Very bad after sales service. I don't recommend

Unfortunately I am very disappointed from the after service that they offer I bought a recliner chair 7 month ago and it’s not working anymore I have contact them to find me a solution to fix the chair I took but they come over and did nothing and say that they will contact me back and tried to visit them and contact the manager who’s responsible for that and he stoped replying me !!! Are you serious people ! You will loss a lot of customer cause what I can see here that mostly u have a very bad reputation with the after sale service !!! And am not willing to buy anything from you anymore and won’t advice no one to buy

Furniture looks beautiful but the quality isn't there. And their warranty is a joke. How could you even abuse sofas? You're supposed to sit on them, they're supposed to support you, not break and fall apart in a year.

Very, very, very bad customer service, from the owner to the employees. As an engineer who dealt with the company, they don't answer phone calls or messages, don't understand your requirements, and have a bad attitude with the client. Not recommended at all.
