The hotel is amazing in every way.. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is really nice but a bit cold and the interior design was beautiful. My only issue is zenith which is one of the restaurants there, it was fully booked and they couldn't or wouldn't accept 1 couple who were staying there at the same hotel! You should always have a table or 2 free for hotel guests!! But other than that everything was perfect and the breakfast was amazing with amazing servers

Sublime experience. As always, St. Regis never disappoints. Incredible service, outstanding food and extremely comfortable rooms. Either for business or pleasure is one of the best experiences. In other words, even better than home.

The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel in Jordan. Between the roof top bar which offers the best view of Jordan, but also the marble staircase in the entrance is so luxurious and pretty. Every angle of this hotel is decorated in the most stunning furniture and I highly recommend all the drinks at the roof top bar! Especially their lemon mint drink which is super fresh and refreshing

Writing about District not the hotel. You expect a place like this in a 5 star hotel would be top notch, went to a place called coffee chamber, it was dead, nothing much in the menu, place felt old and boring. The lady there said there is no other restaurants in the place, only to find out after we just took coffee that there is another cafe inside that looked a little bit better. Rest rooms are filthy and broken. A place like this should be an extension to the hotel or just don’t do it.

Not quite up to St Regis standards for staffing. It was hard to find the concierge during the day - butler took a while to respond. We wanted Afternoon Tea and after sitting down and telling two people we wanted tea we find out they aren’t doing tea service during Ramadan. That’s fine and I respect the custom however you absolutely need to communicate that to your guests. I would have made plans to eat elsewhere. As an Ambassador I kind of expected a bit more

Tremendous experience. Pampering service and great facilities and amenities. The breakfast buffet is amazing both in terms of selection and quality. The room is luxurious. Compared to say the Four Seasons, I would rate St Regis in Amman slightly above it on every axis.

Unpleasant Experience at St. Regis Amman's Governor Suite Stay…. Dear St. Regis Amman Management, I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay in the Governor Suite at your hotel. Unfortunately, there were two significant issues that greatly impacted my experience: 1. Mini Bar Charges: I was surprised to find out that I was charged a considerable amount for using the items in the mini bar. What made matters worse was that I had not been informed about these charges when I checked in. The receptionist, Mustafa, provided confusing information, suggesting that I should have somehow known about the charges by accessing a menu on the TV. This left me feeling frustrated and deceived as a guest. 2. Lack of Transparency: Throughout my stay, there was no clear indication in the room regarding the mini bar charges. As a guest, I expect openness and transparency about any additional costs that I may incur. The lack of this information made me feel uncomfortable and uninformed about what I would be charged for using the mini bar. Overall, these issues have left me with a negative impression of my stay at St. Regis Amman. As a well-known hotel with “trained” staff, I had higher expectations for a more seamless and customer-oriented experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid similar situations in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, big and clean rooms, and the breakfast is really good and diverse. The pool is a bit small. The spa is highly recommended. All in all it was a pleasant and nice stay

This is a great hotel with a few challenges to sort out. I was facilitating a conference with international guests and we utilized a conference suite on the LG level plus coffee/lunch catering with A/V support. The conference/technical staff were superb and checked every morning to make sure everything was set up properly. The F&B service at the hotel is outstanding, starting with the best breakfast buffet anywhere while the buffet lunch also in Mercado was equally delicious. Coffee breaks came with an array of snacks and treats. Staff everywhere in the hotel were consistently customer-focused, going out of their way to confirm everything was alright. The spa’s facilities are excellent and I felt guilty as an individual guest time is arranged: essentially you get the entire spa to yourself. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Marvelous. Now the challenges. There is a strong perfume scent on the G (ground) level which is inconsistent with newer standards for scent-free environments. The beautiful outdoor pool only opened at 9 and closed at 6 which limits is usefulness for before/after work use. Air Conditioning in the conference rooms struggled to find the ‘goldilocks’ (just right) temperature. Finally, the elevator was closed on the conference level for a special event which became a good fitness option but presented time challenges to get to higher floors. Recommended.

Our stay at the St. Regis was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the amazing concierge, Ahmad. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless, making us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. The hotel's restaurant, Zenith, was a culinary paradise that surpassed all expectations. Our server, Khalid, made our anniversary truly memorable by introducing us to the talented chef behind the delectable dishes. The personalized attention and thoughtful recommendations made the dining experience even more special. The combination of the luxurious accommodations and the outstanding hospitality at St. Regis made our trip to Jordan an unforgettable experience. We can't thank Ahmad and Khalid enough for making our anniversary celebration a highlight of our journey. We will cherish these memories forever and eagerly look forward to returning to this exquisite hotel in the future.

