Delivery service is terrible! They were the best (before two or three years ago). Not going to order again thanks to the misleading employees.

What it lacks in organization it makes up for it excellent prices all year round and great variety of products. Cleaning products are especially good , as well as the best toothpaste and toothbrushes section in all supermarkets.

Everything you need for a cheap price and no problem parking the car. One note that the owners should solve is the distance from the elivator where you stop the cart to the cars. It can be a long journey

Almost everything is about 10 to 20% cheaper than other main stream grocery shops, you will probably find anything you need. But this is not an enjoyable place to do your grocery shopping, it's more like a war zone. So if you can afford it your better off avoiding this place.

One of the best malls in Amman. A large area and well organized, but I think they need to provide glossaries that define the sections more clearly. And the provision of a number of employees to assist customers on the first floor, as they are present and abundantly on the second floor. As for the goods, everything that comes to the mind of the customer is available at the best price and the best quality. One of the best places to shop, you do not have to search for many stores in the markets out side.

Not the place i recommend for frequent shopping. Well organized store, has almost everything you can find all your house needs. The fruits and vegetables quality ain’t good and ain’t fresh But the prices are not competitive. Many items are ~25% more expensive compared to other stores.

The store need to be reorganized in total. This place is full of all kind of items but unfortunately it is a big mess. I recommend the owners should seek to recruit professional managment who knows how to manage such store as a whole. Should my recommendation taken seriously and apply it I ve no doubts that the turnover could double easely in six months.

Good place but, always crowded Reasonable prices

Everything is available there,the prices of some goods are reasonable but others are a little bit higher than other stores, always full of people besides there is a parking for cars.

You'll find pretty much every grocery in your mind, customer service needs some touch ups. Prices are affordable

Excellent competitive prices, friendly helpful staff, good ample parking for your car especially for AMMAN, I found the meat department and the fresh produce department especially good, even though they're were a lot of shoppers, there were no Long lines at the cashiers. Definitely I'll go back for shopping.

Super convenient store. You will find everything for weekly grocery shopping l, great varieties and prices cheaper than most stores. The only thing is that the market is always busy and crowded, you get what you want but at some stations or the cashier you have to wait. But for that price it's worth it.

Regrettably, I have experienced multiple instances wherein the items I received were damaged upon delivery. Additionally, I have observed alarming behaviors exhibited by their delivery personnel, characterized by attempts to overcharge for services rendered, which I find concerning and unethical. Furthermore, it is disheartening to note discrepancies in the items received compared to those originally requested. This inconsistency, combined with the deliberate inflation of quantities to levy higher charges, has greatly undermined my confidence in the integrity of their service and the reliability of their shoppers. My attempts to address these issues through communication with their customer service department have proven unsuccessful. The resolutions proposed were inadequate, leaving the matters unresolved and causing significant inconvenience. As a conscientious consumer and a patron of this brand, I had expected a higher standard of service and ethical conduct. The recurrence of these issues has marred my experience and prompted this formal communication to highlight these concerns.

Great prices and good arbitrators atmosphere, they always have deals on almost all products, they also have a well known product and a much cheaper alternative to every product you can find the (Silk Road brand), the cashier check is always crowded but the staff are fast and respectful, there's plenty of parking spots, specially for a crowded area. The points system never expires, unlike many other malls where you have to exchange them within a year.

Variety of products loads of offers and discounts, however it is very difficult to find a parking spot in their parking. They provide online shopping through the app, still did not use it but looks handy and easy to use. Apparently they free deliver on orders above 10 jd.
