I love the food here but 1 star for what happened in front of me, looks like the manager was teaching this kid a lesson in a very rude and bad tone of voice, i did not hear what was the topic, maybe the kid did something wrong but whatever it is, this shouldn’t be happening in front of the customers. And i do not appreciate the way he’s talking to him, he MUST be more polite and respectful no matter what, even if not in front of the customers..

Illogical Continously increasing prices for a simple traditional dish, that doesn't go in parallel with any quality improvement, no extra or unique ingredients. Some of their shops only sell sandwiches, which means by indirect way to force you to buy bread in higher price. If you add bread price ,falafel and "the so called salad" they won't be in anyway worth the price. I wonder if these restaurants' prices are under some authority supervision!? Employees are not friendly, they need more training how to deal with customers.

Quick counter service falafel, hummus, and foul restaurant. No sit down here just take out. Best in town. Service is quick, friendly, and clean. Great sandwiches for on the go.

Flafel sandwiches are the best there... they're my 1st to go to option when I am craving falafel.. staff are organized, generous, and helpful. They've a variety of choices when it comes to sandwiches and you can always modify your sandwich the way you like. ❤

Too expensive if you compare with average people income. No Value of money. They sell one sandwich for start from 0.75 JD, while other start from 0.35 with same contents (even here i got very small sandwich for 0.85). End of the day it is not a fine dining or a hotel, it is just Falafel sandwich restaurant. I didn’t get why too expensive.

Staff worked like machine , there is no good welcoming , never smiling , no hospitality at all , just what you ordered, you dont get what u paid for in terms of the size of the sandwich it is just the nice wrapping and packaging

The price is higher than other falafel shops, but its definetely worth it... No other shop comes close... Hands down the best falafel sandwiches, perfect combination, highest quality Hummos, tomatoes, chili sauce, lettuce and if you want a slice of lemon and mint, its all there as fresh as it gets... One of the reasons to actually live in Jordan :)

Good sandwiches but can run out of some options at peak times. Waiting time is not consistent however quality and cleanliness is high as everything is visible during preparation. I recommend falafel sandwich with regular arabic bread (not the rolled) with the tahini salad, lemons and some hot sauce.
