From the moment I arrived in 2017, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a valued guest. Now in 2023, I came back to Khutar and found them still remembering me. Khutar Hotel truly deserves its reputation as one of the best hotels in town. The service at Khutar Hotel is nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a memorable experience. However, I must commend the dark-skinned gentleman who stood out among the staff. His warm smile and genuine care for guests' needs made a lasting impression. His dedication to providing exceptional service truly added to the overall experience. The hotel's location is truly remarkable. Situated in a wonderful area, The luxurious ambiance of the hotel is what sets it apart. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor is evident, creating an environment that exudes luxury and refinement. The rooms at Khutar Hotel are well organized, well-appointed, and exquisitely furnished. Every amenity I could possibly need was at my disposal, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to cleanliness and upkeep was commendable, making me feel at ease throughout my time there. Nice apartments in very good location. Nearby the malls and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfasts were also good. Recommended as a nice base to explore Jordan.
