I booked with Petra Nights Tours based on the reviews I read and every part of the process, from first enquiry to drop off at Amman for the flight home, was straightforward and faultless. This was a tailor-made five-day trip as I had to fit our time in Jordan round RJ flights from Cyprus and there were a list of places I wanted to see and others which I didn't want to see. Maria in the office was incredibly patient and extremely helpful and put together a private tour itinerary which used up every minute of our time in Jordan. She also arranged for us to be met, airside, by a rep with free visas to speed up our entry to Jordan. Consequently, we got straight off the plane, into the car and arrived in Petra in time to do Petra by night and the next day Petra by day. The next night and following day were spent in Wadi Rum before travelling to Aqaba for the afternoon and overnight. The following day saw us travelling to Karak castle, St George's church and Mt Nebo, overnighting at Amman and today (yes, I'm writing this at the airport!) we visited Jerash and had a late lunch with a Jordanian family high in the mountains before being dropped off at the airport for our flight back to Larnaca. Every objective achieved with no stress, no rush and no planning! Our driver/guide Tayseer, not only drove safely and smoothly, he was flexible enough to accommodate requests to stop for photographs, comfort breaks and somehow managed to find parking spaces immediately in front of every attraction! Over the five days he imparted masses of information and became a friend rather than a driver/guide. The fact that the car had super-fast free WiFi was one of the deciding factors and we made good use of that to bore family and friends with photos on the way to the next stop (it went down one afternoon but Tayseer had it fixed by the next morning). The provision of a free Jordanian mobile to arrange pickups from attractions or for use in emergencies (not that there were any) was also a reassurance. This was the first time we have used a service such as Petra Nights Tours as we have always hired a car and arrange our own itinerary. All I can say is that I so glad I read the reviews of Petra Nights Tours and went with them as I couldn't have done this anywhere near as well on my own. So, if you're still reading and still undecided, go for it! I can assure you that you will not be disappointed...especially if you are lucky enough to get Tayseer as your driver!

My friend and I used the service of Petra Nights Tours for our trip going to Jordan. They planned our 3 days tour to visit Petra, Dead Sea and Wadi Rum. Our was very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and speaks very good English. He made our trip more special and memorable one. This is a very recommendable agency and will use them again when we get back to Jordan.

We had a wonderful time visiting Jordan last month and Petra Nights Tours help us with the tours, transfers and our accommodation during our stay. Our driver was so accommodating and punctual. He was able to give us information that are really interesting about their sites and culture as well. Their car has a wifi too! I will repeat with this tour agency if we return to Jordan soon.

A highly professional and well facilitated tour company- thet advise you as per your situation and preferences. We picked the day to Petra from Amman. The driver was friendly but also let us have our space (by stopping for toilet and shops or just staying silent!). Petra itself was awesome (we didnt pick the guide). Our journey back to Amman was also well and safe.

Last week we made a day tour to Wadi Rum and Petra arranged by Petra Night Tours, including the drive and the guides. It took some time to organize it but it was worth. In terms of quality, price and performance they are the best in Jordan. I would like to thank first to Amal for her patience, then to Ibrahim for his last-minute helpful attitude finally to our driver Rushdi for his kindness. We as three ladies felt safe and happy all day. I would recommend them without any reservation.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience visiting Jordan. Our favorite part was Petra Petra was beyond expectations. Our driver, Tayseer Abu Saad, was just fabulous. They were patient and professional from airport pick-up to drop-off, we were well looked after by our own efficient driver whose efforts were supplemented by a professional guide at Petra. The itinerary was well organized and ensured we had an wonderful and exited tour. We would highly recommended it.

We did a 4 day tour with them, including 2 overnights booked by the company (in Petra and Wadi Rum). I felt good about this company right from when I first contacted, as their communication was quick and showed attention to detail and an effort to help right away. I actually had contacted a few potential tour companies with the same request at the start, and this stood out right away, leading me to decide to book with them. They helped us make a custom itinerary that worked with our dates with good suggestions for what to do and highlights we shouldn't miss. And the tour did not disappoint! Everything was smooth and the trip was amazing. Our driver - Mohammad Masoud - was great and a pleasure to have with us for the trip. He helped with everything we needed and connected us to good local spot guides. The timing of everything was on point, I felt like we were never rushed, but also never had to wait for the next adventure/connection when ready. We only had a short time in Jordan this trip (unfortunately) but Petra Nights helped us make the most of it. I would use this company myself again without hesitation.

