Communication from the start was faultless, I asked Shushan for help many times and she always replied promptly and with clear answers. I can not praise her efforts highly enough. On the trek from Dana to Petra Lama was outstanding, she is very friendly and professional, a lovely firm leadership style which made everything run like clockwork. The trek route was amazing and the camp food excellent. The two day trips arranged by Shushan through Mansour were excellent, our driver Saad (who also did our airport transfers) was so very polite, always early and fun company. We had a very good lunch with him at Hashams. The trip to Jerash included an excellent lunch with a family which included an excellent conversation with the hosts and their baby son. We really appreciated talking with the about their lives and Jordan. We had never been on a group trip before, always previously planning our own travel. We were surprised to find we enjoyed the company of everyone in the party, eight different nationalities. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories of Jordan and its people.

Highly recommended for shared and private tours to tourist hotspots in Jordan. Highly professional and well-organized with clear communication and no hidden charges. Rates are much lower than most of the local tour operators.

After a lot of searches on the Internet, we chose this company to help us arrange a two-day trip from Amman - Petra - Wadi Rum - Dead Sea - Amman. In summary, we are glad that we chose this company. From the initial contact till the end, I found that the Tour Designer (TD) has always responded on time (except of course Friday and Saturday 😉). I felt that we knew what we were signing up for without any hidden items. The TD was also able to customize the standard tour that they provide specific to our needs, and it worked out extremely well. Overall interaction with the TD, 4.5 Stars. The best part was the experience itself. The driver that they had chosen along with the vehicle was truly top-notch. Apparently, Experience Jordan works with select few transport companies and indeed the transport company people exactly know what customer service means. We were driven by Mr. Mohammed for the next two days in a brand-new Camry. Mohammed spoke good English, so conversation with him was easy. He was very patient listening and addressing our needs throughout. Very prompt and took extra efforts to explain everything throughout our journey. He knew the way everywhere, probably because he has been doing this for well over 15 years. Not to take away any credit from Experience Jordan team for arranging this perfectly planned trip, but I would be remiss if I didn't say that people like Mohammed are the ones that make Experience Jordan very successful. While returning back home from Amman, we booked a van through another contact to drop us off at the Airport in the wee hours, and a gentleman named "Sam" showed up. While talking to him during the ride, I came to know that his company also works with Experience Jordan. His show of courtesy, politeness and helpfulness was no less than Mohammed, even though the trip was much shorter. So, for sure, Experience Jordan knows how to select its service providers who take care of its customers beyond just well. Finally, wherever we went, everyone knew Experience Jordan and the mere mention that we are a customer of them, brought us a good treatment (be it at the bubble hotel, Dead Sea or other places). Not sure if Experience Jordan is expensive or not, but never even thought for a second whether the money I spent with them was worth it. I would say, every penny was truly earned by them. They have my strongest recommendation! Thank you Experience Jordan.

Our Guide Ahlam MADE our trip to Jordan. She paced each stop to our taste, made adjustments to suit our interests, and was always full of awesome information about everything we saw. It can be awkward spending so much time with a stranger, but Ahlam made it effortless. Every step of the tour was well considered and smoothly planned. I cannot believe how much Ahlam and Experience Jordan Adventures were able to pack into our six day trip. I would love to go on a guided hike with Ahlam some day!

2 days ago I returned from an 8-day-trip in Jordan. I booked the trip on a Greek travel agency but behind it, it was the local Experience Jordan. Words are poor to decribe this excellent experience. Our guide Mahmoud and our driver Mahmoud were so kind, always smiling, knowledgeable about their work and we felt we were among friends. I am planning to visit Jordan again and this time will be a private tailor made trip with the amazing people of Experience Jordan

Great experience and very nice guides/drivers, that take care of all needs, give tips and answer all questions. We took 2 tours with it and we are extremely happy with everything. The driver was also very flexible, which made the experience more enjoyable.

Had the absolute please of spending two days in Jordan with Adnan as my guide. We spent time in Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. As a solo female traveller Adnan was professional, caring, had great English and most of all I felt safe. Thank you again Adnan.

We had an absolutely fantastic time with Experience Jordan! We loved that we had the same driver for the majority of the time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he even bought us a Turkish coffee! All of the local guides were also great. We couldn’t have picked a better company for our first trip to Jordan! We had planned on doing Jerusalem trip but had to change plans last minute and everyone was so helpful to work with and were able to spend a few extra days in Jordan with a custom tour.

Our driver Anis was excellent and I highly recommend him. The car was new and clean. He drove safely and took care of us as he took us from one destination to the next. First stop was Petra. Such an impressive place. Our guide was mediocre. Not so enthusiastic, but I guess when you give tours everyday the enthusiasm goes away. We stayed at the Rainbow Camp in Wadi Rum and was an amazing experience. The tent, people, food, and location were all nice. Nothing luxurious but comfortable and enjoyable. Our last stop was at the Holiday Inn at Dead Sea where we had a few hours to grab a late buffet lunch and swim in the Dead Sea. A truly unique experience and one not soon to forget. In summary, the trip was well organized and I would recommend Experience Jordan.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our Dana-Petra trek! Our guide Safa was amazing, super keen to share all of her knowledge of the areas we were walking through, but also keen to chat and get to know each of the group members as individuals. She took some great photos of us all, and had the best hiking snacks :D The support staff were brilliant, with all tents set up, luggage transferred and delicious meals waiting for us at every stop! We really enjoyed trekking with Mohammed and his donkey over the first few days, the New Year's Eve party in the Bedouin Camp at Little Petra and the relaxing float in the Dead Sea at the end. Looking forward to visiting Jordan again in the future.
