This is a disaster place and a total disappointment! I tried this place today with my kids for the first time and as a welcome a big fight between one of the staff and another teenage took place! They started throwing chairs and stuff on each other with small pieces of wood flying all around where thanks god they didn’t hit any of the kids! My kids were horrified and crying instead of having fun as we planned to have! I asked for a refund and one of the owners was talking to me asking me not to talk about the incident to the others cause he cared about the money and the business more than the safety of the people! This place is a disaster and I will never step inside it ever again. I rate it as no starts cause even one star is too much for a disorganized place like this.

The place is alright. I WOULD NOT rate it as top aqua park. Here is why! Not all swimming pools are open. No food or drinks allowed and the park does not even have a supermarket (very limited choices) Prices are very high for entry kids of all ages have the same fees. Prices are very high for drinks and crisps (10 Jd+) Toilets are all the w ay d,own so you need to take a trip for kids each time (it is inconvenient) There is no wifi for such a big resort!

Experience was great, got married here last year and the wedding was very good. Very orderly, the food was delicous the guests had a great time. The only problem is that i was promised 100 wedding photos by the wedding planner hired by the venue included in the cost of the wedding and that was never delivered. I tried calling the venue but they never followed through and i tried calling the wedding planner responsible for delivering the photos and she always says il check on them and she proceeds to never call me back. I definately enjoyed the wedding but not having pictures i was promised left a sour aftertaste with my experience here.

The worst experience ever, we booked the place for a wedding ceremony, it was a catastrophe, non professional people, a wedding planner who doesn't know nothing about wedding nor planning, they told us we will have 6 roasted lambs, on the day there was only 2, they said they offer refill, they didn't, the flowers were nothing like the ones we agreed to have, and the worst part was the LIGHTING, and the AC, it was boiling hot, the make-up melted on women's faces, very high prices for a zero star service, never had a worse experience ever.

It was really bad experience, they took ten minutes upon arrival to search our bags if we have food or drinks like ,it’s ok however we went inside , my wife she were inside the pool playing with my 2 years old daughter and suddenly she falls and she can’t swim ,for the god luck I noticed here and rescued here , and took her out then all the staff came , she fall in a comma for two minutes then we wake her up after one of the guests , involved as I think she is a doctor However after 30 minutes of resting from this bad experience I was upset as no one from the staffs came to ask if she is ok now or not I called the person in charge and I ask him why there is a rescuer and lifeguard if I have to rescue my wife , is this my job , he was cold and said yes this is not your job ,and I said immediately ok , then do your job , Hope this will not happened to anyone and I believe if I do not noticed her something bad will be happened and never go there again

Nice place for family, entrance fee are 23 and 17 JD no food or drinks allowed from outside and opens from 10 am to 18 pm. Many swimming activities are inside on different pools locations. Music and restaurants available. Nice summer day out location!

There’s. No towels at all you have to buy them. 7jd . The place it’s not for locals for sure . It’s a bit pricey over all I’m happy for my kids they had fun . Oh and the big pool is closed . . The place is run down . Someone mentioned that they going to have a makeover soon . I doubt it!!

They don’t provide towels, so you need to bring yours. Changing rooms and bathrooms are ok but needs more care & maintainance . Food is just ok, better to have more variety of food or restaurant or coffee shops, mini-market…etc. You are not allowed to enter food or drinks inside while they don’t have much to offer!
