The management at this place could not be more dishonest. They promise you everything to get the sale and then will do NOTHING for you once they have your money. They delivered me a defective dryer and after a month of going there multiple times to try to do anything to fix this problem I gave up. They act like they're above the law so get ready to get ROBBED.

Worst electronics store in Jordan.. soo quick to sell n collect their 800 jds for my phone. But took more than 10 days to be able to reach someone over the phone for a repair.. and when someone actually answered they were the rudest people on earth.. disrespectful and no customer service whatsoever.. worst experience in my life

There is NO RETURN in Leaders stores. They tell you they accept returns within three days if you don’t open the item. But that is NOT TRUE. They will only give you store credit under that condition. However, NO FULL RETURN (give you back your money) is accepted under any circumstances.

Do not buy from them, they tell you will deliver it and install it tommorow or within 72 hours. And then they take a whole week and still havent delivered anything!! And when you call their customer support they take literally 20 or more minutes to answer and then they tell you wait another 72 hours. Worst buying experience ever. Dont buy from them!

No after sale service. Uncooperative staff and only one member knows about products. A bad experience that will never be repeated again.

I went in here to buy a 128 gb micro sd card and they tried to charge me 50 jd for it. It is worth a quarter of that. Be wary foreigners.

If you know what your buying it’s an easy visit, I was however treated incorrectly from the salesperson on the second floor. At the time I had rags on really, I was not in the mood to dress or wear anything fancy so I just passed by to grab a Phillips Air Fryer and bounce but when I asked the salesperson on the second floor showroom he said “it’s available but before I show it to you the price on this is 125 JOD” which didn’t seem nice. Yup that’s it! The branch manager is a nice guy and gets stuff like this sorted though

I have just bought a fan online and paid the shipping fee to be delivered to my house. As a professional seller, they should’ve mentioned on their website the expected delivery date and time, but unfortunately they haven’t. Accordingly, I expected my item to be delivered on the same day especially because it was urgently needed. I received a phone call later on from their customer service informing me that it will take 3 days to be delivered since they don’t work during the weekends. I think they are misleading customers by not showing on their website the delivery times. Also, I saw on another website that they work on Fridays and Saturdays but maybe half days which enables them to deliver my order. This is unacceptable at all.

The place has a very good verity of options, pay attention to some differences in price between the website and the actual store, also some items might not be in the store but are in the website. Staff are friendly and items of a good quality. Service was fast, parking available and wheelchair accessible on the first floor but not the second floor.

The Big center has many products and many offers

Variety of appliances and electronics in one stop shop, quite a helpful staff but they lack communication and you may hear different prices and recommendations from each staff member.

Liars, Liars Liars! ..double it! Unprofessional, they just gather some brands under their ceil and if any issue shows up they say its not our fault. Go talk to the brand owners. But because they are cheaper by 5jd people come! BTW, manager is not responsible and has no word.. shame on you

I really appreciate the main line of customer service for leader center But I don’t appreciate this location customer. I have tried to reach out to them ,they kept transferring me to the shipment department to solve my issue and no one picking up. I have purchased from this location a dryer and their is no honesty on their appointments for their customers.
