The only alternative to JETT buses to go to Petra / Wadi Musa. Buses don't have a precise schedule, they leave once full capacity is reached. Price should be 4JD, be careful because they could overcharge tourists up to 8JD without giving any ticket. In my case, nobody smoked inside the bus and the driver had a safe driving style.

Nothing special. Bug bus station. From here you can get a bus to Petra (Wadi Musa). They will try to charge you between 8-10jd. Just tell them less, because the normal price as I understood is 5JD, I got it for 7. Be there around 7:30 to get a good spot on the bus. They usually leave around 8:00-8:45. Easy to find a bus for Wadi Musa, it says Petra on it. See the photo below.

You can get buses to most major places around Jordan, so it's helpful for tourists. There's no fixed schedule though, the buses leave when they're full, so expect delays early in the morning. Also, expect to get approached by cab drivers a lot.

Prepare to get ripped off if you do not have the exact amount in cash. (They will 'forget' to give you change or remember they still had to arrange the change.) They get you at your destination though.

There's a direct bus from here to petra and aqaba by 8 Jod. You just have to come from 7 or 8 am and wait for the minibus to be full. Dont listen to the taxi who tells theres no bus. It will be on lane 4 just ask some old dudes and they will lead or point you the lane for petra minibus.

Because the Jett bus was full so I had to take the mini bus to Petra from here. The driver said 4JD when I arrived but later the ticket guy charged me still 7JD after 2hours waiting just cause I’m foreigner. Recommend only Jett bus for Tourists.

Went to see off a family member, it was dark, dirty, had dogs, staff on the side of the chairs was very rude said we didn't sit on the chairs unless we ordered something or we WUD have to pay $ 5 EGP to sit without ordering, guy asked for money just bcz he put the luggage in the back of the bus without us asking him to , it's cheap if ur looking for a ride to wherever, but was informed that it isn't very safe if ur an American, a Christian, a member of the armed forces etc...WUD not recommend at all

It’s the main gate to the south of Jordan, but it needs to get more organized.

Be very careful of two men. One man has blue eyes and tall. He sits on the passenger seat. The driver has a beard. You will know it is them when they try to scam you. They try to charge me 21 JD to get from the bus station to my hotel. My hotel is less than 5km. I refuse to pay them. And they say forget the meter. You pay us 10 JD. The meter says 2.94 JD. They are cheaters and liars. That is my welcome to Jordan. Not a good welcome to such a beautiful country. I hope and know that I will meet better and nice people while I am in Jordan.

Cheap way to explore, have to wait for a bus to fill before it leaves. Travelled on a Saturday so usually quiet but waited less than 15 mins and paid 10jod for one way to wadi musa.

this minibus station is not for madaba. the minibus station to madaba is located at an interchange near to Pr. Hasan St. 324-328 (it is close to this station but you have to walk for some minutes ). I payed 1 jd for the bus ride to madaba final minibus station (where is around 10-15mins walk to st. George Church of the mosaic map)

Mini buses to most of the places in Jordan. If you're a person who travels cheap and affordable, its the best place for you to find your rides to all tourist locations.
