Unfortunately you choose to go to a private hospital seeking care and to save your time. We have been waiting in the clinics after we did the X ray with about 30 people in a small waiting room for about 45 mins waiting the doctor who saw us first time and had to leave his clinic to join in the operation room ( which is not convenient to have scheduled surgery and clinic at the same time). The receptionist is very grumpy have an attitude In general it's a bad experience. Not recommended at all.

This hospital has little attention to customer needs! I went to the hospital to get a PCR test for travel purposes and clearly mentioned to the lab that I needed the test result to have a barcode for verification and tracing purposes. I was disappointed when I went back the following day to get my result that the result certificate did not only have no barcode as requested but also had my name typed incorrectly and had no reference to my passport number. I had to go back and forth between the reception desk and lab to get this fixed. Simple practices like this may seem not a big deal but it certainly leaves an impression on customers about expectations and overall quality of the services offered.

The worst experience any patient could ever have 1-They didn’t took my vitals when I was in the ER 2-There is no specialists or even residents in the floor where there are inpatients A general physician is there with very weak skills and poor communication The GP is not working as a doctor at all , he is only a connecter between the patient and his specialist I was inpatient and the specialist that I was under his name didn’t see me He was giving orders on mobile Wireless management mashallah 3-no treatment plan was given to me when I was discharged while my temperature was 38.8 and my throat was still exudative 4-I was ordered a sinus x ray with a report and no doctor saw it or even read the report I read myself and took to a doctor outside the hospital to see it and diagnose me This a little of a much The worst hospital in amman with no doubts

The worst hospital , save your time and your money don’t go there , the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional , first they are nice once you pay they change to rude and disrespectful , the hospital has no management , the only reason your doctor would recommend the hospital is because they pay doctors commission for everything you do at the hospital . The hospital is built only to take your money not to cure Patients , Amman full of hospitals so do your homework before you regret It . Sooner or later the hospital will close down

ER doctor is a bully, who body shames patients! No one asked me if I take any medication or if I have any allergies to anything!!! No one took my vital signs! Knowing that I went to the ER because I’m suffering from severe allergy This is unacceptable as it should be rule number one to ask people if they have anything .

They dont have any idea what they're doing They gave me cortisone iv injection that caused me sever allergic reaction And when i came back they were not doing anything they just left me filled with face bumps due to their mistake Please go somewhere else

Sorry . I have to say from my experience today with the digestive system and liver clinics in this hospital that they are not honest in dealing with patients and the doctor's delay and the information given by the secretary was wrong ...just to keep you waiting...I am not going back to this hospital again ...plz be honest with your patients.
