There's no where to park, staff are super rude, unprofessional and unrespectful, they keep laughing at the counter really loud and talking very loud, before I arrive I called them and asked how much it will costs they told me it will costs 35 jod and when I arrivd they said it will costs 85 when I asked them you told me on the phone it costs 35 they said yes but you have to pay for other things and when they took my name they wrote it wrong even on the receipt when I told them you spelled my name wrong they fixed with a normal pen instead of giving me a new which make it harder for the insurance company to accept it! I will come back to them again and I will make sure none of my colleagues do!

One of the worst clinics ever, they have zero management and gets 100% in bad service. We kept waiting for more than hour after hearing “ your turn comes in 5 mins” for million times. An advice, keep nagging to get your turn otherwise they let people who come after you go in before you.

5 star clinic, the staff is super friendly, helpful and professional, they make you feel like you're their first priority and your convenience is the most important thing for them, the medical equipments and machines are new, the facility itself is very organized and clean at all times, also, there is a parking lot right on the other side of the street, you park your car, you cross the street and you're there, which is really hard to find in such crowded areas in Amman. I simply loved everything about them 👍

I would rate this place a zero star but it doesn't give me the option. A one star rating would even be too generous for our experience. I'm extremley disapointed with our experience at Advaclinic. My mom was very concerned with the pain that she was experiencing so I took my mom to get a mammogram and I was extremley shocked by the lack of basic care this place has for it's patients. My mother's Radiologist was Dr. Elain Abulail. The doctor barely acknowleged my mother and even took a personal call while she was examinimg her. My mom tried to ask her questions about the pain but she was ignored because Dr. Elain decided to take another call. I waited with my mom afterwards so that we can get the chance to talk to Dr. Elain but we were told by the staff that she was out parking her car and they didn't know when she was coming back. They weren't busy at all and the place was completly empty. I guarentee that all the positive reviews for this doctor were made by family and friends that have never even been to this clinic! We paid 92 JD just to be completely ignored and mistreated by Dr. Elain Abulail. She should have a basic duty of care for her patients but clearly she had better things to do. I normally don't write reviews, but our experience was so terrible that I had to write about it so others can know before going. I hope the clinic sees this review and decides to change the way they treat their patients, because my family and I certainly won't be coming back to Advaclinic. If you choose to go to this clinic, you have been warned.

I used their services twice and was excellent experience . Staff are very pleasant, professionals and responsive . The place is clean and spacious. Strongly recommended 👍

I was on a holiday with family. And my kid follow sick “maybe because we were exposed to huge amount of cigarettes and smokers which we are not used to” Late night my option were limited. I was looking for nearby 24hr Emergency room. Jordan Hospital was the answer by google map. The registration was easy and smooth. And the fees was humble and easy. There was only 1 patient in front of us. So it was a quick visit. We also bought medicine from the hospital itself with reasonable prices. I was not sure if they do accept international insurance!

Very nice high quality Center with professional staff. Enjoyed the hygienic environment while doing my diagnosis. Results were given to me within 30 mins on paper and were sent to my email. Well done 👏
