The staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and even helped me find the perfect gift for my nephew’s birthday party.

Very good store .. some of the toys are really overpriced

The staff was very helpful. Farah did everything to make sure my nephew has his gift. Everything was done via WhatsApp, the order was placed, paid, wrapped and ready for pickup without going to the shop as i live in another city.

Good selection for the size. The one on Meccca Street is a LOT bigger

I do not advise anyone to enter this store, very bad dealings with customers, lack of politeness and lack of respect, the cashier did not respond to the greeting, even with a word of thanks, or welcome. Games options are very few, Chinese industry with of low grade.

I just left from Hamleys Dabouq branch and was so disappointed from the store manager! The sales guy was so friendly and tried to help, however the manager was so rude and didn’t bother to help at all! I always buy from Hamleys 7th circle branch and never was disappointed like today!
