Good place for food but more expensive sometimes but has a lot of offers if you look around carefully

A wonderful Mega Supermarket located in the center of Amman, it's include so many sections and you can find anything you need starting from grocery ending with clothes, i think it's the best hypermarket in amman if we are talking about the product quality, the stuff and employees are very professional will trained and very helpful

Very big Mall with 4/5 floors (+3 basements) ! It has a very big supermarket, Carrefour, on 2 floors and it has everything, from food to clothes, electric equipments etc. It has also a fast food area where you can eat good food and drink tasty fresh shakes from exotic fruits and cheap. There are plenty shops for everyone! It has cinema where you can see movies in iMax. If you are in Amman and want to taste occidental lifestyle then you need to be there and you will not regret it!

Worst online shopping experience! I bought tv online and am waiting for delivery. They called me at 9:00 am and missed the call then I tried to call same number but couldn't reach the caller then I called customer service and they told you missed your chance for delivery!!!!!!!! And I will now need to wait 3 days so they call me again !! I called you after one hour and now I need to wait 3 days !!! Last time I order anything from Carrefour Edit : After all this they called me and told me tge screen you bought is not available you need to wait 10 days for refund !!!!! Couldn't buy tge screen from them or another store because of their ignorance

Delivery for some items can be possible only in 5 days (yes, delivery from supermarket from same city takes longer then delivery from Amazon) Delivery often delayed. Had delivery slot 8-10pm. Received delivery closer to 12. Spoiled and melted items. Ordered frozen snacks and Received it melted and destroyed. Very often items you order are not available and they replace it ignoring your requests. Last time i ordered croissant with chocolate. They called me at 7am (when delivery slot was 10am) and said that they don't have those. I said that they can replace with other croissant with chocolate. In result i have got empty ones without chocolate. I complained that it's not what i ordered, they said that they gonna send again the ones with chocolate but i didn't get any delivery

We had very good experience with their delivery service in the past until recently that you can only use COD option if you separate your Non-food and food item which is inconvenient for us and for them too. Instead of just one delivery it was two. Hope they fix this issue in the app.

Normally the best place to shop online but you have to keep away from fresh fruits and vegetables. A note on the side, make sure your delivery vehicles are cooled and not parked for long in the sun, products arrived hot today (eggs & chocolates) which means it is a health & product freshness risk which will be exacerbated as the weather is getting hotter during the summer months.

Great one stop place to get all you require for the home, from groceries, fresh fruits & Vegetables, Frozen foods/poultry/beef as well as fresh poultry and beef, all the way to Home electric/electronic appliances, and home and garden tools. Not to mention kids toys, and child care goods, and all kinds of hygiene products. Prices at Carrefour are very reasonable, and they have regular offers on many of their products. Their online shopping phone app works great, although i ran in to a little hitch ordering from from their website while on my desktop PC; After signing up for an account, i was required to enter a confirmation code sent by SMS to verify my account. I never received the code. However, when i logged on from my phone app, and requested the code, i was able to receive it. So crisis averted. Delivery service was ok, i placed my order at 7:00pm the website estimated delivery time at 10:00pm. my order was actually delivered at around 8:30pm. Overall, Carrefour offers a great shopping experience.

It is not a legit business when it comes to buying Major appliances, they do run scams to make extra 50 JOD or So, be careful especially when buying offers, check the receipt when paying they tend to lie about which items they are selling you, so be careful and to be in the safe side buy from Leaders not carrefour

Actually this is the best branch of Carrefour in Jordan. Big sorts of stuff, and location in the most convenient place (City mall) Customer service and care is relatively profission comparing to other branches.

Carrefour has lots of what you might need but not everything. Also, I am so glad they did the scan&go service as before I always always had picked up unpriced items and had to leave them at cashier's desk to avoid waiting for staff to figure out price. French Carrefour ice-cream packets I bought before were smuthered with ice-cream from outside, and the ice-cream tasted old like they had been stored for a long while. However, their electronic section is good and has good variety.

One of the biggest Carrefour branches in Amman, Includes vegetarian and organic section. The meat and cheese areas is staffed and ready for custom orders. the checkout options includes self-checkout lanes, less-than-10 items lanes, app user lanes, and a recyclable bag lane.

I like the bakery and tahini which is made from sesame Infront of you. Nice variety of frozen veggies and burgers. The vegetables are rabbish most of the time. I hope that they pay attention to get higher quality vegetables. I hope that they can make self check out lanes for busy people

Lately, I started to love doing my shopping in Carrefour, specially Citymall branch. The prices there are the cheapest, they always have good offers and you can find anything you want. I love the new fast lane, where you can scan your items by yourself. The staff there are in general good, but I always have a problem with the chicken cutting staff! They always don't want to work, even though it is paid. For example, every time I go to cut the chicken, they tell me that they need time in a way that they want me to cancel, they never smile and sometimes they dont say hello. If I was the manager, I would always keep monitoring all the staff, as I go also to Cosmo, Miles and other stores and I never have this problem. They have everything in citymall branch, cleaning products, home stuff and pets products.

Open more cashiers please at all your branches, most importantly at the peak time And for the chicken and fish area at city mall branch, can it be more clean? Other than that, its a good place with reasonable prices for the products

You could say it's the greatest hypermarket in Jordan, almost everything is there. Easy to get through.

The market has quite a wide range of select meats. I got some fresh mutton meat today for the lowest price in town. They have ample parking underground with disability access. In general, my shopping experience was pleasant while at the same time I found some pretty good offeres on food stuff and school snacks for the kids.

I have bought a galaxy A31 online and I got the package at the expected date and all contents were in good shape. Nice work carrefour. Definitely a 5 star rating 😀

Carrefour in the city mall is huge and offers a large selection for home needs. They have good deals!

I want to write that yesterday I had to call the Carrefour helpline (because of a bad incident at one of the shops that I needed to report) and the lady who replied on the helpline was absolutely WONDERFUL, so kind and understanding, exactly what I needed and she really helped me. I did not catch her name but I wanted to say THANK YOU.

No need to explain when5 it is Carrefour. The big size store with all you want under one roof. We visited twice this mall and bought many gift item here. When you are in Amman you may walk through.

I was there shopping today, i purchase One of the colured bowls the price was 0.49 But when the The girl cashier was scaning it shows 0.75 which is a different price for the bowls , i asked about the price saying it doesn’t make any sense why is it different, she didn’t know what to say and started making excuses saying it colur the blue is more expensive, but i told her the Bowles shoed the same price which is 0.75 She asked someone and he told her to cancel it from the pill , she didint like it and started acting very rude , which is not acceptable and unprofessional . I always shop there because i like to use environmental bags . So disappointed 😔
