Not professional at all, low class cafe’! We paid JOD 19 for one argeeleh, 1 cup of tea, and smoothie!!!! The prices are not reasonable, this is theft!

We LOVE Vivid! The atmosphere is amazing starting with the setting of the place, music, view, the decoration, and lights. The food is amazing, and we loved everything we have ordered, burgers, desserts, drinks and shisha. I care about the cleannesses, I can’t describe how amazing the staff is, they remove the empty place immediately and the ashtray too! The restrooms are spotless!!!! Customer service from the entrance to the table is great, and the shisha guy is awesome. Would recommend highly to try it!

Very rude employees; they don't know how to deal with visitors; they don't respect elders ppl. And tourists. We visited them with elder tourists and they rejected to give us a table on the roof while there were a-lot of empty tables; they like to argue in a bad and not respectful way.

The interiors are fine but bit old .. two tables were not one the same level (see picture below). We ordered half platter (as appetiser) and the quantity was barley enough for one, although the waiter told us that the full platter would be large for two! The price is expensive, u can pay the same amount for a better experience.. Away from the mentioned issues, the shisha was good, the toilets were clean, and the waiter were also kind ..

The staff are very welcoming and the service is good. Too good probably because they seem to be in a hurry to clean up the table even if you had some leftovers! But they were really nice and helpful. As for the food, the portions could be better. It tasted good and I enjoyed the pasta; the pizza was okay. When it comes to the ambience, the lights were dim and it gets stuffy in winter if you sit in the smoking area. Prices are on the higher end.

Very delicious food, friendly staff and welcoming, cozy place, fast service, clean. The hubble bubble wasn't that good, it was hot inside, the place needs maintenance and some furniture needs replacement, The prices are high compared to the overalls place condition but it seems the location plays a big role in price.

Service is extremely professional and friendly. Must visit this restaurant either for its delicious food or for the shisha ( argily ). Steak is great, vast variety of appetizers , drinks are tasty. Indoor and outdoor and rooftop sitting area.

Amazing place with a fascinating view of Amman. The food is top quality. We ordered a salmon steak and a burger. It was very tasty. Their hookah is also very nice. The waiter Osama is amazing. He is very friendly and hospitable.

You will be charged for a mandatory overpriced bottle of water per person - 500ml for 0.95 JOD, no matter what you order and whether or not you want the bottle. You don't really have a choice. Everything else was 4 to 5 stars. 2 stars for the stingy restaurant rules

Great spot, great menu selection, and a kitchen that does an amazing follow through. Family friendly for sure, and the number one thing that keeps me and my family coming back is the staff. Amjad, Anas, and Ahmad B. are the best, they run around Sophia as much as we do!

I like this restaurant, the view is amazing on the roof. However, the downstairs is full of smoke. For someone who doesn’t like that much smoke, I don’t recommend at all . The food is great, some portions are small. The price is fine but could be better. They have 20% discount on lunch from 12 to 5. The staff are really friendly and the service is good. Overall, good experience.

Nice place especially the terrace, food was tasty in general.

Food looks good. But the quality is misrable. I ordered a fish and chips. The fish fillets were absolutely frozen, tasteless with no consistancy, Fried with skin which was awful. Even the cheese sticks were semi-burned outside, and cold inside. The place is definitely not recommended. Additionally, prices don't make sense comparing to this quality.

It's indeed one of the best cafes in Amman, especially the roof 😍 The staff was really nice Food, drinks and Shisha was very good also. But the prices of drinks was a little bit more than usual.

My friends and I decided to visit this restaurant and give it a try after visiting the modern part of Amman. How to get: it was a bit difficult to find the entrance so here you go: once you see on the map the location, proceed 15 meters further and get to the metal detector on the right. Just before passing through it you will see on the right a door with two elevators. Once you will be on the last floor, two signs will tell you where to go. Honestly we looked for it for about 15 minutes and we couldn't understand how to get inside. There are some info points near there so you can ask in case you find it difficult to reach. The location is modern, vibrant and young environment. You can smoke shisha and eat more international rather than typical food. I had a delicious hamburger, some tea with mint and sage, french fries, mango juice and candy shisha. The food was on point, the service the best I've found in Amman. Very attentive, at your disposal, caring and fast. The price was fine, I was expecting it to be higher honestly, but we spend around 16 dinars each. Very recommend, pleasant stay, good food and chill environment with a view from the top.
