Located in intercontinental. By far this place is my favorite restaurant in Jordan, the service is amazing, the food is so good and the price is worth it! We ordered many Lebanese appetizers. My favorite are muhammara, yalanji and cheese borek. Their main courses are amazing, everything is so fresh and delicious. Definitely recommended for fancy dining!

This is one of the grand restaurants in Amman that serves authentic Lebanese and Arabic cuisine in a great and relaxing atmosphere. A spacious outdoors seating area that makes it ideal for memorable summer nights. Works for family, social or even business outings. Probably one of the very few places that serves perfect mixed grill and tasty and tender grilled meat. The service was prompt and professional despite the fact that it is usually full. With an average of 20 to 25 JD per person it is one place for good value for money. Make a reservation before you go to ensure having a table to your preference.

I had a lovely lunch at Burj Al Hamam with my friends. The restaurant is located inside the InterContinental Hotel, which is very convenient and luxurious. The restaurant has nice decor and a cozy atmosphere, with a view of the hotel’s garden We enjoyed our lunch at Burj Al Hamam and we highly recommend it to anyone who loves Lebanese cuisine. It is one of the best restaurants in Amman and we will definitely come back again.

I have been coming to this place ever since I can remember. The food, some of the best in all of Amman. The service, very quick and the waiters are engaging and efficient, especially Mohammad Shehade, he has been amazing, especially today. The atmosphere of this place is also amazing. This place is great for both small and large gatherings, no matter the number of people present. I will continue coming here.

Reviewed July 10, 2018 It is an average restaurant, average food, below average service, above average prices, it was a bit noisy and they allow smoking inside which was really uncomfortable for me.

We went their because of the hype. Before saying anything, I need to stress that the atmosphere is great, so is the service level. My first disappointment was the menu. The menu is poor in items and the options they offer are very limited. The food wasn't great, tbh. There was nothing wrong with it, except that it was mediocre at best, which, again, is a disappointment especially given the prices.

Great place for both groups and dates. Highly recommended for work meetings as the relaxed and quiet atmosphere allows for conversation. Menu with multiple cuisine options. Most known for BBQ. Serves hard drinks as well as soft drinks. Staff is polite, professional, and speak both Arabic and English fluently. Prices are relatively expensive, especially for hard drinks. Accepts both cards and cash. Has delivery and parking service.

They really need to get more help! Horrible slow service due to the lack of having enough servers and the kitchen is way too slow to get orders ready. Good food though, but we’re good with that deal with the extreme slow service.

I would have given them 10 stars! The food was amazing! Our waiter’s Nour and Momani were fantastic! My recommendations would be the raw lamb and the sheep brains.. I felt adventurous and i’m glad i was because it was delicious. The sheep brains taste like fish and if you love steak tartar then you’re going to love the raw lamb. I always love this restaurant especially the vibe and services are great here. The salads are really good but the Sultan Ibrahim and the shrimp were amazing and so delicious.

Great food and Service... Raw Kibbeh and grills are the best in twon. We were hosted by a very nice and welcoming guy named Mohammed AlHamed. He showed high professionalism and hospitality that made our experience even more enjoyable and appreciative.

The view is good. The service is okay. The food quality is way under average and over priced. You pay for the place not for what you get.

We had a bad experience because we sat across from racist vulgar customers. A few women who brought 4 domestic workers with them and kept them standing or sitting on a separate table without ordering food for them. The restaurant should not tolerate these scenes of modern day slavery. When I made a comment to the women in good faith, they jumped on me aggressively. The “blond” short woman with Iraqi/Kuwaiti dialect was extremely rude and vulgar repeatedly saying the word خدم — she later said she is a doctor تفه. The next day, someone called me from the reception to tell me that the women’s behavior is حرية شخصية. I replied that this is قلة أخلاق and the hotel/restaurant should not tolerate it. Now about the restaurant, the food is fresh and delicious. We are vegetarian and there were plenty of options. What needs improvement: the food is salty and atmosphere is not cozy; it felt like sitting in a factory not a restaurant.

The place is nice and food was good; there is a lot of variety and the quality of the food is good. I recommend sitting in the outside tables that are still covered by the tarp and you'll enjoy the temperature. We arrived at 1pm and there were very few people and we got our food quite quickly. I think maybe for the price and how nice the place looked the food could be presented slightly better, but the flavor wad there. Something else that bothered me a bit but I guess it's really just a personal thing was that there wasn't any place for smokers/non-smokers and so unfortunately it became a bit unpleasant to smell the smoke every now and then while eating. Other than that, the experience was good and would recommend it for those who have the budget and time for this type of dining in Amman.

It's one of my go to Amman restaurants specially during their summer terrace. The food was amazing, other than the traditional grill, there's lots of options for vegetarians as well. The atmosphere was pretty good and the music was amazing. Service wise, Mr. Mohammad Shehade and all the staff were so friendly and fast, they do their best to make you feel welcomed and all your needs are answered,they went out of his way while serving us.
