The best spa in Jordan. It has everything from hair, nail to body services. I did almost all services with them and all were highly executed. The hammam experience was the best. It was such an indulging experience and they offer you yummy Moroccan pastry with traditional tea. Most importantly its clean. I highly recommend this place

I was given a gift certificate for the Empress hammam, deluxe mani and pedi, fake nails, makeup with eyelashes and eyebrows, and aroma massage. I was pleased with my services and staff. This was my first hammam and Safa made my experience fantastic. She was amazing. And Safa even convinced me to get my hair done I had declined because I have thick hair and didn’t think anyone could do it properly but she let me know the staff was capable of styling my hair and I was so pleased with the results. My empress hammam was great but I did have to take a star away from this review because I went not knowing during Ramadan season so I could not experience the drinks/snacks that were included and on the day I went the power went out. Thankfully Safa was pretty much finishing up the hammam portion but, once back in the suit the jacuzzi tub water was FREEZING cold and I was cold until the power turned on. Thankfully the power did turn back on an hour and a few min later so I could get my hair done but I feel as though if someone is booked and there is any inconvenience or we do not receive the full package a portion should be refunded or rescheduled or let the customer know ahead of time. After my empress hammam I scheduled for the next day the fake nails and makeup. I came in and the desk they remembered who I was so I checked in with them got shown to the makeup. The makeup artist was great but after my makeup was done they told me I didn’t schedule nails even though the previous day I did. It was extremely busy in the nail salon so I just went to another location for my nails. Overall I had a great experience and I would return.

very overpriced for no reason. i got gel extensions and three of my cuticles were bleeding when i left, the nail shapes and lengths were not even, the gel colour (which costs extra) started chipping after a week, and the nails started coming off after a week and a half. they also had limited gel colours. i usually get the same service done quicker for less than half the price with much better retention, a wider range of colours to choose from, and much better shaping and care taken during the service

Amaaazzing. I was gifted the luxury package by my sister and it started with a moroccan hammam with saeda who was above and beyond. It was hands down one of the best hamams I have ever had, she took her time and scrubbed me like there was no tomorrow. Afterwards, they gave me a delicious pastry and tea. Then it was time for my hot stone massage which again was perfect, especially when she did my scalp and neck. Sadly, I cannot recall her name and could not find her again after my massage. By this point I was already given a variety of drinks and delicious - may I even say the best I have ever had- hibiscus tea. Then we moved onto the facial which was my first time doing it. So, I do not have a point of reference to compare. My face looks shiny and my mum commented on how glowy it looks. So marwa must have done a good job. She also gave really good tips and advice. Afterwards, I had my delux mani and pedi which was pretty good, but I must say it was not my highlight. The girls were lovely, especially joyve and my nails look nice, I just felt like the deluxe package sounded better than it actually was. Lastly, I got a hair treatment that made my hair feel soft and shiny followed by a perfect blow out by the lovely Rana who also asked for someone to prepare a fruit platter for me when I mentioned I hadn’t ate. All in all, I was there for 8 hours and was pampered so well. I will definitely go back and use them for any future gifting. Also worth mentioning that every single staff member was helpful, everyone maintained dignity and the place was spotless

Absolutely amazing experience at Gaia’s Cocoon - from the moment we arrived until we left we were treated like royalty! Such kind, welcoming and professional care. Spent 4+ hours getting pampered with scrubs, various massages, cleanses, wraps, facials and hair treatment, plus delicious treats! After a week in the desert, the “Empress” spa package was perfection. Thank you for making us feel so fabulous! You are all the very best! Highly recommend.

Very clean and good relatively compared to other places. I always do manicure and pedicure without putting color on my nails because I pray. So, I always ask salons to put the color instead to my 10 year old daughter and I never paid extra in any salon in Amman or the US, but today this salon charged me 6JD for putting the color to my daughter instead of me!!! It didn’t make any sense to me at all, so I pay 17JD without color, and 19JD with color if it was my nails, so 2 JD for the color if it’s my nails, but if it’s my daughter’s nails I pay 6 JD?!?! حرمنة هاي اسمها not professional and so materialistic. It was my first time and last time to this place for sure!!!

I’ve had the worst experiences here. Used to visit out of convenience but will never recommend to anyone. Horrible employees, terrible service, and way too pricey for their services, (especially hair &nails). Very catty environment and poor quality. I could go on and on. Don’t recommend, plenty of other salons in the same area that do a way better job (and actually know what they’re doing).

I have visited Gaia’s Cocoon two times, and there will be many more. Every woman I have interacted with (receptionists, managers, tea ladies, sugaring ladies, and masseuses) have been fabulous. I truly feel part of the Gaia family now! The atmosphere is very soothing. I have gotten a massage, sugaring, and a salt scrub. All services were truly fantastic. Gaia’s is definitely a place to go to feel pampered and refreshed to face the coming week! Thank you, ladies, for your attentive care!

Got a massage there a month ago and I informed the staff before I booked that I got slip disk and whether they'll be able to accommodate this. She assured me that their staff are professionally trained to deal with it and I'll be fine. When the lady started the massage she was so rough and I kept telling her that this is sore and to be careful with my back because its sore unfortunately once I finished, the pain started in my back and she said it's normal. But it got worse and I was went back to UK 2 days after otherwise I would had gone back to them though I'm sure they won't do anything. Till now I'm suffering badly from bad back and I'm starting again with physiotherapy and back to take strong pain killers all because of irresponsible staff who could had easily told me that they aren't trained to deal with bad disk rather than take the booking and harm my back. I'll never be back there or recommend it to anyone. And I would never forgive them for the harm as tge pain is unbearable.

