Disorganized and rather cheap, taking people to tourist traps and scams instead of helping. People in our group had change of plans and didn't get any help. They took us where described in an old truck in poor condition. Guide was in a rush and mediocre.

The tours are amazing! The best in Petra. The buses are very nice and confortable. They stop in nice souvenir shops along the way with drinks and fruit and you can travel very safe to Petra and Aqaba. The tour leaders are very good and explain everything about jordan 😊

We loved our experience with Jordan Experience Tours - especially our wonderful tour guide Wael Majdalawieh ! We did this tour in conjunction with an Egypt tour and we loved everything about our experience EXCEPT that we were dropped off at the airport without help and ran into some issues - I had Wael's phone number and he responded right away. If you want to experience the beauty of Jordan - this is the agency to experience it with.

I really enjoyed getting to know Jordan with the guide Adnen, he provided us a very organized visit rich in past and present history. The choice of hotel in Amman was not adequate.. with rooms not properly cleaned, ..

The travel agency (used for the fisrt time in my life) back home that i used for my trip to Jordan, works with the specific agency, Jordan experience. Practically, i had almost everything set on my own, i picked the dates, the airline, the hotels, sights we wanted to visit and i just needed someone to make all the arrangements. Bookings, driving, a tour guide, tickets etc. All this, around 3 months before the travel. It could have been a great trip and a memory of a lifetime but unfortunately it was partly ruined. Part of our trip was Wadi Rum. I had a very nice hotel picked, i had confirmation for everything before our trip started, and the night before we were supposed to go to Wadi Rum, i found out from the tour guide (he does not work for the agency), that we were going to another hotel. Noone, i repeat NOONE from the agency in Jordan bothered to text me, give me a call, give me some kind of explanation, NOTHING. When i emailed my agency back home, they did not know anything either. The biggest problem though, is the fact that the hotel they reserved for us was a disaster. They put us in a room that they did not, i repeat THEY DID NOT, change the bed linen from the previous guests. They were full of stains and hair. A hotel that seriously lacks of hygiene. A hotel that you go for breakfast in the morning only to find out that most of the items provided are 2-3 days old, if not more and you even have to fight with flies for this kind of food. We left, now we are back home and still NOONE from the agency bothered to contact us directly at least to apologise. For a trip that i spent more than 5k…Sorry but unacceptable! Not sure about the 2 star rating but anyway.

From the 1st of May to the 8th of 2023, I participated in a tour (Jordania Classica) operated by Jordan Experience. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I need to express my admiration for the driver Mr. Qadry Al Yamany, who drove a group of 8 customers to the Dead Sea on the 5th of May. There was no guide on that day, but Mr. Qadry compensated that by acting both as a safe driver and an amiable guide. He speaks very good English, which helped establish communication with us. He was very attentive to the needs of everybody and very careful with each one's comfort and requests. All the 8 passengers openly declared that he was an excellent professional and a very caring human being. Thanks to Mr. Qadry and congratulations to Jordan Experience to have professionals of this quality.

Our tour guide, Karim, was extremely professional. Answered everyone’s questions with so much intelligence and passion. He is filled with respect. He makes everything very fun while keeping it knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our time with him. Thank you so much and we appreciate all the hard work.
