Love the food and the service. Staff is lovely and helpful. The upstairs eating hall is not that great but the seating erea outside is great. Food is simply amazing. I reccomend the smokey/ smoked BBQ beef burger.

The taste is good, but not special. The price is very high compared to the size of the meal. The competitor has a “Fire Fly” restaurant that is much tastier and better than it…. The only good thing is how the staff treats customers. I don't recommend visiting it at all👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The testy is good and friendly staff But the place needs to be clean and the service very very slow, it’s normal to waiting 25-35 minutes for your order to be ready!!!

Nice & Tasty Food; respectable young team; nice sitting area while it is cold in winter and it takes them around 20 minutes plus to get food ready

The burgers are nice but the star is the cheese covered wedges. Very fast service the workers are friendly but the music is awful and very loud. The parking is very difficult. And the location is nice and in the middle of weibdeh. I ordered the Mexican burger 150grm and it was nice and spicy

The curly fries is tricky, you might end up paying 3 dinars for a very tiny cup of fries, you need to focus at the cashier, though the staff are nice.

Very gross, the burger was so bad, full of cheese sauce and the beef paty was almost non existant,, I don't think anyone should eat there.

Worst custom service gives you a dine in while making you wait like a homeless man between people eating, the cashier is rude and thinks we’re idiots food wasn’t cooked good the meet was chewy and tasteless! Not even a bad recommendation from my viewpoint

After being the best and the first choice when i come to Jordan, today I ordered the worst meals in my life. Potato is tasteless, small and without cheese. Sandwiches are terrible . This will be the last time. Not recommended to order specially in Ramdan.

The food was good as usual, nothing special about service, it's not bad but it's not special or friendly.

The worst experience ever! First, most of burger restaurants offer ketchup and barbecue sauce on the table, and of course tissues, this branch has nothing on the table …The burger and Caesar salad were very small and not as expected!The quality of food is less than many burger restaurants in Amman! It was so disappointed

Some reviews are saying that portions are smaller than they used to be. If that's true, then they used to be huge. My burger (Jordanian burger) was big and tasty and the cheese fries were almost more than I could finish. As far as fastfood burger joints go, this place gets 2 thumbs up ☺️ (Americans don't have perfect opinions, but we are certainly connoisseurs of fastfood😅)

The food was prepared many hours ago, the cleanliness is zero, the handling, the style is bad, and the meal is not complete, and they refused to help me put a picture of an offer and something else comes to you completely I never recommend
