recently
placed
an
order,
and
I
must
say,
it
was
a
complete
disappointment.
The
food
arrived
cold
and
emitted
a
strong,
unpleasant
odor,
which
immediately
put
me
off.
Not
only
was
the
food
not
prepared
as
per
my
specifications,
but
it
seemed
like
it
had
been
sitting
around
for
quite
some
time
before
being
packed.
The
flavors
were
dull
and
lacked
any
freshness.
It
was
evident
that
no
care
or
attention
was
given
to
the
quality
of
the
meal.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
portion
size
was
significantly
smaller
than
what
was
advertised.
I
felt
cheated
and
unsatisfied
after
spending
my
hard-earned
money
on
such
a
subpar
meal.
The
presentation
was
also
sloppy,
with
sauces
leaking
and
the
packaging
in
disarray.
When
I
contacted
the
restaurant
to
express
my
disappointment,
their
response
was
dismissive
and
unapologetic.
They
showed
no
concern
for
their
customers'
satisfaction,
which
further
added
to
my
frustration.
Based
on
my
experience,
I
can
not
recommend
ordering
from
it.
The
cold,
smelly
food,
coupled
with
poor
customer
service,
leaves
much
to
be
desired.
I
suggest
looking
for
alternative
options
that
prioritize
quality
and
customer
satisfaction.

I
must
address
the
false
statement
you
made
regarding
a
refund.
To
clarify,
I
have
not
received
any
attempts
from
your
restaurant
to
rectify
the
situation
or
offer
a
refund.
It
is
disheartening
to
see
that
instead
of
acknowledging
the
valid
concerns
raised
in
my
review,
you
have
chosen
to
provide
a
misleading
response.
Honesty
and
transparency
are
crucial
when
addressing
customer
feedback,
and
I
hope
you
will
reconsider
your
approach
in
the
future.
