I went there because I had a really bad eye infection and I was so in pain , and I waited for four hours for them to see me for five minutes! Although when I first arrived to the hospital I asked do how long am I going to wait they said don’t worry not for so long! The doctors are great but you need a whole day just to go there. It’s unreal!

You have to wait for 3 hours to see the doctor for 5 min. Bad service, no appointments, no rules, expensive. To be fair the only positive point is the professional doctors. (Dr. Mousa).

you have to wait for four hours to see the doctor for a few minutes, also, their doctors keep going to operations during the day while keeping people waiting and the doctor end up working until 10pm, I can’t possibly feel secure having my operation done by such doctors and disorganized hospital.

Waited three hours for a 10 minutes consultation with the doctor, Jordan is filled with great eye doctors al hamdulilah just don’t come here.

I saw Dr Thaer shetawi at this hospital He is a very nice talented doctor , explined everything in detial I highly recommend him as an ophthalomogist “ eye doctor” for any eye conditio His prices were very competitive as well 🙏

Unbelievable waiting time! 3 hours and still waiting, they ask you to pay before you see the doctor and they kept you waiting while he is doing a surgery’s!!! I do not recommend it

After a difficult first operation for my wife's first eye with major delay due to circumstances, the team recognized that and recovered with flying colors and did an amazing customer service job for tge second eye.. Clinically they're definitely well equipped and worth being praised!

Excellent hospital, we just had two surgeries (lens replacements) and checkups before and after which all went extremely smooth and successful. Our Doctor, Uday Jumah, 2nd floor, was so kind, professional and caring did everything smoothly and easily - and prices are very reasonable. Thank you all. PS: the staff, surgery staff, reception and assistants including the car valet are all nice, kind and helpful.
