Regrettably,
I
have
experienced
multiple
instances
wherein
the
items
I
received
were
damaged
upon
delivery.
Additionally,
I
have
observed
alarming
behaviors
exhibited
by
their
delivery
personnel,
characterized
by
attempts
to
overcharge
for
services
rendered,
which
I
find
concerning
and
unethical.
Furthermore,
it
is
disheartening
to
note
discrepancies
in
the
items
received
compared
to
those
originally
requested.
This
inconsistency,
combined
with
the
deliberate
inflation
of
quantities
to
levy
higher
charges,
has
greatly
undermined
my
confidence
in
the
integrity
of
their
service
and
the
reliability
of
their
shoppers.
My
attempts
to
address
these
issues
through
communication
with
their
customer
service
department
have
proven
unsuccessful.
The
resolutions
proposed
were
inadequate,
leaving
the
matters
unresolved
and
causing
significant
inconvenience.
As
a
conscientious
consumer
and
a
patron
of
this
brand,
I
had
expected
a
higher
standard
of
service
and
ethical
conduct.
The
recurrence
of
these
issues
has
marred
my
experience
and
prompted
this
formal
communication
to
highlight
these
concerns.
