Small and tucked away, but this shop is filled with great souvenirs - all made in a local workshop by local artisans. Friendly staff.

I love this place. High quality beautiful crafted good with a Jordanian twist. You can get unique items here for the home, for yourself, and of course some beautiful gifts. Items include garments, table clothes, wall hangings, kids toys... Etc.

I love this place. Hard to locate the first time you go, but you can park near the Intercontinental Hotel and cross the lot. Handmade items that are absolutely exquisite and unique.

Al Burgan has always been my favorite place to shop for my personal gifts & souvenirs for years as I make my stop before I travel back from Jordan. Plus, I always refer clients to them. I agree that they are pricey but I happily pay it as I encourage local products & acknowledge it's HAND MADE customized designs. Sadly, in recent years their quality for certain items & customer service have fallen very short. I recently communicated with the owners to express my dissatisfaction re the products I bought last summer, so I was promissed a FULL REFUND for the (torn fabric) items upon returning them, only to find out that was not the case. I showed up last week & decided to make an exchange with another item but Ms.Lina refused to refund the remainder of the amount (JD 4), instead was forced to add something else, how ridiculous 🙄 I don't care for the JD4 rather the principle of promising your customers one thing & delivering another. I got no apology nor option of credit, etc...I am highly disappointed in them & saddened because I have decided not to return to this place since I lost faith in them & they definitely lost my business 😞
