Staff on the door are extremely unprofessional, seems that their management keeps coming with new instructions on couples/mixed groups and reservations!! Despite of being frequent customers and lots of staff know us, They kept us waiting for 40 minutes and later decided that we need to have reserved!! There were empty tables that time! Also also we had to tolerate noise with poor speakers quality, tables lack cleanliness..and more

Red’s is one of the best bars in Amman. Just try to get there a little early because it can get busy. The cocktails look fun and the service is usually fast. I honestly was not a fan of the food so you should come for the drinks

The restaurant had delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, affordable prices, and friendly staff who provided excellent service. In fact, the meal arrived just a few minutes after placing the order, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience.

worst steak sandwich ever it was so dry and tasted like cardboard couldn't even finish it. The mozarella sticks were not even seasoned. it felt like eating at a Burger King 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Never eating here again!

The place is nice and the ambiance was cosy, the waiters are on top of things but the only thing that made me give 4 stars was the food.. it wasn'tmy favorite thing about this place . That being said I'll definitely be going back

My friend and I are visiting Jordan from abroad. When we reached the entrance the host gave us a disgusted look and said “ hmm two men. You can sit only at the bar” I travelled to many countries and I never had such an attitude or humiliation in any outing experience I ever had.

I went here during happy hour with a friend recently. I had a virgin pina colada mocktail. There were only two non-alcoholic mocktail options, otherwise, there’s soda. It is a good place to socialise with a friend, but it can get busy as the evening progresses and noisier. Service was just ok. I was in their outdoors space, which was smoking.

Food: good and tasty, but extremely overpriced. You get better food 50 meters next door Service: a bunch of unmotivated guys standing around. They were more busy with the girls next to us Ambient: flickering lights and loud music.

That’s truly the worst experience to be treated in a very unprofessional way and poor customer service skills coming from the supervisor themselves. Please check your receipt before paying and make sure they actually give you the happy hour rate.

Came with a Saudi tourist and my cousin, they refused to let us in! We were three males and their excuse was that it’s only allowed for “mixed groups” or “couples”. 2022 and they still rejected valid business we tried conducting. Not recommended at all.

Cozy and overall good. Food was great, prices were standard and the servers were okay. They do let in some nawar tho. Be ready to be stared at, females to be checked out, and encounter some drunkies.

poor service, couldn’t even get my drinks to the table and blamed us as customers, very poor service , not satisfied at all!!! Please recruit new staff as you will be losing your customers, also please sort out the happy hour service better since the team couldn’t sort our order and even filled half the glass with water

Pretty cold chill vibe reminds me of a college bar in the states. We went out and ordered A few drinks and I really liked that amman mule that they made. So if you get a chance to visit this bar Make sure you check out amman mule drunk it's really good. Usually it's a younger crowd that's here. It took a while to order the drinks but other than that it was good. Our server was always smiling and helpful

If I could give this place 1 million stars I would because the service, the staff, the owner and the food and the drinks are just out of this world! It is located in one of Amman‘s beautiful neighborhoods and it’s like an outdoor garden that is quite large and spacious with clean bathrooms some thing that people forget about when you go to bars and restaurants. Their food is delicious, order the creamy buffalo chicken tenders a d just trust me! It’s your local neighborhood place where everyone is treated with love and respect.

This place used to be one of my favorite places in Amman. But the staff turned out to be the worst. Very unprofessional staff. I went there last week at 11 PM with my friends, the three of us ordered beers, 10 mns later a guy came and he was like you should order more there’s a minimum order 20 jds, no one told us that on the door, it was a weekday, and i always go there its the first time to mention a minimum order. I told him that he just throw the receipt and went. First of all if you have a new policy “which i doubt” you should inform your customers before they set and starts ordering, second of all its v unprofessional to throw the receipt on the table and go. Their staff need a training how to deal with customers.

even tho i’m a regular costumer they didn’t have no respect no manners I ordered at 7:40 the happy hour is till 8 when i asked for the receipt it wasn’t on happy hour and all that for a 5 JD deference what a greedy swindle way of treating your customers thats so rude and unprofessional the manager came to me to lie about it as the happy hour changes to 7 pm on thursdays what a lie just for that 5 JDs never again

Very pleasant place. Staff is very friendly and not stiffed and strained like many other places in Amman that means the management is very good. Bartenders George and Abboud are super professional. Waiter Mohammed is the speediest waiter I have ever seen, runs like comet between the tables. Good for him!

I've been at Reds several times. However, the last time I went there with my friends, both service and food quality were subpar 👎also, most of the QR code stickers on the tables were defective. As such, we could not order food and the waiter had to call out every item in the menu for us to chose from. When we requested a hard copy of the menu, we were told there wasn't one 🤔 then the final shocker that really made me make my mind not to step foot in this place again: the bill was shockingly high despite the fact that we only ordered waffle potatoes, one order of salad, a steak sandwich, and some chicken fingers (60 JDs). Granted, the price of the alcoholic drinks was reasonable (5 beers, 2 while Russians, and a virgin mojeto for 33 JDs); hence the 2 stars.

If I could I would leave this place a.5 review, horrible service all the waiters are slow, no one greated us, we asked for service 3 times, they brought our drinks wrong, we asked for the check 3 times and they don't take Amex, the staff is the worst

Be careful---if you "look" poor they will not let you in. They will make up a story about the bar being "couples only" even when it is obviously not (I know because my friends were already inside). Horribly racist and classist, especially for a place that claims to be communist. This place should be avoided at all costs and in fact BOYCOTTED.
