Absolutely disgusting. The entire experience was gross. I went once and never again. The only good thing was the location as it was within walking distance to where I used to live but that's where the good ends. Here are the details. The music was so loud in the spa/whirlpool area it was coming from a boom box and I thought I was at a club. There was so much water all over the floor that you sloshed through it which was also a breeding ground for bacteria. They didn't have enough flip flops so I wasn't provided any which meant I was barefoot since I showed up with tennis shoes. I was totally grossed out. The bathroom and showers were disgusting and dirty. There was no soap or any shampoo or ANYTHING in the shower. You are given a small towel but essentially you drip dry. The massage was supposed to be 1-hour but she only spent 30 minutes on me. Before the massage the masseuse told me to sit in the whirlpool which was not turned on. I refused and sat on a stool until she was ready. The masseuse was a petite woman who was sneezing and tissue was all over the floor. Her friend came to the doorway (no door) and was talking to her the entire time she was massaging me. The massage was very uncomfortable as it was on a slab and not a traditional massage bed. The kind of slab that you usually get a body scrub and then hosed down. That and the loud music and the friend talking to my masseuse made for a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I wanted to complain to the front desk but the 2 ladies had such attitude that I just wanted to get out of there and never return. Many months later, I am still in shock at how disgusting this place is even though many locals recommend it. Pay a little more money and go to a spa where you won't be scared to contract a virus/bacteria/fungus.

REALLY BAD DONT RECOMMEND, worst customer service very rude barely gave us a tour treated us very poorly very bad hygiene the girls were loud made us pay the full amount without trial day and not letting us know that trail fee was 15 jds which is absurd because the gym had poor hygiene and very health violating i could not breath because of the humidity and the smell of the pool And not to mention the equipment very old rusty most of them did not even work and those that worked did not even do the proper function i could have seriously been hurt please dont ever try it out just because its a women’s gym and cheap it is not worth it

The worst gym and pool ever, the machines are rusty and dirty (I found earwax on one of them) and 99% of the womens there are old and they are rude. The place is so crowded, and the shower is transparent (u can see the person next to u in it), the sauna wasn't working properly, I just came because my mum signed me. Not Recommended

I will only comment on the part I used which is the swimming pool. It's small! Not even shaped regularly for a decent lap. Water temperature is either too cold or too warm. Only 2 spots for showering and 2 tiny places to change clothes where the wooden door and floor gets soaked with water. If you don't live around like me it's probably a bad idea. Took me an hour to get back to near the jordanian university area so I stopped going. Went 4 times in the 3 months I subscribed for.

truly a bad gym.. terrible customer services, the ladies were disrespectful and very hard to talk to. I would give the cleanliness a 0/10, the machines aren’t functioning and sticky, everything is very unhygienic overall you can catch an infection let along the loud smell of chlorine. The administration only cared about the money rather than their customer’s health. Would not recommend this gym at all please walk around and check before you get a membership.

According to the cheap prices for yearly plans it's good otherwise it's not that clean and you will find alot of the machines doesn't work but as I mentioned it's okay according to the really cheap prices.

You will find everything you need in this place; exercise classes with good coaches, huge machines hall, Turkish bath, Morrocon bath, big swimming pool (but needs more follow up and maintenance + more showers and lockers are needed) 💜

terrible. Personally, I’ve had a very bad experience with serenity spa.. the gym lacks cleanliness and customer service was very disappointing, the secretary ladies weren’t polite at all. The whole gym reeks of chlorine which shortened my breath and made me feel very uneasy. The pool area is always so full and usually looks super unhygienic possibly leaving you with an infection or some sort of fungus due to the bacteria living on the floors and swimming in the pool, the bathrooms are very old and dirty, most of the machines are out of order and the few that work don’t even function correctly.. made my knees hurt terribly. I definitely do not recommend this gym.

Customer service is so bad, floor is always wet and dont even let me start about the humidity and the smell there. The pool and hot-tubs are so musty that they looked so unappealing to swim in or use.

A ladies only gym & spa. I attended the swimming classes with coach Suhad which is the best coach ever. The spa & gym is clean and tidy with lots of utilities and facilities. There is one main swimming pool, a jacuzzi, in addition to 2 small swimming pools. There is also lots of gym amenities but I personally didn’t use. Make sure to watch out for their offers. It gets busy during day time as its a favorite for members living nearby, it also includes a hair salon.

I have been in this gym for six years and i love everything in this place , The staff are great and helpful and it has good manger , the cost of the membership is nothing compared to what you get in this Gym .👌🏼👍

All the lifting machines are rusty if not broken (they're placed right next to the pool which is really inconvenient), literally everyone there has the most god awful form at exercises cuase none of the coaches are available at the lifting section and there are no dumbbells there either, they're on the last floor and sometimes the door there is locked. the cardio floor has a lot of out-of-order machines and the bathrooms and the whole place RARELY provides any tissues or paper towels

The best gym in Jordan I really liked the classes there and the water in pool is so clean and warm you should visit it and you should take classes with couch ala'a asha ,and the gym is so clean they are so cute with us💕

One of the best clubs that I have participated in, one of the places that gives psychological comfort... one of the cleanest clubs, in addition to that, its wonderful coaches, especially Coach Suhad, who is more than wonderful in dealing and cooperating with everyone. Serenity is worth trying as a start because it will later become a habit

nice good gym, they mostly have all the necessary machines, but the only bad thing that they only have 5kgs plates and less which isn’t convenient in deadlifting especially that i lift heavy! and i struggle in squats because they dont have squat rack. otherwise, its totally great!
