I have been looking for Malaysian food in Amman for a long time. The food was very simple and traditional. While it was simple, it was still very tasty and very cheap. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I recommend this place for some delicious noodles and Malaysian tea!

My girlfriend found this restaurant on Google maps and we gave it a try. There was a traditional Malaysian meal served for "all you wish to pay for" during that day, so I took this option and my partner ordered a vegetarian meal, which chef did especially for her. Food was very good, staff was very polite and hospitable, we even took a picture together with a chef. It's the only place like this in Jordan, a Malaysian restaurant, so I truly recommend to pay it a visit.

Stepping into Nur Malaysia is like stepping into Malaysia itself. The vibrant atmosphere, and the friendly staff transport you to a Southeast Asian culinary adventure Their signature noodles are a must-try, bursting with complex spice notes. The chicken and rice dish is equally delicious, with tender chicken and a rich sauce. Don't miss their unique cold green tea - a refreshing, spicy twist on a classic. Whether you're a seasoned Asian cuisine enthusiast or a budget-conscious explorer, Nur Malaysia a must-visit.

Went multiple times during my time in Amman. If you're in need of some Malaysian food and in Amman this is the only place worth going to. Nasi Goreng Kampung is excellent, roti canai is spot on and the kopi tarik is the only way to end the meal. Highly recommended.

Quite slow service despite we had made reservations for a big group earlier and notify them on what we wanted to order. Food came in inconsistent order. Food tasted average. Prices were reasonable and affordable. Lots of options to choose from in the menu, but quite limited for vegetarians and vegans - you would need to request to adapt it accordingly. This is the only restaurant in Amman serving Malay food and Malaysian cuisine.

Good ambience, staff, bearers, etc.... enjoyed the time fullest and with complete contentment. Frozen vegetables stuffs are also available and of great taste / flavour. 👍

Amazing restaurant and food. Malaysian culture is vibrant through the food as well as the staff’s kindness. It’s a great comfort food for regulars who love consistent quality and also a great option for foodies interested in a new experience.

It's really unfortunate that I have to write this review, especially when the family of the restaurant seem so nice, and their food was actually decent. The reason I am writing this review is because I tried this place for the first time today, got it delivered. I got the Bihun Hailam, along with the Milo Tabur cold drink. Now, when the order arrived, the first thing I noticed was the Milo Tabur, it was expensive for a drink, 1.75 JOD, and the pictures looked like it would be of good portion, but when I got it handed to me, it was very insignificant and small. It tasted nice, and it was cold as expected, but the miniscule portions for the large prices and contending advertising? No Thank you. I swear, I slurped it up in a second, even a baby could do that with those portions. Moving onto the Bihun Hailam, the noodles were separate from the rest of the dish, but I take that to be for delivery Logisitic issues, so that's okay. The Problem with it, though, were two things: 1. The Utensils. The Restaurant didn't pack any utensils to eat the dish with, like what? how am I supposed to eat it? Especially since its a noodle dish, I was expecting some chop sticks or something. Due to that fact, I was really unable to properly get into the dish, a fork doesn't work for noodles, and none of my spoons would be adequate since a lot of the broth and noodles and vegetables would fall right off. 2. The Prescence of sea food: Prawns/Shrimp. I got the Bihun Hailam which was specifically only chicken, along with vegetables, as shown in the picture and as can be read in the description. Chicken was in fact in the dish that I got, but Prawns/Shrimp were also present. I didn't order a dish with sea food though, and for a reason. If there was a good sentiment, I appreciate it, but who knows if the customer has an allergy to such things? who knows if the customer really hates the taste of shrimp (like me)? I felt bamboozled, even when the description of the food was really crisp clear. Other than that, it was actually kind of nice, which is why it was such a shame and what compelled me to write this review. I would actually feel less angry if the food was unpleasant and I was able to get into it, rather than the food being pleasant but having these small little peeves about it, small mistakes from the restaurant, that ruin the experience. The sauces they used were actually tasty, the spice level was tolerable and kind of fun and their drink made it go away entirely, the chicken and vegetables were actually tasty and soft, it was such a shame. It was my first time trying Malay Cuisine, and it definitely won't be my last, but it'll probably be the last time you'll see me ordering from this place.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and accomodating. Limited vegetarian and vegan options but they made some things to request. Some food was delicious, and other things were average. Reasonable prices.

Tasty, freshly made and reasonably-priced Malaysian food- we got the beef rendang, roti canai with dal, and the fried rice. Friendly staff. Place can be a little hard to find, tucked down a side street. Worth a visit and we keep coming back!

👍 Low quality food, would not recommend for anyone, burger maker is so much better. Edit: after revisiting the restaurant after 1 year the quality of the food has improved considerably and it tastes more like a burger, would highly recommend trying the restaurant and trying the waygu burger.

👍 I visited this place upon a friend's recommendation. I ordered half a kilo of grills, Lahmacun, kashkaval pide with vegetables and without a doubt cup of ayran. The food is very tasty, but the dining hall is small and crowded, the tables are close to each other and I didn't enjoy my meal

😠 Got the worst case food poisoning, for the past week I couldn't even walk or talk, I am hospitalized, I need 14 days total for recovery.
