Delicious matcha 🍵 tea and very good coffee (Dimitri). I enjoyed the atmosphere and the music here. It’s very hip and trendy and luckily there weren’t many people inside :) I am not into noisy spots - however if you can afford a 3.45 JOD matcha tea then I recommend this cute coffee shop.

Wonderful selection of tea, it is one of the few places that serve kambucha in Amman. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the place is nice and cozy. They open at 7.30am which is great (except on Friday, they open at 9am). You can buy their tea blends to enjoy at home too. Update: the place is now called (locals' house) slight remodel but same spirit and they still offer a great selection of tea and kambucha.

I love the concept of the place. Very nice "craft" tea house. Place was clean, stylish and had a very nice atmosphere with great music and a nice variety if different teas. It's just ridiculously over priced for a single cup of craft tea. It's basically short of almost 1 dinar to just buy a whole packet of the tea instead. Makes me wonder if that is maybe why they overprice their tea so customers will just buy the merchandise...

This place is awesome! Was our safe haven in the morning waiting for other restaurants and breakfast places to open during Ramadan (They open 8am Sat-Thurs, 10am Fri). We had to come back twice! The vibes and music were chill and cozy. The staff were all super nice and friendly. They have amazing coffee and carrot cake too!

Nice place for tea and cake. There is a vast choice of tea types and the space is modern and friendly. Full of young locals and tourists who spend some time here with their pc, enjoying the free WiFi connection and the little treats of the owner. Very much recommended

The place is favored by many tourist customers and foreigners but its staff lacks the proper training and the proper equipment to make espresso drinks. I ordered flat white and it came in a big mug 6-8 oz of milk that wasn’t steamed right and the coffee lacked a defined body or any recognizable flavor notes. It was also overpriced. The tea, although also overpriced, tasted good. I tried their tea with rose and mint and it was unique and I absolutely recommend it As for desserts, cookies were recommended for us, but honestly they didn’t taste better than store bought cookies. Bottom line: not recommended for the coffee. The tea blend was very good though.

This place has now many vegan and vegetarian options 😍 We tried the vegan goulash and the vegan chocolate cake (with zero sugar) Both were very delicious! The atmosphere is great, you can sit and relax upstairs. Love it

Love the place! One of the best cafes in Rainbow St for a shisha free environment. And it's the perfect place for tea lovers as the place offers a huge variety of teas with a special serving of having a candle under your pot to keep it hot! The music and the whole atmosphere is just sublime.

I went with a friend, while it was heavily raining outside, to enjoy the warm atmosphere, and we surprised with the collection of 26 types of tea they have! The staff was a acknowledged with the types. I ordered green garden tea, they serve it nicely and warm. The place has two floors, the upper one was full with customers studying, reading, working on Laptops and playing cardboard games. They also serve coffee, and sweets, (vegan chocolate cake zero sugar)... I liked it, and will come again, to try the sweets and coffee they serve.

I love this place. There is also coffees and cold coffee drinks and juices and desserts. The tea selection and the tea leaves you can buy and the atmosphere.. My favorite cafe in Amman it's a tea bar :)

Occasionally I wake up early around 6am and would like to do an hour or so of journaling before I start the day. I go to this place. They open 24 hours and I'll be the only person there and it's beautiful

I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a good place to chill with friends. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit.

there are vegan cappuccino options with almond, soy and coconut milk. I tried almond cappuccino and it wasn't tasty, too watery, in addition to not paying attention to the details of a coffee shop, for example, the coffee design wasn't neat. I do not recommend it for the taste and also for the very expensive price for a bad experience, it was definitely not worth it. I've experienced other vegan cappuccinos in Jordan that were sublime.

Amazing quiet place with a cozy atmosphere. Drinks are various especially the tea menu. Best among others. Highly recommended.

It's not Locals' House, it's Locals' home. This place makes you feel like you belong. Welcoming and very friendly staff of beautiful young people who will make you feel like family. Music ? This place will make you feel like they stole your playlist, probably the only place in Amman where I actually like the music. Overall, best place to go chill with friends (they have many board games) or get your job done.

Honestly I would never go there again... I ordered hot chocolate that was horrible and I couldn't drink even thoughI tried so hard! They only have a selection of vegan desserts and I order the chocolate cake which was the second worst thing I have ever tried in my life so far! Adding to that that for a coffee house and vegan option and the horrible taste that cake was very expensive! I tried the apple pie from my friends and it was also not good however not as bad as their chocolate cake (which according to the cashier is their top selling cake!!!) Place is a bit small and was kinda empty however all the big spots were occupied by one person on each which made it hard from my group to find a comfortable spot to sit Not recommended by me at all

In short, love it. In length: Great friendly staff that make you feel at home and will greet with smiles. Wonderful drinks and very unique food that makes you keep coming back. I recommend the iced tea, any flavor they’re all good! But most importantly, the boardgames! Great collection that is perfect for the venue since it’s a bit small so games like scythe and game of thrones are out of the equation but my personal favorite splendor is perfect for this place.

Ah yes finally !! A place for a nerd like me !!! What a nice place for gatherings between friends, and maybe even family, if you like playing table top, board, or card games !! The atmosphere is cozy. However, it's a bit small and quite cramped. So if you have claustrophobia, brace yourself, or steer clear. The coffee there is good, but it highly depends on the one making it, sooo good luck !! From what i understand, this is a temporary place until they renovate the main one, and that's wht i'm giving it a 4 star rather than 3 ...still a pretty good place to hangout for sure !!

Nice and quiet spot on Rainbow street. Great tea selection and very good natural juices. Their tuna sandwich is worth trying. A bit expensive compared to Amman standards.

Lovely tea, served with a candle to keep warm which is fantastic! Had cold buster very tasty and service in English. Only downside is smoking inside.

Perfect place for a rainy day in Amman! We weren’t lucky with the weather and were searching for a chill place to spend our afternoon - this is such a gem! They have a huge selection of board games, for two or more people. Risk, 7 Wonders, Splendor, Carcassone, Catan … Wide variety of coffee, kambucha and herbal teas (you are in for a treat!).

Great place for coffee, tea, snacks & treats. Wonderful service and a great break in a cosy atmosphere. No smoking inside 🤩 a little to expensive even for European standards but it is worth it

although this was one of my fave spots in town, it is permanently closed
