I bought a bedroom, the salesperson used his knowledge to dump a piece that would not sell otherwise on my bill. Delivered a bed that is too high for people under 220 cm tall. Midas management supported this action, I had to trash and buy a new piece. Shame on you all!

Expensive. Great quality. Styles are limited, personally i didn't find what i was looking for which is a simple bedroom. Location is good. Staff are nice. Very clean and comfortable.

Great furniture options and great service, hope the discount percentage in Amman is a bit higher such as other international branches like the ones in Doha

Messy, I didn’t like the selection, the customer service is so~so.. I dont like it when they are too eager to help, but in midas it felt like no one is bothered you entered the store.

Buy expensive furniture that look fancy but once you use it, u get to know its only the outer part that is rich and exquisite. The wood, inner framework and quality of material is extremely bad so is the instalation. Regret buying my furniture from there

Large selection of products, geared towards the more traditional designs in most cases, but still offer a lot of modern and contemporary designs of furniture. Quality is decent, you can get lucky with some items. The prices are okay I guess when comparing with other stores. Staff is friendly. However, they don't allow returns or exchanges as I experienced. Even within the same day, even though I picked up the item myself from their warehouse at Qastal near the airport to speed up delivery since they required 4 days before delivery in this case.

We bought a number of items from Midas. On delivery date they did not deliver all the order and three side tables were missing. They advised me that they had not received them from their sources and told me they expected to get them after a week. Firstly they negated on their delivery date. Then I realised that the size of the side table is too large and that two would be sufficient. I called them to deliver only one more and to cancel two and refund them. They refused and said their management does not accept to refund . So I asked for a credit note to be used at a later date. Again they refused stating I have only three days to buy something else. This kind of service is not to be found anywhere else by any reputable company. I certainly will not buy from Midas again.
