Really sad to be writing this review, as I was born in this hospital 26 years ago. Following the expansion the hospital has completely changed, to the worse. They missed a fracture in my mother's xray, which caused her to undergo surgery that would have otherwise been unnecessary if they did their job. This hospital is falling apart. They haven't been paying their staff for years now, I've heard horror stories of how awful and unprofessional it is. They completely rely on fresh graduates who need the experience on their CVs, their pharmacy has many essential medication out of stock due to debts owed to pharmaceutical companies. They even outsource their labs to another hospital as they don't have the money to employ technicians and buy necessary test kits and reagents. This place is a ticking time bomb, and sooner or later there will be a massive medical error which should shut it down for good. Honestly it's a miracle that they're still open with all the lawsuits against them from ex-employees, patients, banks and pharmaceutical companies. The thing that irks me the most is that while all the staff and patients suffer, this hospital is allowed to continue operating, enriching its owners who claim no personal responsibility.

I was shocked when they asked for the charges to be paid in cash , and refused to accept card, because they don’t have the machine . Nowadays, no one walks around with big amount of money in his pocket, in addition there are no big health providers which trying to compete in the market still asking for cash! What made it worse, when I went to the bank to bring the amount they requested and returned, they asked for more and asked me to go once again to the bank … This place is a mess in terms of admin wise , so they need to upgrade their services …and not to mention the cafeteria which has very poor variety and very high prices IVF team here has very bad attitudes , they shout , disrespect, and talking about Monty as we are in bank or Wall Street not in hospital. All charges were agreed upon before commencing the process, but in the middle of it they come up with hidden charges never mentioned before then intimidate us either to pay or to cancel the process … while we paid every penny … This hospital needs overhaul , and some personnel must be replaced if they want to enhance reputation

My son make surgery and stay 10 days not recommended at all They are not organized The surgery time at 8 am and he start at 11 The room totally broken The TV they use make you feel that you still live in 1995

They keep promising people they'll pay them their salaries and MONTHS go by and they STILL don't deliver on their promises. Meanwhile from the patient's POV this hospital is heaven on earth. In reality, it's running on the sweat & tears of free labor. I guess reputation is good enough to successfully run a business in this country, even if it's fake. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. If you can't afford to pay your employees, don't hire them! Simple as that.

Don’t know why i am writing this now,but it seems that I cannot let go of my bad experience…I have given birth to my baby in June 2021 and I had the worst experience there… nurses are the worst they are rude and they stopped my epidural for no obvious reason and couldn’t re open the lock until my husband managed to but it was too late as I felt everything during my delivery … rooms lack the least needs of any patient as towels and tissues … Not recommended at all

I don't recommed this hospital for new-born baby, First of all, the are useing third party doctors so no responsibly on these doctors , also they have less qualified nurses and the rooms for class A are not deserved. They do not follow proper delivery procedures and after birth tests , bad experience with them

Endangered my father life. Less than one star - very bad service from al levels. Lack of trained staff in the ICU- mistakes in the laboratory- In return prices very expensive . we were referred by a doctor to come to this hospital - no proper internal communication between the different staff members - we regret it ! On top of that dirty bathrooms !today we should have taken dad home but because of neglect he stopped breathing and he went into brain comma

Its the second time to visit a patient in Farah hospital is a well established institute ,well equipped , clean 5 stars hospital and have good staff but very expensive the same procedure in this hospital will be found in half price or even less in other private hospitals.

Located in jabal Amman, my sister did her surgery there, the Drs there are professional, as for the hospital hygiene it is not so much, their cleaning staff need to put more effort into cleaning, like we took the room in the 6th floor, the toilet had pee stains. When you pay for an expensive hospital like this, you expect it to be extraordinary, also you need to buy everything you need there, including water

The hospital itself is appealing and hygienic. Although, the major issue revolves around the doctors themselves and their malpractice. I understand the pressure to do their best while dealing through COVID, but they are very out of focus and can not keep up with a patient’s needs! Very disappointed and I definitely would not recommend. ESPECIALLY since it is known as a private hospital.

Despite the superior clinical expertise, sadly the hospital has noticeable very poor customer service, mainly at admission and discharge areas, struggled to obtain basic services such like discharge summary and detailed final bill, unjustified delayed service.. needs lots of improvement...

New, modern, and clean buildings. Very helpful active stuff, ms. Fidaa in payment and insurance department made my papers professionally. Dr. Yassen abdaldayim was very comforting in the ER, High attitude nurse Aymen made the process easy. 4 years experience in AMMAN so far best hospital.

Very luxurious from the outside, a one way ticket to the grave if you’re on the inside. Understaffed, nurses have no clue what they’re doing. A number of close family members have had procedures performed, both minor and major, and all of them have come out with several complications.
