one of the worst jewelry place you can ever visit i feel sick that they hire people like this i had the most worst experience in this place my advise to every single girl out there to not visit this place bad customer service very rude and unpolite i brought a necklace from there and needed to fix something in it so i left in the store i called them today and told them i was not able to pick it up for personal reasons so i said ill send my husband to pick it up for me when my husband went there to take the necklace they said to him we need the invoice so i said okay no problem i sent the invoice with my husband and they also refused to give it to my husband i said no problem i called the guy i told him its okay please give him the necklace they also refused i told him dear god what if i die it was just a sentence he said if you die there is a lawyer dont worry and he started yellinb at me on the phone i have no idea why he did that but i think they are sick people and dont know the value of a heavy customer its a shame i feel dissapointed !!!

Very bad experience, I bought ring from your shop and the stone dropped. So I sent the ring to your shop for maintenance and they request 15 JOD as a service fee!! after that the stone dropped on next day, then I contact with your shop and they told me you will be back to me, but unfortunately they didn’t back to me till now .