I did my nails manicure pedicure I liked many things about this spa بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 1. Very fixable I changed my appointment 3 times in the same day 2. I didn't wait for long; they have sufficient staff 3. Very friendly and polite ladies working there 4. The lady who made my nails was really patient, quiet, and professional. 5. Toooooooooo many manicure colours to choose from. I don't like gel manicures, so my colour options in other salons are limited. I recommend it for you, I got lost trying to reach the place; it's in the same building of Imseeh

Always meeting my expectations, I go there for the nails salon. The nails technicians are very professional, the place is neat and organized. You have to schedule an appointment ahead to guarantee availability. upon arrival I get greeted by the reception ladies and wait to be called at the lounge, I love their complimentary coffee and other beverages. Usually I get called on time. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I tried many places when I could not find appointments but I always go back again. highly recommended:)

I came on Monday and did gel extensions! Even tho they look pretty. My nails are sore and tender!! The girl who worked on them did my nails quickly and did not even clean the tools! Every time she applied the gel and cured them they burned so bad and they still hurt ever since! The gel layer is too thick, under the UV light they start burning, it means that the gel layers have not been applied properly. And she filled by nails so much and multiple times, my nails are soo thin! What's worse there is a gab between the extention and my natural nail, where dirt get stuck! I have to go in with a needle ro clean it! This can cause infection!! I'm suing the place if i got an infection! Horrible work i will have to get them removed! 45JD down the drain!! ! I will never come back again for any service.

I’ve been sugaring for multiple years and I literally never experienced something so shockingly horrible as the sugaring here. The girl very clearly didn’t know how to sugar. The sugar was homemade and horribly cooked it’s not real sugar wax. She was using such large quantities of wax at once that she got it all over my body, and also didn’t have the necessary grip to pull and extract hair properly. She also didn’t wax in the proper manner. With sugaring you’re supposed to apply it against the hair and pull with the hair. For hard wax it’s the opposite. For my Brazilian, she got the wax in all of the wrong places (if you know what I mean ladies.) she even applied the sugar and then took a hard wax paper and pulled it off as if it was hard wax. My only explanation is that she wasn’t trained and also didn’t care about even trying to do a good job. It caused serious ingrown hairs and reaction in my skin. I’m sure there other services are great, but I wouldn’t suggest it for waxing. Gaias Cacoon ultimately was very kind and helpful after this incident.

Overrated. Overpriced. No quality. We came to this place as a group of three ladies for Hammam and massage expecting high quality and luxury. We all had a disappointing experience. The place is small, not recommended for more than one lady and needs major maintenance. From the changing room, we had to change three lockers before finding one that actually locks. Then we were handed the robes, that only comes in a medium size. If you are any size bigger than that, you ask for a towel. Slippers were plastic ones, which I doubt they ever get cleaned after use. Showers were only two, so we had to take turns. You can't set the water temperature in the shower, I got burned by the hot water and it is low pressure. Maintenance needed! Sauna and jacuzzi were OK, small too, fits for max 4 ladies. Then the Hammam, two tables, so we had to take turns again! Major water issues at the hammam too. Massage made it even worse. We all had to take turns and wait for each other although there were plenty of rooms, but I think they didn't manage the timing well. The massage rooms are neat but no noise cancellation in the rooms at all!!! You can't relax when you can hear the cars on the road and people talking outside. Towels in both hammam and massage smelled bad and were old. Good things we experienced: The therapists in the hammam were great. Professional and good service. We had a very nice dessert and Moroccan tea in the waiting room before massage. Masseuse were good too. Overall, overpriced and overrated for the compromised quality.

Gaias cocoon is my go-to for Moroccan baths and massages. The service is great but the spa is in desperate need of renewal and renovation. It markets itself as a 7 star spa but it’s more like 3.5.

Been to this place several times and continued to give them a chance but it is pricey and I’ve never had a good experience they are always rude, I’ve gotten a massage and my nails done and they are never good the girl who did my massage was very rude and was very painful I left with a headache and when I’ve gotten my nails done I’ve never left happy I do not recommend there are so many other places who are better and less pricey

I got a Swedish/thai massage hybrid and gel mani pedi and I can easily say that both experiences were the best I’ve had in Amman!! The massage therapist was qualified, friendly and strong! The manicurists were focused on every detail and were very gentle. The overall atmosphere of Gaia’s Cocoon is inviting and relaxing. It’s officially my favorite self care spot in Amman!!

I really enjoy my (me) time at Gaia’s Cocoon. Their waiting area, Thai massage is great as well as the Moroccan baths and their body masks mixtures are outstanding. They need to renew the towels and the robes though. I always did my manicure and pedicure there, the prices are high but I think worth it. However, my last experience with the pedicure was painful. The lady has taken part of one of my toe’s flesh because she wasn’t paying good attention (I noticed from the start but kept quiet). I would still recommend to go to Gaia’s cocoon for nails, hammams and massages as I haven’t found better services in Amman so far but I would pay more attention to the person taking care of me and make sure they are doing their work correctly. I don’t recommend hair service as it’s overpriced for the quality of work provided.

Such a relaxing and professional salon. They offered us an amazing warm cucumber soup that I can’t get out of my mind, sliced carrots and cucumbers and some hot tea. I got a pedicure with wudu friendly nail polish and it still looks good two weeks later. Also I had the best and pain free waxing experience! I waxed half of my body and the woman who waxed me was so talented - it barely hurt. I’m definitely coming back for sure! Also I considered the package to be a good deal although I cant remember what I paid honestly.

I had an exceptional experience at the Empress Hammam in the Royal Suite indulging in a day of pampering and relaxation. The reception girls ( Abeer & Roz) and the staff deserve special thanks for their superb care and professionalism throughout the day. Highly recommend !