Tayseer was my tour guide and driver last year to Jordan and he provided the most amazing service for my mom and I. He was incredibly considerate and knowledgeable. Ensuring we are hydrated for the day and giving us detailed and interesting facts about the areas/sights. My husband and I just returned from a private four night/five day tour of Jordan, and we used Petra Night Tours for our travels. We cannot say enough about how great the company was to deal with and to use for this trip! Our trip started with meeting a company representative at the airport for a seamless arrival experience to a half day tour of Amman, then drive to Jerash and the Dead Sea, then to Little Petra and Petra for a full day, and back to Amman. We concluded our trip with a land border crossing from Jordan into Israel. Petra Night Tours organized this crossing and we were met on the Israel side by an associate of the tour company. We had a fantastic half day tour of the West Bank and Jerusalem before being transferred to Jaffa. To start, planning and booking our itinerary with Sami was seamless. He adjusted our plans as small changes were made or tours added to the itinerary. Every tour and hotel booked was exactly as described and was of the highest quality. Then we had an amazing driver, Aqba, who drove us to each destination. Aqba was truly awesome. He was an excellent and safe driver, courteous and very engaging. He was excited to share his country with us and went out of his way to explain certain sites along the way and to make sure we had the most positive experience. Aqba had a nice hybrid vehicle and kept it very clean, and provided water every day and access to free wifi in the car. We had an incredible trip to Jordan and cannot express how beautiful the country is. Petra Night Tours may be a little more expensive than other tours, but the quality of the driver, organized guides, and hotels, was superb. We would highly recommend booking with Petra Night Tours if planning a trip to Jordan!

We did a custom 5 day tour in Jordan through Petra Night Tours where we were picked up from the Amman airport and dropped off to the land crossing with Israel. I was traveling with my mother and as two females, we felt very safe with Tayseer (our driver / guide). Tayseer’s English is excellent and he even taught us some Arabic phrases! Tayseer was with us the whole time, and he showed us extra sights along the way, helped us communicate with local guides and hotels for the best experience, and even arranged some things for us (for example - we were vegetarian and he called ahead to a few restaurants to make sure we could be accommodated and he helped set up some spa appointments too). He always had nice, cool water waiting for us in the car (and the car had wifi!), and was super friendly and caring. Tayseer also gave us a local phone so we could contact him whenever we needed to in case we were separated - which was a very thoughtful gesture. But, what really set Tayseer apart is that when we were touring the Roman Theater, we had one of our phones misplaced. Tayseer worked with the local security to check the CCTV footage to find where the phone had gone (another tourist had picked it up thinking it was one from her group’s). We were ready to give up because we thought there’s no way we could find the phone in a city of millions, but Tayseer called multiple guides in Amman until he found the group and our phone!! He dropped us off in the Dead Sea which was our next destination, and he drove back to Amman at night to get our phone for us. Truly a story for the books, but we are really grateful and thankful for Tayseer for helping us! If you’re booking a tour in Jordan, I’d highly recommend requesting to have Tayseer be your driver! He really made our journey fantastic.

Our visit to Jordan was exceptional. One of the main reasons was our diver Tayser who looked after us so well. He was courteous, polite, always punctual. His command of English is great which made it so easy for us to communicate. He always had an answer for our questions and his knowledge of Jordan enhanced our experience. We worked with Petra Night Tours to organize a 3-day Dead Sea - Petra - Wadi Rum tour in Jordan. Everything was done very professionally, including communication, booking, company willingness to compromise with itinerary and pricing, providing helpful tips, and the actual trip. I felt that the price was fair as well. Our driver (Ahmad) was also fantastic, we very much enjoyed interacting with him, he was punctual, courteous, and genuinely cared for us to have a great experience. Overall, a really positive outcome, and I am happy to recommend this company for any other travellers seeking to experience Jordan.

There were many agencies to choose from when planning our 9 day Jordan trip, but Petra Nights stood out. Cristina was very efficient and prompt with her communication, providing detailed, clear and very organized itinerary proposals and always answering each and every of my questions throughout the planning process. We were very impressed with how seamless and stress free planning was! During the trip we had driver Saeed Al-Issa and we couldn't have enjoyed the trip more with him! He was always punctual and made our long drive days extremely efficient. He even went out of his way to pick us up food during a long drive and recommended optimizations to our trip to make it less hectic for us. This was extremely helpful and appreciated! We highly recommend him!

My boyfriend and I picked Petra Nights Tours for our first ever trip to Jordan and we are definitely happy with that decision! We had Tayseer as our private driver and cannot say enough good things about him. He made us feel instantly comfortable and shared so much about Jordan and the areas he was taking us to. I also truly have to highlight how easily and smoothly everything went along the way. We stayed somewhere different every night, and from one moment to another Tayseer knew exactly what we should be doing and how to handle multiple situations, from buying coffee to wake up times to handling our luggage while we were on the jeep tour. Absolutely five star service. Our favorite part by far was the experience in Wadi Rum-- the Sun City Camp was absolutely incredible; great experience to be under the stars, listening to live sitar music and eating amazing food with local people. I had a blast. Both our Petra tour guide and our 4x4 Jeep tour guides were so knowledgeable, kind, and funny too. Jordanians really had a great sense of humor about them and we really enjoyed that a lot. I will 100% be recommending PNT to my friends and family in the future if they wish to visit Jordan. This was so well done. We are thrilled with the choice of Petra Nights.

This was an amazing trip--Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead sea all in about 16 hours. Our driver Ahmad was the greatest, and the local guides we were linked up with were incredible kind and knowledgeable. 8 day/7 night tour - a fabulous trip around an amazing country. The historical sites are incredible, no matter what your religion is - the sense of being in the footsteps of people from 2000 years+ ago and admiring the engineering and architecture (think carved tombs etc at Petra) is awe-inspiring. Such a fabulous, smooth trip, organised well by PN Tours!

Wonderful experience - not to be missed. We delayed our entry so we were able to enjoy the walk through the canyon on our own - worth the wait! Make sure you pack something to sit on!
