Nonetheless, for quality furniture and a pleasant shopping journey, IKEA remains a go-to destination.

By far the worst service you could possibly find. No one wants to help. You can barely find anyone to ask. If you do find someone to ask for help they WILL dismiss you. I have never seen such rude service in my entire life.

Poor communication skills..... Delivery times range from 8-4 PM and they call at 7:30 PM expecting that everyone and everything is ready for their presence.. And they can easily switch times as they please

A small size store in comparison with IKEA stores around the world. Good location. Clean well managed and maintained. Not much varieties of products. Food court is popular. Expensive , most probably because of taxes. Nearby parking.

Deceiving information online & lies to customer saying pay extra and next day delivery… customer care calls gives u 5 days delivery and bad behavior convincing me that I’m mistaken for asking for my right

It was the worst time . Most of the clients and employees doesn't wear the mask. The clients entered the store without masks. No social distance. Also when I till the employee about the mask. They till that's not my problem. I don't know.

I had a fantastic breakfast experience at the IKEA Amman branch. The 50% discount on MobiCash made it even more enjoyable. What can I say? This IKEA lacks Swedish efficiency and Jordanian hospitality. We've gotten a kitchen from this place and have no working sink after a month, with staff just point fingers at each other and customer service being wholly useless. Multiple items are tossed at checkout because they can't be scanned. We gave up on organizing home delivery after waiting for an hour because no staff were manning the counters and just messing around in the back in plain sight. My advice is to avoid any large purchases/projects here because it's just a catastrophe from beginning to end. Still good for little things though.

Huge market for furniture and everything related to home. Many different kitchen tools، bed covers, children bedroom accessories. Big restaurant with delicious meals and drinks (hot and soft) Play corner for children. Plenty of parking slots.

Absolutely shocking service , we spent nearly 1000 JD on items which were ordered a month ago . They mentioned it would be delivered on the 1st October , and we still do not have a date for delivery We are travelling from London and won’t have beds!! Please respond to emails and give us a SET date and compensation

Great place for shopping staple kitchen items when furnishing a new home. The prices are marked up compared to IKEA in other countries due to taxes. The best deals are on yellow price items/bestsellers, basic dishes and stainless steel kitchen pots… all other items are much cheaper in local shops unless you catch a good sale.

I didn't like the food at all despite that the design of the restaurant seating area is amazing and cozy butdذ the steak was not cooked well. Toilets have smell and without toilet paper. Orange juice machine was empty 🤣

As usual for ikea, a huge place , good for walking !, the restaurant is fine since it's all Swedish,Prices are fine for the quality.

It's a good place. The quality if the food in the restaurant is below average specially the salad bar section. Many of their items were out of stock. I had to search for some of the item's prices myself since it's not written anywhere. The staff were very nice.

I love to go there and check for new designs and modern practical furniture, also I love when I get something wanted*or newly needed on the spot* and it has a reduction in price 😉😉 What I noticed from last week visit and really disappointed me is mainly based in the restaurant!! I know it's been reduced with employees, since the Covid19 Pandemic!! unfortunately the food area wasn't clean ( i know customers should clean and remove thier plates) but tables should be hygienic and ready for the coming customers !! Also the trays that are used in the serving area looks so old since the spots are not removed even when cleaning them!! It happens that most of us like to have coffee after having a great meal ( which I tried most of them, unfortunately the vegan/vegetarian kids burger doesn't have any thing positive in it!! The bun is hard to cut with teeth and sure small in size that any 5 yrs old child can have!! The vegan burger has no flavour or taste!! Also you have to make the sandwich,, i had to cut the bun into half and put the dry burger inside and eat the plain sandwich!! Nothing to be added!! I recommend if you make a meat kind burger that most kids will like if you insist on having burger in the restaurant menu!! Sorry for my long note,, it's all because I was really disappointed from my visit 🙄 I took espresso coffee in the mug we use for tea or other types of coffee!! I wondered why don't you use the espresso size cups in the restaurant,, u have many kinds!! And also when I wanted to have cappuccino/latte ,,guess what was the problem?!! The mugs are not clean although they told me they were new!! Is that hard for you as an international group to provide a good quality dishwashers or to keep using paper cups since Corona is still running around!! The latest change in the way you pay for goods is terrible. If you go to the furniture area in the first floor and buy anything, you have to go through all sections in the ground floor in a really long journey just to reach the cash registers. Why am I forced to walk all this distance?! There should be separate cashiers for the second level and a faster route to the parking.

Quite far from the city center. Yet it maintains the Ikea theme in space organization and display. Prices are higher than expected, due to local tax and customs regulation. The variety is not as vast compared to Ikea stores in the region. Not everything on the website is available in stores or for online purchase. Not all items are deliverable when bought online!!!

Ikea is great for items like recycling boxes, hangers, wrapping paper and kitchen items but beware of the furniture. Most of it will last two years and then you’ll have to replace it and pay twice.

It's a good place for families. I liked the special parking areas for families, and the kids playing area. The prayer room as well is 5 stars. Highly appreciated considering the prayer rooms. Salmon was very delicious, as well as the salads and vegetables at the food area. Surely, every thing you need for your home you will find it there with best quality. I liked the posters regarding recycling and protecting our planet. The only struggle that me and many people were facing today was the lift (elevator) which goes up and doesn't go down. So if you leave your kid at the playing area, you need to walk all the store in order to get back to your kid. Even the stairs are restricted for going up only. We hope that you find a solution and make it easier for parents to get back to their kids especially because the timing at the playing area is limited, and your store is huge. Many Thanks.

One of best stores in amman , the trip itself , the walk inside the store is a journey, always new items , veritey of household furniture in great organize. Kids play area and resturant . Kitchen and lights departments is my most prefered

I love this place Few remarks : 1. It's very hot inside 2 Sanitizers are missing 3. There's 1 icecream machine only after the cash area... Overcrowded 3.The pavement outdoor is bumpy making it hard to move the stroller
