One star is quite generous to their shop and ship management. You want pain and headache with machine made responses and explanations. Aramex is ur answer. Delay in shipments with no explanation from call center or systems. Apps and sites have different updates and are not synchronised.why do we pay for courier service if time frame is like an ordinary public postal mail. Learn from amazon. Tjere is no escalation of issues and management involved. They r good at acknowledging ur emails and sending meaningless emails that lack any info at all

My packaged arrived in the country on the 15 of May. Today is the 1st of June. I still dont have my package. Everyday Im told it will be delieved today, but nothing arrives. Everyone I have spoken to has lied to me. Nothing they say can be trusted. Worst company every. I didnt have a choice when I purchased an Item. never again.
