoughtful arrangement from the localhost. After a productive day sightseeing in the city, we came back only to find out another surprise, a plate of local treats written with chocolate syrup saying “Happy Chinese New Year. Please enjoy our version's of moon cakes.” The gesture from the staff was unexpected in which we didn’t mention to them that it was actually our new year. What a perfect way to end our day. The human touch, the little things, and the smiles matter. No matter how far away we were from home, it was the genuine Jordanian hospitality that connected us to the place and made us feel at ease. Fairmont did turn the moment into memories just like the brand slogan said. Thank you for giving me a story to share. The only downside was that we didn’t get to stay longer.

    I came to Amman for 3 nights and stayed in fairmont. One of the best hotels in Amman. I met Sally who was kind enough to help us find our way in the hotel. She took us on a tour to the restaurants. We ended up staying in Crystal lounge. Thank you for the great service.

    I went to Amman Jordan for a business trip and had the opportunity to stay at the Fairmont for 35 days. What an awesome experience!!! 100% of the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and super helpful. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Sally in Guest Services. She assisted with local knowledge, and went out of her way to help me learn Arabic everyday. Sally is a cheerful, quick witted, knowledgeable professional who has stellar people skills. Her ability to balance work tasks, manage guests, and carry on a conversation was phenomenal. Sally always made us feel welcome, answered our questions, and patiently helped me with my Arabic. Her cheerful disposition, positive energy and laughter are contagious. My day was definitely brighter every time I spent time talking with Sally. My time in Amman is full of great memories, excellent food, and fantastic people thanks to the superb staff at Fairmont Amman. The world needs more people like Sally!!!

    Amazing staff very professional. Food is amazing in all restaurants. I was celebrating my anniversary the staff did an amazing job with decorating my room !! The atmosphere is amazing. Overall, the top hotel in Amman(based on my experience). Only thing, the rooms can be a bit cleaner especially the room toilet.

    when you are in the hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for the parking. every single time we left with the rental car we had to pay 2 Dinar. Why? But after that we knew that they had to stamp a card every time we left ( every time we left with the car) So that we don't have to pay. Why didn't they tell us before? Housekeeping is always coming at different times, and sometimes didn't even come, they waited for us to call them so that they finally decided to clean.. For maybe 3 or 4 days, they didn't put tea, sugar or Nescafé until we asked them to. As well as plastic bags, soap, box tissues and tooth brushes... they don't put them. For the kitchenette, There aren't any cutlery, plates, cups, etc, and room service is very slow, you need to call at least 2 times before they come and get whatever you called them for right. They won't bring anything unless you point it out to them. housekeeping doesn't clean very well. In general housekeeping is in serious need of refinery. But the reception and security are nice overall, very friendly.

    One of the best hotel experiences we have had. A beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. The breakfast buffet might be the best hotel meal we’ve ever had. Some of the staff service was inconsistent, but particular praise should be given to the front desk, specifically Amal. Conscientious and helpful, she helped organized our group rides, solved problems, and went out of her way to make sure that everything was taken care of during our stay. I can say with confidence that she made our experience one to remember, and that she deserves special praise.

    I have to say this is the best hotel in Amman. Staff is fantastic. Food is amazing. Rooms are so well designed it perfect place to stay if you are on a business trip. I can’t find anything wrong with this place based on 10 days in Jordan I will definitely stay there again.

    I do travel a lot, this is one of the best hotel I have ever booked. I strongly recommend this place, everything was perfect from A to Z. A special mention for the bed, extremely comfortable, and for the dinner and the breakfast. There were so many delicious and fresh made dishes and options for both buffets, we were simply amazed by the variety and the quality of what they offer. Staff is friendly. Bar is perfect to chill out otherwise there is also a swimming pool; hotel is extremely well located.     This is my first stay in this hotel to imlement a workdhop although I'm regularly visiting this lovely city since 1997. Without any hesitation this is by far the most enjoyable stay. The facility is luxurious, with variety of amenities and services. The room is very spacious, with wide cloths corner separated from the bedroom. The bathroom is of high quality 👌. Many restaurants with tasty food, local, Lebanese, Asiatic and International. But above all the professional and welcoming staff which let you feel as privileged guest. Strongly recommend.

    It’s an amazing hotel. Food prices to match. Great range of restaurants. The swimming pool is tiny. There’s a kids pool so the adults can have some quiet time, but makes no difference - can get very crowded at weekends (5-7). Gym and steam room are worth a visit. Concierge is excellent as is room service and wake up call. I stayed in room 911 for 5 nights …

    This review is for the Fairmont SPA. Excellent services. Personnel is courteous and professional although can sometimes be a little too pressing. Customers are there to relax and don't need to be rushed. Facilities are top-notch. Massage was great as well as the jaccuzi and sauna. The steam room on the other hand presents many areas with stains and mold and requires renovation.

    Pros: Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Also good location Cons: No AC / temperature control in room and no way to open windows, so I was sweating at night in the middle of the winter. Also, staff somehow did not know there was an exit fee when leaving Jordan so we arrived with no cash

    It was one of the most wonderful hotel I ever tried. Very good customer service, beautiful room and amazing cafes and food. The only thing I wish to have for my next visit, to have a digital key on the app and to be able to ask to bring your car from the parking through the app. Their hookah in the pool is really amazing

    Amazing Reception Team I was early into the hotel and my agent had not booked the hotel, the Angelic team at Fairmont reception was unbelievable. Rakan, Haya and Aya were the definition of what customer service should be and more. Their professionalism and kindness is second to none. The hotel is a great place to stay but the service I received from this team goes beyond work requirement. In the modern day of computers and self service they proved how the old school person to person interaction can not be matched with technology. I highly and strongly recommend this hotel and above all , I am forever indebted to Rakan , Haya and Aya for their assistance.

    I really had a bad experience with this hotel spa , useless booking system. Will not come back any more. With all the respect to the spa manager but he needs to show more respect and treat his clients more professionally.

    This hotel is top tier. The staff i rooms very professional and willing to help without being pushy. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Gold Club room which was very nice. The room was larger than normal with a very oversized bathroom. There is a long double sink vanity that stretched the depth of the room behind a TV wall. There is a separate toilet/bidet room at one end and an enclosed shower at the other end. The shower features a rainshower head and a hand-held shower. The water pressure was adequate but the temp was 1-2 degrees cooler than desired. I'm allergic to duck feather so the staff quickly exchanged the feather pillows for a foam pillow. The weirdest thing was finding chains on the doors leading to the Gold Club Lounge.

    Me and my friends stayed for 3 days in the hotel and we are not very experienced in Amman. Sally was with us in the whole stay from morning to night the schedule was on here. She first showed us a tour around the hotel since this is our first time. She also advices us where to go in Amman. We had a great vacation due to he’s good taste in places to go. She took us to best restaurants in Amman. Thank you fairmont for having such amazing staff. Thank you Sally we definitely will be coming back.

    A wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel! We received a warm welcome from Sally Barakat from the guest relations team, with a full explanation of the hotel. Our room was wonderful, It was clean and classy. Sally wrote us a very interesting schedule for activities to do in Amman.Thank you sally for your personal warm service she was extremely charming and helpful. Over all this is truly a wonderful stay in this unique property.
