I asked McDonald's to make me a cake made of burgers 😍 the result was amaaaazing, see the picture of the result. I loved it 😋, Mr. Mohammad Bulbul (McDonald's employee at Abdullah Ghosheh St. branch who handled my request with a smile) was very helpful and creative in craeting the perfect cake for a McDonald's lover!!! Leave a comment if you want instructions on the quantity needed for the burger cake.

Tried taking photos and the staff immediately came and told me it's not allowed to take pictures, saying it's "company policy". While this is very weird and I have not heard it before, it might be true, why is there not a single sign indicating that? Another thing is why have a self service displays available if the payment is not working and I have to queue up in line for the cash register anyway? Just wasting my time really either remove them or have them 100% functional. Very unpleasant visit.

Bad drive through experience. the staff was very rude speaking to us when we couldn’t hear him through the speakers also we had the worst American coffee ever, it felt like we were drinking boiled water so we ended up throwing it away! I don’t recommend anyone going there.

Drive through is very slow, expect to wait 20 minutes before ordering, don't try to complain, the night manager, if not busy smoking, would very passively reply ok.

Good service but 1) we had to wait for a long time in the drive throught, and it was at 11 AM not a busy time. 2) I wish they would ask not just assume about my preference of sauce with the nuggets meal,. Other than that employees are curtious, food and service are very good.

I bought the big and tasty meal + grand spicy meal from the drive through window My big and tasty was not big and definitely not tasty at all 😢 you can see the difference between the advertisement picture and the real pictures i attached So disappointing 😞

This McDonald's is somewhat outdated with a tired interior. The staff are mostly helpful, the food overall is unimpressive, years ago this restaurant used to be much better with a lot more choices, fresher and more tastier food. It seems it is in need of a full refurb soon.

One of the best Mac branches. It holds so many good memories of the good old days. On this visit, I saw that it had not changed much. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, the cleanliness and arrangement, the delicious food, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. And it has a place for children to play, which is an ideal place, but I think that there should be cold drinks, like most branches, where there are only hot drinks, but I encourage everyone to visit it and recommend it

Food: I like the big Mac tastes good. Service: I didn't finish my coke and had some of my burger left and went to the bathroom and when I came back it was gone Atmosphere: they play music and overall nice

It has always been the best until the last order. The bun of my big Mac was a little bit burnt. It ruined the taste. This is the first time it happened. Hopefully it will not happen again.

Coming from America and experiencing McDonald's here was a pleasant surprise. This McDonald's is one of the most hospitable and well-run McDonald's that I've ever been in. The English-speaking manager/lead that assisted me with my order was incredibly good at her job.

My best place in Amman, the taste never changed and congratulations on taking off the curfew hour's so MAC 24/7 😉 Am n love with it 😍

Lack of hygiene, the toilette can not be used and there was dust everywhere and on the sink’s surface I have had to clean it first in order to let the kid use the toilette.very bad experience.

I went to this fast food restaurant for a quick bite and I was not impressed. The food was okay, but the service was slow and inefficient. They had a problem with their visa and credit card payment in the first screen machine, so I had to wait in a long cashier line to pay with my visa card there. It took me more than 15 minutes to get my order and pay for it. This was very frustrating and annoying. I think they should fix their payment system.

I love it and I love McDonald's but I wish if they can serve the sandwich in a better way, because I always when I open the box it's kind messy, looks liken they are in a rush most of the time

It is well placed, it has a terrace on the open air, it observes the best standards of the chain..the 2d floor is dedicated for children with suitable attractions.

I go to McDonald's every now and then. I tried it in US and Europe, but for me it is much much better in Amman. I highly recommend their big tasty (if you are a meat lover, you can order it with double meat and extra big tasty sauce). Also they have a variety of chicken sandwiches, and other delicious stuff. Mac Arabia comes in a special taste of the Middle East (Highly recommended as well. It comes with onion, so you can remove it) :) The staff is well trained with good communications skills in general. Helpful and cooperative. I also recommend MacDonald's breakfast.

The location of this branch is very good, always crowded but has two sitting area outside.

Definitely better than McDonald's branches in North America, believe it or not!! But still not the greatest burger in Amman, used to be. Prices are not the best as well! For the quality, I would expect better prices! Their staff are so young, obviously college students, that's what I really like about them and they are super nice. They have other branches in very good options. Their drive thru service is super fast. The parking isn't an issue there. Generally speaking, deserves a trial, my kids really like it. Maybe because Covid closures they used to play at their play area which is one of the best at McDonald's.

Hygiene should be priority number 1. this is one of the busiest branches. Employees should not be afraid to tell customers they are doing something wrong.

The wish for me the people reviews to highest language in Arabic&English,the reason for that google translation straight up words ,another thing most people write a review in English soft ,selly , ..........they don't know how to express themselves ,because they do translate.In the other hand make a details for the consumer to understand every word means enough explanations.........thanks.

I should give 0 star for this branch. I order Big Mac at 10:12 pm and I received the order at 10:44 pm. The restaurant wan not busy.

Good for family times, and the food is clean and taste good, the only downside that it's not perfect for adults to chill out

This branch however has many crew.. needs more attention to hygiene... The tables, chairs, and the restrooms.

I had a bad experience at the cashier as he asked me to wait for more than 10 minutes before taking my order (he explained that he have a discrepancy). After waiting for another 20 minutes, my order came with wrong items. So I had to search for the branch manager to complain. Untrained young boys & girls.

The food is know to everyone, a good place to bring kids because of the play area, service is good, cleanliness could be better.

My order was number 151 on this day : Friday 16/12/2022. I ordered 2 Big and Tasty meals plus 2 Big Mac meals. Food was absolutely terrible : burgers were cold and fries were cold and soggy . It was a hell of a bad experience. I visited McDonald’s in all the counties of Europe, USA , south east Asia and China . I never had such a bad experience at McDonald’s as I did today . I’ll never go to McDonald’s in Jordan again .
