It’s not very crowded mall; especially the market is excellent. They’ve discount which is very good. Bathrooms are clean food court is okay. Foods are not very cheap. Available for disabled people.

Huge mall with many many outlets and services. Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, jewelry, cinema and a lot more. You can spend the whole day with the family and kids for shopping and play. A lot of parking spaces outside and underground. Also a lot of banks and other services

The mall is nice but one important feature is missing, No rest seats or public seats are available,so if u want to wait your wife you have to stand all the time so my shopping time will go down because im going to keep nagging to finish shopping fast .... However, there are alot of huge areas to add seats.

I don’t know how we don’t have unemployment issues! Three people to do one man job at the parking gate! But let’s talk about the mall, we’ll it features some high end brands for sure, but you should see the attitude of the people working inside, lol! I think they are under a very wrong perception of their job, and confuse their place with the customers who actually pay their salaries! So believe me, if you want to spend money on buying luxury stuff, at least get it somewhere where you pay not only for the things but the world class experience that should come with it! The mall is relatively big, used to have nice cafes on the top floor but not any more, they still exist but not as nice as they were! Floor is dirty, bathrooms stink! I blame both the users as well as the cleaners! People still smoke in toilets, it is just sad! The cinema is a disaster, the movie is actually among the crowds who had no understanding to the cinema etiquette! And also not clean!

Great mall! The triangular structure is fitting for a shopping experience and creates a very open space as should be. Easy to go up the floors and parking is not bad as well. Variety of shops but mainly more expensive ones. Bookstore, electronics store, supermarket, cinema and a versatile food court.

The taj mall is huge. There are 190 plus stalls but sadly, the pandemic has shuttered many stores. The mall is still in operation and providing a nice service. The stores have excellent goods. There is a supermarket in the mall but I think the prices are a little higher than the C-town supermarket at the abdali mall. ( please check my reviews and photos of that mall ) The staff and security is very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend taking an Uber ride to this mall. It only cost us 1.67 jd or $2.25 for a one way trip to the taj mall. I also highly recommend taking Uber in Amman. It is about .50 cents higher than a normal taxicab but since I do not speak Arabic and I did not change much jd currency. I depended on my Visa card. I hate the parking here, it's too complicated especially if you're trying to find a parking spot on B1 and you go into a loop trying to go to lower levels... and is it me or is the design of the mall weird from inside.

One of the most famous malls in Jordan and the largest , contains a hypermarket, banks, electronics store, clothing shops, a dining hall, cafes, an outdoor terrace, games for children and a cinema. The place in general is safe, clean and suitable for all ages. The location is easy to access and parking spaces are available, the toilets are clean, and the place contains many services, as for the prices they are above average.

A lot of shops, awesome foodcourt, there is also cinema inside. Good city view on roof.

One of the nicest malls I have found in Jordan. You can get your car washed while you shop at a variety of stores. People are friendly at this location which makes it very enjoyable.

Beautiful Mall with a great selection of brands from regular to high-end. A fantastic soft play area for toddlers and children. A great arcade and carnival ride corner near the terrace, many beautiful restaurants and a top notch cinema. A good way to spend your day.

I feel that the quality dropped. Used to be the most prestigious mall in Jordan, doesn’t feel so.

The mall offers almost everything, but the underground parking isn't ideal. I like how banks are located in one part of the mall, the shoe/sneaker places in another, etc.. proper distribution of shops. The food court is good, and there's a kids/toddlers play area on the same floor as the food court. it's convenient.

This mall is pretty good, the changes they made the past couple of years... not so much. They removed a great arcade children always went to play, it was always PACKED. They also removed one of the best restaurants; PF Chang’s. They removed the two best places in the mall (in my opinion). Still, give it a shot, you may not be like me.

It’s one of the most popular shopping malls in Amman near abdoun area it got everything you look for from grocery to clothes and food. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. It can be crowded over the weekend

Nice and decent mall in Amman - Abdon area. The front side view is fantastic..typical retailers shops and cafes..food courts at the top level..there is prey area in the lower level.

If you've got the cash, they've got you covered. Everything you need in one big building, seriously! Cinema? Check. Food court? Check. Clothing & accessories? Check. Appliances, internet companies & banks? Check that too! Just go there, empty your wallets and have fun :)

Nice mall, only one comment regarding the elevators, when you have a stroller you can't take the elevator coz it's always full, noone respect special needs people or parents with strollers

Taj mall is one of Amman's go to places for shopping/ entertainment/ and food. With a variety of restaurants in the food court as well as selected 5 star restaurants on the open air terrace you are definitely finding what you crave for. The ground floor contains almost all bank branches that open until late hours that is very helpful if you missed the normal bank hours. I deducted 1 star for its horrible underground parking, which should have never been permitted in the first place. And another star for lack of handicapped services/ ramps/ parking and facilities.

This mall is ok, but half of it is just designer stores. There is a good supermarket on the bottom floor, Familys basket. There are some good outdoor spaces on the roof but since COVID a lot have closed down permanently.

The place has good variety of stores which include the main brands in the market, in addition to the Haute Couture brands with a dedicated entrance. The mall has a food court in the upper floor and a specialized cuisines as well. Car parking is in the lower floors and it's free of charge. The place usually gets very crowded on the weekends.

A wonderful historical place,it's Hercules Tomb,the known legendary governor for his strength.It is very pleasing feel to look over Jordan from above.Good feelings with great energy will conquer you.Bring a good camera with you,sure you will love to take alot of photos there.🙂

What kind of mall tells you only family, i come all the way from overseas to here only family, i truly don’t need to see this mall and spend money here i would rather go to The boulevard or city mall where I'm treated right. Plus they never gave me a true reason just no your not allowed i’m truly sorry but you have lost a customer.

Nice place to shop and cosy; Yet, I hated how messy and slow the security were in regards to checking vaccine certificates. They don’t mind keeping you in a long line for over 10-15 minutes even if you have grandmas who cannot tolerate the wait. Mall management should do something about this nonsense. Great shopping experience for all family members. You can find what ever is needed inside. Prices vary but still affordable somehow. The parking lot is not really friendly use but we managed to have good time there

The mall is nice and has a lot of parking lots.all the big brands are available. It has out side area with coffee shops. But bathrooms are not clean and you can snif the bad smells.

The mall is big, I was going for a couple of shops specifically but when I arrived & asked I knew they’re now closed (1 permanently & the other temporarily).. I’ve enjoyed a Turkish coffee & treat, had a nice walk inside that didn’t take long but there are many available things to do there.

Most of the famous world brands are represented in this mall (Louis Vuitton, Mango, Calvin Klein, Michael Kros, Lacoste, H&M, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, American Eagle, Okaidi, Burberry, Monsoon.... Unfortunately Massimo, Channel and Zara are not represented. The super market "Family Basket" is a bit expensive compared to other super market. Nice place to visit for shopping!

Parkings are just stupid, Food area needs more cleaning and hygiene overseeing, way finding in the mall isn’t the best as well, its easy for people to just not know where to go or where they are. To be fair I love the fact it has a variety of shops in all sectors and all services.

Lovely place, loved the Marie France home clothes shop, internet didn’t support international numbers so local ppl helped us out. Prayer room was neat.
