The burger is a sizeable portion, it's fresh and pretty good, even though it doesn't look amazing. We got the American and the Classic. The meal comes with a drink and fries (a mix of wedges and steak fries); we asked for cheese on top. It also comes with a single lonely onion ring that we (I) ate before taking the picture. The best burger in town.. however Service might be slow. But almost worth the wait.

Used to be better but unfortunately the quality and the service are going down day by day. the staff would never listen to you if you asked them to add some extra sauce on the meals and the price keeps rising every week for no reason!

The REAL burger kings! Amazing burger , challenging and professionally made. Just met the 1200 grams burger, crazy unbelievable piece of sandwich, i can't imagine one person can finish it. It is a reason to challenge your friends 😉 The seating upstairs wasn't satisfying i think the out side seating might be better. Service team wasn't very good, it should be better, may be they should increase the staff members. Toilets smells ugly and not clean, the restaurant was too crowded as usual but this doesn't justify the negativities. After all, they serve a very special burgers that can make you forget everything else. It took us 45 minutes to get our orders ☹ As all shops in abdoon, Parking is a problem, so prepare yourself for a small walk. This place isn't the best choice for families but it worth a try. Didn't like the drinks, Pepsi and laban only, they should serve a special and challenging drinks to stand next to the special burgers. It was a very interesting experience. Like it a lot. Minus 2 stars for the bad service and too late delivery. 👍

The place is not clean and untidy.. not suitable for families. The food is below average. Saudi Arabia branch is MUCH better.

The beef burger was dry and I asked to get a catchup for my finger chips they said we don't have catchup!

The restaurant itself is ok, comfortable and staff are nice, It losses 1 star due to waiting time after ordering, it takes forever, and two stars to taste the meat is not high quality, I orders Italian burger, it was not good, I only finished it cuz it was expensive and I was vanishing, not recommended at all.

Abdoun Branch: No air condition inside the location (maybe air condition not efficiently operated), cashier work in slow motion, the service man asked to cut the burger in half where he said it's already cut, as a result; the burger found as a whole and not cut !! The meal requested with cheese, but no cheese found !!! Bad service, not honest nor trained staff. What the hell are you doin ???

I gave the restaurant 4 star's 3 month a go .. Now its hardly worth 2 star's I'm been generous with the third one .. keep up the bad work and it will close very soon.

Worst burger I've had in years. Dry chewy meat. Soggy fries. Order of 2 burgers took 25 min. Prices are reasonable though.