Looks very nice from outside, but sadly this is it. Some employees are rude and arrogant. Pool area looks nice on the pictures, but isn't a real eye catcher. Have been called now few times late evenings to go down and pay a bill! This is a shame as I would not even be bothered for such things in a 2 star hotel. Overall experience is bad and I don't recommend this hotel at all. Looks nice but inside you'll get your bad surprise. Also had to change rooms several times due to problems with water pipes and so on.

Rooms and restaurants extraordinary! Service was pretty stuffy but overall very nice people! But... definitely don't expect the St. Regis to lose your laundry. We were up for hours the night before we left waiting for them to find our laundry. Then told we'd need to wait until someone else came the next morning who supposedly knew where the laundry was. Then brought someone else's laundry. Then asserted we actually never handed over laundry to them at all. That was quite the buzz kill

As someone who has stayed multiple times and for several nights at St Regis Amman, I can confidently say that this hotel consistently delivers an exceptional experience. During my various stays, I have been impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. Despite staying for several nights, the service never wavered, and every interaction with staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive during each of my stays. The pool and fitness center were always clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design of the space. Additionally, the Zenith lounge on the 17th floor continued to provide a breathtaking view of the city, and the food there was consistently delicious. The interior of the hotel is nothing short of spectacular, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the design. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the luxurious furnishings and bedding provide a truly indulgent experience. Segreta and Mercado restaurants offered an exceptional dining experience, with an extensive menu featuring a variety of local and international dishes. Even the room service food was of good quality, and the attention to presentation and flavor was evident in every dish. Overall, my multiple stays at St Regis Amman have consistently been excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The exceptional service, luxurious interior, great amenities, and fantastic food make it the perfect choice for any traveler.

We conducted a closing ceremony there the place is good the staff terrible and the food not that much. We had a lot of workshops, but this was the worst experience. And I'll not recommend it for any organization or person in the future Very bad experience

This stay was a total disaster. The staff are extremely incompetent. I confirmed 7 times prior to arrival, because advanced booking of the holiday meals is required, to have the Christmas Eve meal (fixed menu, no choices to make) brought to my room between 6 pm and 6:30 pm, and again at checkin on Christmas Eve at 4:20 pm. At 6:38 the restaurant called to ask what I wanted and told me that it would not be ready until 7, then I had 3 more calls telling me it could not be ready until after 7. It arrived at 7:10, leaving me in the lurch with my work schedule and wrecking the holiday time. During the meal, 3 further interruptions happened when staff insisted on entering the room- preventing eating the meal and making a pile of excuses about the lack of meal arriving on time- in spite of me clearly being in a bathroom and needing to eat in less than half the time originally planned. The meal was cold by the time these 3 interruptions ended. I was late for everything as a result of this behavior, adding additional stress to the situation. The other routine requests that I made prior to arrival and confirmed multiple times in advance included 2 extra non-feather pillows due to my medical condition (I am in a wheelchair and I have to stabilize my pelvis and legs to sleep which takes a couple extra pillows). At 10:22 pm the pillows had STILL not arrived- so I had to talk with the duty manager who then came to my room at that hour and the pillows arrived at 11 pm. This is not understandable at all. Why it is taking 7+ confirmations to get basic needs met for a guest, never mind a loyal Titanium Elite status guest? I will NEVER stay at this property again- they need to get some basic training from either Rula at the Ritz or Sanad at the Amman Marriott. Do not stay at this hotel- none of the other Marriott Brand properties in Amman have these issues and they are lovely pick the Ritz or Amman Marriott instead!

A very luxurious hotel, which is characterized above all by its courteous staff. All are fluent in several languages and always endeavor to support the guest with all questions, including topics outside of the actual service regarding the country, culture and leisure activities. If I ever have to go back to Amman, I will want to stay at the St. Regis, for sure!

This is a very nice property. Rooms are spacious and really well designed. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are large and spotless. Lots of bottled water in the room which is welcome in the Jordanian heat. Breakfast buffet has very good service but the room can get a bit loud with little ones. I have stayed at many St Regis properties before and this one seems to be an incredible value when you compare room rates to other cities. It’s in a very nice area of Amman. Recommend a stay here and will return.

