all,
I
would
like
to
convey
my
special
thanks
and
appreciation
to
the
Nurse
“Hafiza”
in
the
Day
Case
section.
There
are
no
words
enough
to
thank
her.
She
was
very
kind
and
so
helpful
in
all
means.
Also,
many
thanks
to
the
nursing
team
who
helped
us
during
the
medical
treatment
and
the
stay.
Some
of
the
drawbacks
that
shall
grab
the
attention
of
the
hospital
management
are:
(1)
Lack
of
proper
communication
between
the
doctor
clinic,
administration
department,
and
insurance
department.
Since,
we
arranged
all
the
admission
procedure
by
ourselves
in
the
operation
day
itself.
(2)
Late
response
of
the
nursing
team
at
the
nursing
station.
The
response
time
to
any
request
was
after
15
minutes
on
average.
(3)
The
unprofessionally
behavior
of
the
in-patient
team
who
did
not
act
to
provide
the
designated
room
as
per
the
insurance
policy.
(4)
Delay
of
2
hours
to
provide
the
private
room
after
the
surgery.
The
private
room
is
received
after
cleaning
at
16:00.
The
patient
who
occupied
the
room
left
the
room
at
14:00.
Finally,
we
are
delighted
from
the
medical
service
provided
and
grateful
for
the
doctor
and
his
team
for
the
end
results
and
the
treatment
provided.
Additionally,
we
are
grateful
for
the
good
behavior
and
the
welcoming
faces
and
smiles
of
the
majority
of
staff.
The
rooms
are
clean
with
comfortable
bed.
The
room
location
is
away
from
the
street
noise
and
disturbance.
It
has
own
bathroom
which
was
fully
equipped
and
well
maintained.
Overall,
it
was
a
good
decision
to
chose
the
Specialty
Hospital
to
do
the
medication.
They
have
well-experienced
doctors
who
can
do
sophisticated
surgeries
and
save
lives.
I
recommend
them
for
medical
service.
However,
they
have
to
improve
the
above
highlighted
points
in
order
to
compete
other
medical
facilities,
and
retain
their
patients.
