Dr. Moayad's reputation precedes him. He makes his patients and the owners incredibly comfortable. The level of professionalism is top tier. I had an emergency visit because my Maltese was bit, and he graciously took him in on the spot. The work was efficient and flawless. The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and professional. This clinic is highly recommended

We was coming to this clinic during two years, For gruming , all our vaccinations, all our concerns. Now we are relocating to other country and sad that we cant take Dr Moaid with us . Very professional, very attentive to patients. Also they have great grooming service there. Our Dog Bonya will miss this place.

We all understand that this is a private clinic and stray cats are to be paid for but again like answered in other reviews, it is 2022 yet we are slowly losing our humanity. For someone who was Fortunate to be rich (humanity wise), I myself brought in a very sick stray cat that needed help and was still charged 20jds. PetCharm clinc helped me a lot throughout adopting my dog, since she was a puppy. They gave my dog Alaska all the need vaccinations and arrangements for her travels. Also they do a fabulous work in grooming and provided outstanding services throughout Covid time. I am really glad that I found a clinc with this much of care, love and professionalism

The clinic handled my dog with care and gave her the best grooming I even experienced, she also had her vaccines and the nurses there were very careful with her paper work. A very professional place to take your pets to, five star service indeed.

I walked in to your clinic with A RESCUE cat, whom in a 2 minutes “of your time” concluded that he is full of fungus and is a risk to my 2.5 years old, and when asked about helping the cat with a bath and the medication needed you said it will be an extra 35 JDs in addition to consultation fees of 20 JDs. Your clinic is overpriced and is about the money and I quote you”you might find a clinic that will accept her for free until she heals and is safe to take back home but here am expensive i charge 7JDs a day” , that is my first impression, and first impressions are made on the consultation day Again am gonna say it I wasn’t served for this money, neither the poor cat that i feel sorry for, that money could have been well spent on her treatment and some food i could leave her with on the street Being a vet a doctor a dentist like my self is a human job dear vet, i do consultations every day for free and i work at very prestigious area in amman, that is how you win people, you were taught to educate those who need your advice , and money will eventually come to you

Moaid is by far the best vet in Amman, I highly recommend him! He's been looking after our cat Pasha for the last 16 years and is always caring and attentive. He also takes care of our daughter's 4 cats and dog. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and sets your mind at ease when there are any problems. His grooming facilities are excellent and they handle nervous pets with extreme patience.

I’ve been back to Jordan with my Akita for 4 years now and after trying different clinics I can truly say that nobody comes close to Pet Charm and Dr. Muayad. When every vet insists my dog needs surgery (once for bone cancer and once for a fractured hip) Dr. Muayad checked her and assured me that there is nothing major and she does not need surgery. She always got better within a few days and there was no cancer or fracture. My latest experience was great. My dog went thru a stressful time and became both physically and mentally ill. It was time to put her to sleep but Dr. Muayad convinced me to wait and gave me the right natural treatments for her. He knows she’s been with me for 12 years and what putting her to sleep would do to me and my wife so he really convinced me not to. Trust me, if she was in pain or not treatable he would have encouraged me to let her rest. After 2 weeks of treatments and of him calling or messaging daily to check on her, she is almost back to normal. The only vet in Jordan where this is not only a business to him and he truly cares about animals and their owners. The technology he has is great and he is constantly travelling for either new equipment or new training in different medical surgeries or procedures

I think everyone should know how Dr. Moayad professionally dealt with our dog's serious case. Our puppy was suffering from an abnormal heart and breathing rate, along with constant coughing and panting. I am so amazed at how Dr. Moayad meticulously and compassionately did all the necessary tests to rule out every possible option in order to correctly diagnose him. He calmly and patiently answered our questions, explained every test result, and explained every possible option. Our puppy was diagnosed with hypertension, which is a serious issue. Trust me it took more than just a single blood pressure test to correctly diagnose him. If it wasn't for Dr. Moayad, our puppy's situation would have seriously worsened day by day and we could have lost our lovely dog. Thankfully, the doctor devised a medication plan and our furry friend will continue to live with us for many years to come under the care of Dr. Moayad. Our pets are our family members and Dr. Moayad treats your pets as if they are his own. We are so grateful to Dr. Moayad and for his sincere follow-ups to check on our puppy. So proud to have such a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful veterinarian in Jordan. He is the best!

My review will not justify just how amazing this Veterinarian clinic is! Dr. Moyad is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, honest and caring! I took my 14 year old cat who was very sick and I was really desperate after trying so many vets till my friend recommended petcharm clinic, and Dr. Moyad was the one who made the right diagnoses and treatment and saved his life! I'll always be grateful. I've also had more positive experiences with my other pets, one of them was full teeth extraction surgery which went very smoothly and my cat was back home in no time! Petcharm is a great clinic and dr.moayad is one of the best , we have done the first BOAS operation in Jordan for our little pug and thank god the operation went excellent and our little baby pug now enjoys a healthier long life breathing in a better way , being her playful self again walking ,running all over with a big smile on her face thank you petcharm for giving us back our lovely dog happiness again