We have just completed a 5 week stay here whilst we were looking for our new home in Amman. We had a one-bedroom apartment (207) which was spacious and very comfortable. The corporate rate is good value and included complimentary bottled water, valet parking and 4 laundry items per day. The staff were mostly excellent. However, I do NOT recommend rooms on the pool side of the hotel due to LOUD MUSIC from 9am until midnight every day which can be clearly heard inside the room with the windows firmly shut. (We complained a few times, including to senior management, but absolutely nothing was done about it.)

My 5th anniversary stay at the St. Regis Amman was an absolutely enchanting experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and professionalism by the staff. The ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and elegance, setting the perfect tone for our special occasion. The level of service we received was truly remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was flawless. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness created a magical atmosphere that we’ll forever cherish. Our anniversary celebration was made even more memorable thanks to the wonderful team at St. Regis Amman. If you’re looking for a place that combines opulence, attentive staff, and a truly enchanting experience, the St. Regis Amman is an absolute gem. Thank you for making our anniversary so incredibly special!

Over the last couple of months, I have been invited to 3 separate occasions celebrated at the St. Regis Hotel's ballrooms. I was badly shocked by the extremely bad smell of sewage inside the entrance hall spreading all the way to the lifts and down to the entrance of the ballrooms. I have informed the staff of the hotel twice, but unfortunately nothing had changed on my following visit. Later I called the hotel and asked to speak to the GM so I could share these details expressing my deep concern for this untreated problem, They asked for my contact details and assured me that the GM will return my call. Sadly, I have yet to hear from anyone from management at the St. Regis, and so I am writing this review.

An absolutely phenomenal experience at The St. Regis Hotel in Amman! From the moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was greeted with five-star luxury and hospitality. The rooms are exquisitely appointed, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance. The dining experiences were exceptional, with a diverse range of culinary delights to savor. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore Amman's cultural and business districts. The spa and fitness facilities were top-notch, providing a serene escape for relaxation and wellness. What truly sets this hotel apart is the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether for business or leisure, The St. Regis Hotel in Amman is the epitome of luxury, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable visit."

The Amman St Regis is a beautiful, modern, chic hotel, but the outstanding staff is what makes it truly special. The staff at this St Regis is the best out of any I’ve ever experienced at a five-star luxury hotel. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. Everyone from the concierge to the security to the house keeping staff all went out of their way to help when asked—and I rarely had to ask because they always anticipated what I would need. The team at the Amman St Regis is the gold standard for customer care, hands down.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay the room quality and staff were great. The staff in particular made us feel like we were the most important people in the place. The Tamara restaurant food and staff deserve an extra star for qualty and service. We will definitely return.

Top tier hotel with excellent staff. The room had great finishings and was tastefully designed/furnished. The bathroom was gorgeous and the bed felt like sleeping on clouds. Also, great selection of restaurants in the building and the breakfast included was 10/10 with loads of variety - on days when I was in a rush to the office they offered a to-go box so I could take my Breakfast to-go.

My husband Robert and I want to leave a review for the hotel. But specifically for one person who made our stay 100 times better. Moe Mabrouk has taken care of us continuously. He provides the best service, the best food, and is the friendliest person we have ever met!!! He knew my husband is in town for a medical procedure, and he has gone above and beyond to make our stay the very best it could possibly be while he heals. Thank you Moe!

The St. Regis Amman was the greatest experience I ever had when it came to white glove treatment. The staff went above and beyond to get to know us, ensure we were getting the most out of Amman, and make sure we were safe. I’ve never had such treatment at a hotel. They also put together a beautiful birthday decoration and dessert in our room to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday. Every detail was covered at the St. Regis. I can’t wait to go back!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely phenomenal. For starters, the hotel staff was absolutely amazing at accommodating my party of 17 at the Zenith. The reception staff was best in class at accommodating to my situation for short notice booking. The hotel was so breathtaking, it looked like something out of a movie. Lastly, The bar was absolutely amazing, they're able to accommodate to anything that me and my friends want to drink or any snacks really we want to have as we are socializing. My friends and I will most certainly certainly be recurring visitors.

