We booked at this hotel saw on Booking.com as a Four Star with 2 interconnected rooms for 2 Adults and 3 Children including breakfast in the room rate. First of all it is not a 4 Star hotel at all. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms but they could not provide with that facility. The breakfast is not to the standard of a 4 star hotel. This is because the food was unhygienic as the staff kept picking food from the buffet with their own hands. The choice was very limited as it was same choice every day. The room cleaning service was very bad. The rooms was very small. They kept promising us they will provide non smoking rooms but in the end they couldn’t. So we were bound to check out Early as they could not deliver their promises. We booked a free cancellation but they did not give our refund for the night we did not stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Good customer service, but unfortunately for a dirty room, an unclean bathroom, there were many hairs inside the sink 🤮, old towels, unclean bedding, and it also had a broken shower and no hot water. My travel route was for 32 hours and I needed hot water To rest after traveling, but there is no hot water in the winter, the worst place to stay.

One of the worst experience ever for me, started with the check in procedure(takes like one hour with us). The night guy he works like a theft and he is aggressive and uncooperative. plus the room was not prepared with many facilities like towels, water and cleanniness so we asked them many time but no solutions. The bed in the night was uncomfortable, we had bad sleeping night. The AC was not working good it was warm in the night and the price very high for what we get! They put the breakfast at the door from the early morning and it was cold! I don't know which kind of hotel this is! Not recommended at all

Who ever run this hotel,he/she really need an advice in hospitality... I spend the worst nights in my live in this hotel.. Cleanliness...zero Maintenance ...zero Welcoming....zero Price...60$ per night.no breakfast Nightmares...at least 3

For sure this is not five star hotel. In my opinion max rank is three stars. There is problem with showers in bathroom, outflow do not work correctly. Also, there is bad noise cancelling in rooms, you can hear everything outside. If you have choice - find another one.

We booked and everything yet they still wouldn't let us in saying that our electronic Kuwaiti ID's where not enough even though they contain everything needed for the process. What a waste of land.

I spent one night at this hotel. My experience is as follows. The hotel is located in an area between the airport and Amman city and close to Allenby bridge, which makes it a perfect place to stay. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff is gentle and professional. The room is wide, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, the water takes time to heat up in the shower. The price is affordable. Overall, I had a great night. I'll choose this hotel for my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place and the rooms were amazing. The AC broke half way in the night and they gave a new room next door. So thankful and they were happy to help. I give them 5 stars for their service!

Over rated only a two star facility,The bedding is worn out, cigarette butts and dust in the rooms was a negative.Affordability and location was only the highlight

The stay was ok, including breakfast, But my advice is, never engage in their Taxi service, It's almost 100% more than the normal rate and not reliable at all. If you are coming from the airport, better to take airport taxi and when you going back just take a regular taxi from the street.

What I say , first it's not a 4 star hotel at all I came tired want to rest, woke up ill ، when I came the water was cold towels looks not clean and overused the breakfast is the worst not edible at all , I will not recommend anyone to stay here even if it's cheap

Amazing hotel with great service and good location if you need to stay close to the airport. We had an issue with our flight and need a hotel from 3am to 10am to get some sleep. We wanted something with a good value for money for the short stay and we (2 women alone) drove there in the middle of the night. We were very well treated and the staff in charge was really kind and got us quickly a room. They have a private parking just in front of the reception which is very convenient. I am very glad I choose them. Me and my female friend felt super well and safe!

Horrible stay... water leakage and shortage, very old towels. AC goes off and put FF when it runs for 2 consecutive hours. Same breakfast with no change at all. Friendly staff

cannot express how luxurious was the hotel, in the middle of so many shops , bringing breakfast to your room daily is really an odd on star for lazy ones like me , last but not least ,I am really impressed with the hospitality and support of reception team “Ramzy, Sally, Loay and Mohamed” , will definitely come again

We made a reservation for only 1 day and made a late night check in. Despite this the room was dirty, there were some bug-like insects in the bed and the whole room was stink with cigarrate smell, the bathroom was moisty and dirty. I had to sleep with my coat in order not to get infected. Besides, you cannot enter the room 303 with your card, you should open the door manually with the keys and noone tells you nothing about it. NEVER EVER COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY, SUCH A DİRTY & OLD HOTEL
