I went to this hospital because I didn’t wanna go to public hospitals with their bad repetition so I thought I would treat myself and go to a private hospital. I booked an appointment with a doctor and ended up going to another one because he was just free and the other one is busy! The waiting time was horrible. One of the employees called Abu Yehya” at the bones clinic in the ER was basically ignoring my questions and and talking on the phone as he was wrapping my hurt fingers. He didn’t even use any sanitizer to clean up the fingers before wrapping them up!! And he didn’t even cover it in a proper way. Worst experience I ever had at a hospital. Never coming back

I think they are not sharing info with patients, doctor shall talk to patients more frequently. Nurses don't care to help. Easy things takes long time for ever, without apperant reason,just careless from everyone one. Very sad to be named Islamic hospital

Very bad hospital, I do not recommend it at all …. A place that loses human care before medical attention Bad treatment from some medical staff, and this does not include everyone There is no sanitary system in the VIP room as I found dirt and many cigarettes, never mind the standard rooms!!!! Follow-up of patients is bad from the point of view of medical staff I transferred my father into Al Khalidi hospital after only 24 hour … we don’t know what can be happened if we stay more , that’s why decided immediately to exit the hospital

I would like to let you know about the bad Health services provided by the Islamic Hospital in Jordan 1) the doctor requested urine cultivation and the laboratory mad normal urine test. 2) the service provided there was below my insurance level and The treatment was very bad by the staff and the room below the standard. 3) Attempting to push me to deal with doctors outside the health insurance. I was asked to consult a doctor outside the insurance, and he did nothing. After visiting him in his private clinic, he told me that I do not deal with insurance, and I will send me to anther Hospital. 4) Today we have a visit the hematologist dr. Essam hadadien we text him to make sure that he is in the clinic. He told us that he will not deal with insurance again or you bay cash. One star is too much for you

Great hospital , professional staff and adorable prices. I have been there 2017 for delivering, my doctor was private from outside the hospital but I had a good experience there overall. In 2018 I had a surgery there , I appreciate how kind and supportive the staff were.

Was visiting home for the first time in year. My wife was having pregnancy complications so we went to the emergency room around 5am. The entire emergency department was vacant of people. No doctors, nurses, receptionist, lab workers whatsoever. This is the 'islamic' hospital in a Muslim country. What a shame! Whoever is leading this hospital is a horrible person doing a really bad job!

The worst hospital ever … The ICU not clean , not professional attitude from staff . Even Managment level is the worst …. They are fooling us . Don’t go there , I would not recommend this at all

They still use very much of paper work … they live in the last century.. but they keep on trying to improve, i hope they do better 🔜