Service was spectacular! Every employee did a fantastic job to make sure everyone feels like royalty. If you have Bonvoy high status or Amex Fine Collection, by all means use it. It’s worth every penny. Lana from the front desk went above and beyond for my wife and I. We are grateful to the staff in this amazing property. The food is extraordinary and every detail in the suite was top notch. Thanks for making our stay at Amman unforgettable

Memorable experience and great attention to detail. I enjoyed everyday at St. Regis. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. They get out of their way to help you both inside and outside the hotel. A huge thanks to the team of porters, especially Sami and also to Mr. Mahmoud for all their help. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I kinda like this new hotel. A little bit of a change from the ones we're used to in Amman. I loved the classic black and white theme with gold accents. They emit such good vibes! Their event halls are quite big and I've been to two seminars already. The breaks included light snacks.. good croissants:) The facilities are topnotch. Furthermore, I cannot remember when was the last time I saw water hoses "shattaf" in a hotel bathroom! Also, the hotel offers valet parking and their guys are on point. P.S. they don't charge for valet but it'll be nice if you tipped the guy. I wonder if they offered breakfast for non hotel guests?

One of the best hotels in Amman! The staff are well trained, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A very comfortable, attractive and spacious bedroom. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant it was served in had a nice ambience. The bar lacked any atmosphere however. Our room fronted onto a major road and there was a lot of traffic noise.

Started off nice, service was very good, no complaints there. The breakfast is really good, no complaints there. Only problem is the cleaning of the room, they fold the same old used towels, and put them up. I noticed after the second day, the towels were damp. Pillows sheets never was changed, I stayed for 3 nights. Also the carpet was never vacuumed, crumbs was on the ground from a prior stay. Overall would not come back. Good try st Regis of Jordan

Such a wonderful stay. What sets this property apart is the butler & concierge service. They were so sweet and accommodating and made us a wonderful and always comfortable stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well, lots of stone and pretty architecture. Deserves every bit of 5 stars.

a spacious, spotless room with a lovely outlook.Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice room service and a good restaurant. Various selections for breakfast, including a variety of fresh fruits My one complaint, which I will express fairly for  the betterment of my readers and fellow traveler s, is that it is not conveniently located near the city center (although in a nice area and near to the other main hotels in Amman)

  • 4/5 Daniel N. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are very nice, but sadly a lot of minor details are not really well... Sometimes the power outlet is halfway broken or similar. The service is very good and it is pushing the standards in Amman towards the top. The location would be great, if there wouldn't be these car races almost every night and specially on Thursdays. Also the windows in almost all the rooms I had were not really tight and sometimes very loud. It doesn't really matter to what side your room is facing - The noise is sometimes too high to rest well.

I have tried zenith pub at the roof top. The view is really amazing; overlooking Amman. The food and service is really good ! I highly recommend the menu especially the tomahawk. It's a Must try at zenith.i didn't experience the rooms. Only Zenith ! A good place and vibe !

After a two-week stay at the St. Regis I can say that I was very happy with the experience. The service at the hotel is generally quite good and my upgraded room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel also sports some nice restaurants and bars, not to the mention the Thursday and Friday night Champaign Toast! My only two complaints were how long my check out process took (nearly 30 minutes), along with some maintenance issues in my bathroom and bedroom - see the attached photos. These maintenance issues were nothing that caused enough concern to complain at the time, but are issues that need addressing nonetheless. Overall, my stay was very good and I would certainly recommend the St. Regis to other travelers to Amman.

The Dj by the pool ruins the environment. It removes starts from service, and the location. If you want to select a Dj to play then the selection needs to be on point for everyone and at the right levels. Surely as a hotel anticipating guests needs and understanding how to make the stay much more comfortable, you understand how to set a vibe, mood and right environment. If we wanted to go to a rave with bad music we would. Playing high tempo commercial hits for 5-6 continuous hours is wrong from a perspective of a guest as well as a DJ. Be different than every hotel in Jordan, and understand that you can create a vibe that guests want to return to. So they can relax by the pool. Have a selected day of the week where you guys want a massive party which then attracts a certain crowd where a lot of us would not come to. However the rest of the days you should have a theme where we come to relax. I’m sure head office would not approve. Doesn’t fit the brand. Thanks Service is good and these guys get 4*.

Our stay was short, but the impeccable staff left a strong impression on us. We had come down with some digestion issues by this part of our trip, and we were humbled by how accommodating and caring the staff and management was. Truly 5 star service. We stayed at other high end places in Jordan (Kempinski Dead Sea Ishtar and Ma'in Hot Springs Resort), and the service and accommodations here were practically incomparable. The breakfast at the St. Regis was also the best we had out of any of those resorts. We had been split on whether to stay here or the nearby Four Seasons, and are so glad we ended up going with the St. Regis - it won't be a question between the two in the future, St. Regis will be the clear decision for us.

Sumptuous accomodations, fabulous breakfast, mediocre gym. The equipment is modern and new, but not for a serious workout. Sauna and steam are in the spa, not accessible from gym.
