Office staff are helpful and kind I went to Umra with them last week Very poor service in Makkah if there is service at all.....I will never travel again to Umra with them Sharm with Dallas is the best

Staff are not helpful and do not provide you with information about trips they’re organizing, they try to force you into one hotel from the options they offer, their attitude is like ‘take or leave it’. Besides, the cost is almost double of what they’re advertising!

You get what you pay for, supposed to be a 4 to 5 star hotel maybe closer to a 3 . When I booked the trip through the app I was informed that the return flight was at 13:45 Then the day before I received an email telling me that the departure time is at 21:15 .seems like a bit of misinformation! Great now we get to wonder the streets for for few hours without a hotel. Also if you book online or on app you don't get transport to and from airport ,but if you go to a Dallas office it's included Well I tried it, but never again

I went to Dallas travel and tourism in 7th circle, first I want to say that I have never seen such rude staff like them. They didn’t want to work and didn’t want to help me. I would recommend you to stay away from this place.
