One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. The staff is not only declining to help others but they are not polite as well. With exception of the lounges, they are treating passengers in a very condescending manner. Basic human respect and manners are absolutely lacking there! Be careful, check in desks don't open until only two hours before departure leaving you distracted and in a hurry. Not to mention, making you obligated to wait in long queues and wasting more time. It is a very frustrating experience there, I would avoid it at all costs in the future! Zero stars if possible!

By the way this is the 3rd time I land in Jordan and every time it gets worst it’s not a one time thing some days people have bad days but this have been a three time experience and I will just simply never land there anymore
