Honestly great gym great equipment and great friendly people but sometimes the coaches can be very rude and can catch them sometimes looking with disgust even though no one is doing anything wrong or bad but good thing about them is that when they see someone playing in a wrong form they will help them until they get the right form it’s not all negative but I feel the coaches should be a little more friendly even after a long day hope you can apply this.

The gym is amazing! Quite and very few work out during the day, the atmosphere is perfect, at leat for me! The staff are helpful, but could be mean if you try to socialise with them. The reason why I rate the gym 4 stars. Especially one of them is so mean, rude and arrogant. They are peaceful as long as you keep your questions short and straight to the point. Everyone is so focussed on his/her training and everyone is sort of anti-social. Something I like to be frank. :) Bottom line is.. If you're serious about building your body, this gym is the perfect gym for you. In addition to all the above, the gym is: Clean, neat, tidy, new machines, all machines are available, spacious, good natural light, and is open from 8:00am until 12 midnight. And oh! there's a cat.

The gym is very clean and its not very busy which I like. The Staff is rude and dishonest. ( Before I signed up I asked if there was any offers and the hours for ramadan, Told that there were no offers and the hours were 5 pm to 1 am closing the door at 12 pm ) Thursday I with to the door of gym at 11 and was told they were closed rudely all he said was "check facebook for hours and close the door in my face" After checking facebook found there was a special offer during ramadan for independence day. I asked the staff why were they dishonest with me. He started saying "Don't talk to me like that" when he was dishonest with me. Same day during middle of my workout he called me "dirty" by saying I smell while I was doing a high intensity training session and said "I can get my stuff and leave" Only work out there 3 times and already wanting to find a new gym. Do not feel welcome there.

I liked the gym, they are make the best out of the space they have. It can get very crowded around 5pm. On the other hand a smile doesn't hurt anyone, the guy who sits on the reception is very grumpy. Even the guy in the change is not easy 😂 you guys need to smile walla ma fi ishi me7rz. It's good and convient bravo.

Great place for everyday gym freaks. Located in a great place Equipment and dumbbells are new and various. You can enjoy any workout easily and make the best out of it. Great parking.

I recommend this place; good location easy to get and park. The gym on the second floor has good views and natural lighting. The gym includes all needed machines for fitness and shaping. Friendly team and coaches. You can buy healthy meals and water. It's very bad gym, the coaches are rude . If you are beginner player I don't recommend this gym because no one will help you with your schedule, you will never see a good result.

Worst gym and service ever.. very rude and disrespectful, Not clean at all and they don’t even maintain it, clearly not accepting criticism, with no good attitude, I was asked not to run on a treadmill fast as the treadmill isn’t supposed to be run on. and if I don’t want I should leave. So I asked for money back and I left. never again
