Perfect atmosphere and ambiance. Great simple interior and exterior. Coffee is better than juices and smoothies.. Prices are a bit high comparing to space availability, parking lots, and whole experience.

I had to come in here and change my review because of the bad service I had the last two times I went. The first time the waitress gave us attitude and she was rude. Today, they ignored us for one hour, not serving us and not even bothering to come and clean the table from the people that were sitting before us. They saw that I was looking for the menu and ignored me. They made us feel like we are beggars. Honestly, I would never step a foot in this place again even though the first time I came I had such a good time and the waitress that used to work there was really nice. But yeah, I brought my friend from the US with me, and she was shocked of how rude they are. So, good job for giving her a bad impression of our country.

A small coffee shop located in a quiet part of Jabal Amman yet nearby walking distance to a small park. Menu is available via QR code. Apart from this, it’s not listed visibly anywhere like most coffee shops. Coco’s is more suited for “dine in”. They use reusable cups, and seating is comfy. I had iced matcha latte with oat milk, and another time, I had iced latte with oat milk. There are indoors and outdoors seating. Indoors is quiet and better for working/studying or quiet time, and it’s non-smoking and limited seating (only 3 tables). Outdoors is smoking, good for chatting/socialising and a bit more vibrant. Service was good. Prices include sales tax and service charge, and is quite expensive. Dairy-free options include almond, coconut and oat milk.

My experience at Coco's Cafe left much to be desired. The prices at this establishment are exorbitant, making it a questionable choice for those looking for value. Despite the warm and friendly service from the waiter and the aesthetically pleasing decor, I couldn't overlook the shockingly high prices. I opted for a Turkish coffee and cake. Unfortunately, neither the drink nor the dessert lived up to the steep price tag. The quality was mediocre at best, and there was nothing particularly noteworthy about either item. Given the lackluster experience coupled with the inflated prices, I cannot recommend Coco's Cafe to others. While the atmosphere and service were decent, the overall value for money is severely lacking. For those seeking an enjoyable and reasonably priced dining experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Coco's Cafe, in my opinion, falls short of expectations and fails to justify the premium prices for its offerings

This is a very nice place for coffee and tea. I really like their Matcha with almond milk. It’s one of the best in Amman. The service was great and the staff were friendly.

it’s a beautiful and luxurious cafe , but the workers very rude and have bad attitude. i felt so unwelcome by warning hijab and dress, after all unwelcome attitude , i asked the receipt and no one care about that. the waiter asked what was our order !!! and he didn’t come with receipt so i went to cash , i paid by visa , when I checked the bank massage ( they put a wrong number) , after I tolled them , they tried to fixed it.

This is by FAR the most classy café in Amman. Its decor is a mix of Parisian and contemporary Manhattan styles blend well with the calm neighborhood. The greenery and surrounding old stone cladded homes denote a rural vibe in the middle of a bustling city. Hospitality is great and the staff are always smiling. Food and pastry are light and great. A place not to be missed when in Amman.

Lovely vibes. Wonderful staff. Good place for a quiet meeting, catching up, working remotely, or reading a book. The coffee is great, and the food looks good but we didn't try this time. One to revisit sometime.

The coffee surpasses the quality of their juices, and the small coffee shop boasts tasteful and elegant interior design, along with good cleanliness. I liked their location the most; it's situated near Zahran Park.

Very cozy place with modern design, having my most preferable colors “white & dark grey”. There is an indoor non-smoking seating area & outside smoking seating area. The staff are very friendly specially the manager Yumna, she was nice & very helpful. I would love to see more options on the menu regarding sweets, they were limited.

Update: staff has been replaced and recently paid 2 visits to experience it again. Sadly, the new team are so noisy and music volume is so loud at all times. Employees even made fun of some customers and made satirical impressions and statements. Deleted from my favorite places in Amman ————————————————————- Lovely and chick place with delicious coffee and pastries .

Coco's was a great spot to swing by for a quick caffeine fix. We ordered a regular latte and a mocha latte, and they were both delicious. The place is well-kept and a true oasis in the bustling city of Amman.

Very nice outdoor place to sit in. Despite it being in a somewhat busy neighborhood, it’s actually as quiet as can be. The staff there are very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend their Matcha Latte, the sugar-free salted caramel coconut latte and the desserts they have to offer. It’s my go-to place when I need time for myself.

Such a really nice place to spend during weekdays not too busy and a cozy atmosphere. Amazing service! Not many would have table service in their coffee shops but this is one of them. Their iced coffee is good, not the best out there. Price wise it’s PRICY, that’s why I deducted a star.

The coffee tea was fine but the service was horrible. It took forever to get our order and even longer to get thr bill. Then 2 different waiters came and asked us what we ordered. The first then went and we could see her arguing with the other one, who then came ans asked us the same question! 2 of our party never even got the chance to order. They tried at the counter but were told to order at the table but no one came!

The place is really nice, cozy, and clean. You can set indoors or outdoors (smoking and none-smoking) they should add prices to their menu because I like to know if the price of a certain thing suits me or not.

A hidden gem in Jabal Amman. One of my favorite spots in town. Beautiful space, luxurious atmosphere, your coffee is served on a silver tray. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend you try it out. The winter vibes are very welcoming and cozy.

Loved the sweets options , friendly staff and good service but the place was like a box in freezer 🥶. I recommend COCO’s in summer and spring weather not in winter at all

À great and cozy café with a chic Parisian touch. We went there early morning so there were only few people in, but it was great to have a coffee on the terrace with the birds chirping in the background. The waiters are very nice and helpful. Thanks for the nice time!

Very nice, clean, and cozy and welcoming coffee shop. They speak English and had a nice variety of American music. It was nice to come here to have some drinks and get some homework/work done. The hazelnut coconut latte and almond matcha were good.

Nice place, Nice coffee, and the interior is well done. However when we first arrived they didn't tell us they didn't serve drinks in glasses and only in plastic cups after 10PM. The staff were a bit rude as well.
