I don't usually give that kind of reviews. Last Thursday, I have rented their conference room for almost 4 hours, and it was the most horrible experience I have ever seen, i was participating in a virtual conference (US) and was giving a presentation. During the time I was giving my presentation, someone tried to enter the room more than once to pray and I had to lock the door with the key to prevent anyone else from entering the room. In addition, they cut off the internet more than once while I was giving the presentation (apparently it was on purpose) which caused a lot of embarrassment for me. And the most unforgettable part during my presentation was that someone from their teen customers tried to pair with the conference room screen to share some nudes (via IPhone AirDrop), thankfully the remote was close to me and i acted quickly. This whole place is a giant MINDFK. If there is a rating below 1 star I'd gladly give it to them. I'd rather have all my teeth pulled out one after one than to go to this place again or even near it.

It's a cool place to bring your laptop and get your work done, or study in groups although sometimes it's very crowded, there is a dedicated room for meetings and there is a small room where you can pray in. The toilet services are not so good, the staff are friendly. *The Milkshake is bad, try the Spanish latte instead! 😀

The music was unnecessary loud, it should serve as a back noise. But it was The noise. Power outlets are a fire hazard, you can see the wires behind them. Seats and tables are meh, you might want to make some adjustments if you want to cross your legs. Smoothies = flavor syrup. Iced tea = iced syrup tea. Wifi password board is not the WiFi password 🤣🤣

Update: 5th star is added as there is someone who checks on masks inside when the place is full. They added lots of delicious pastries to the menu. Pros: - This is the best place to go to in Zarqa to meet with friends or study. - Service is great - Prices are reasonable, especially for the food and snacks - The sandwiches are very delicious - The hot drinks and the tea are very good, although the cold drinks could be better - The place is clean, decor is easy on the eye, the art displays are lovely - Before the pandemic, they used to offer drinks in ceramic cups instead of paper cups - Has a separate smoking area - Easy to find a place to park, located very conveniently in a lively area Cons: - It becomes *very* loud during busy hours and especially on Thursdays. Large groups of friends (usually school-aged) can infiltrate it. Otherwise, the atmosphere in the morning is always calm. - Although the staff members wear masks, absolutely NONE of the visitors wear a mask inside and the place can get packed with people. I'd have given the place 5 stars if the safety precautions were reinforced.

Nice place, quiet in the meeting room, but I think the prices of the menu are a bit expensive as you pay hourly for the room without any service.

So in love with this place. It’s been my safe space in zarqa since it’s established!! They’re smart in choosing their target audience. Very good quality and budget friendly. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Their cakes, turkey sandwich and latte are highly recommended.

Mr owner please if you are facing high order volume add more staff! It's not ok for your business to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee! And give training to your staff how to be handle this cases

One of the best places to do work, study or even meetings I'm Zarqa. Sometimes, annoying people shows up and unfortunately there is nothing to do about it, they laugh loadly for hours and acting immaturely. They serve a good coffee and other sweets and snacks.

My favorite place to study, chill, or meet with friends. Don’t even bother searching for other coffee houses in Zarqa because none can compare. All their drinks and cakes are yum (I probably tried them all). There are smoking and non-smoking areas. And most importantly, there are manyyyy electricity plugs.
