    One female employee on the Night Shift is very loud and rude me and my sister were talking about how the prices were getting high and she was saying something about not getting paid enough and she interrupted us and yelled not that high while we were walking out extremely rude employee.

    I am usually set in this place every day and I feel at home and follow my work sometimes from there, big thanks to Dear Omar from the evening staff for recommending the best drinks and food and following me when I visit a place with a smile welcoming.

    Cozy and excellent service. Special thanks to Barista Marwa who crafted for me a pumpkin cream cold brew and it was served with care. I recommend this drink to those who loves coffee and want just a haze of fall on top and order it with the spice sprinkle on top.

    It is not acceptable that you allow some people: 1) To turn on the media on their mobile speakers without using headsets! Some even play music and videos loudly disturbing therewith the whole atmosphere for others at your store and you do nothing about it! 2) To vape indoors!

    It’s plastic kingdom.No normal cups,no plats, everything serve with plastic🫣cinnamon boll dry and in general worse I have tried.

    I usually visit Starbucks but recently the service isn't as usual and before it was way better, barista didn't clean the table when we came, we waited but then we had to remove it ourselves. I ordered Americano but the coffee was so light almost as water.

    The worst service ever. Street coffee is way better than their coffee. They take long time to prepare orders, coffee always come cold and tasteless.

    I just want to give a huge thanks for Tareq and Refaat in the ground floor City Mall branch, they were so cooperative and had amazing attitude and very hospitable.. definitely one of my favorite branches 🤍

😐 A nice place to try traditional Jordanian drinks. A mediocre service and a slightly above average quality. But, I consider it a nice authentic experience in Jordan. Sahlab with toppings was my favorite at this place.

👍👍 The food was tasty, and each one of my family loved food. The service was great, and the employees were super helpful and fast with our requests. Arjeeleh was good, I had a couple of issues with it, but the arjeeleh guy fixed them and kept checking on me. We will definitely come back again.

👍 The atmosphere is really nice for students. I don’t like the fact that it’s always crowded. Best seatings are always taken. Plus, you see one person sitting on a table for three despite signs saying otherwise!! Their desserts are really good! I love the almond croissant, lemon poppy seed cake, pumpk...
