The restaurant based at the top of the building is very pleasing for evening dinners as the view of the city is amazing. We got served in due time, and the food also served in due time. The onions soup was very delicious, and everything else, according to everyone else, was delicious. It is a fine dining restaurant, so expect the price of food to be on the high side.

This place serves very mouth watering sea food. It is our first time to try Sushi in Amman. We ordered the exotic salad, the vinaigrette appetiser platter, the sushi boat that has 25 pieces the penne Arabittaia and the fried shrimp. This restaurant is definitely one of the best sushi places here in Jordan. It has a view on the seventh floor so you can see everything in a man. Eventhough it might be pricey, but you will definitely enjoy the vibe.

A very nice place to come for dinner. Staff is friendly and the gentleman that was behind the bar, Samer, was very kind and a pleasure to speak with. Their french onion soup and sushi were delicious. A bonus is the wonderful view you have of Amman, especially if you are here when the sun goes down and the lights come on. If you are visiting the area, Vinaigrette’s is definitely a place to stop.

Vinaigrette caters both to those who would like to have sushi as a meal or if you don’t fancy sushi, they serve “Western” dishes such as pasta, steak, salad etc. I went here for dinner and ordered their quinoa salad with their vegetarian/vegan sushi selection. The food was good, when i went there was a sushi buffet until 7pm, on a Tuesday. We ordered drinks and they took 30minutes to come because they lacked ice, however they made up for it as they offered free dessert. The buffet was kind of pricey considering it was just sushi, and the options for sushi were not many.

I have heard alot of positive things about this place however this is my review below: Food: - Rock Shrimp: 7/10 it was crisp but not well presented, and there are many better recipes. - kani salad: 6/10 they are generous in the amount of crab, however, it was a bit dry. I would have liked more Japanese mayo to help moisten the crab. - Sushi boat: 4/10 The sushi boat was a bit of a letdown. The rolls were all very similar in flavor and texture, and they tasted like supermarket sushi. I would have expected a higher quality of sushi from a restaurant that specializes in sushi. Price for value: 3/10 i don't mind pricey restaurants, the prices are a bit high for the quality of food that is served. I would expect to pay more for a higher quality meal. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with my experience at Vinaigrette. The food was not as good as I had expected. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was not up to par.
